Absolute worst experience ive ever had at this restraunt. Took 40 mins to get food, food was cold, they cranked up the volume of some fight to max and refused to turn it down. I have been here several times and never had an amazing experience but today was AWFUL!! Our waitress was the rudest waitress I've ever had. She refused to take our order, we were supposed to do it online ourself and it wasn't working. So after 30 minutes of sitting there with not even a drink, she rudely too our order and kept rolling her eyes. I was there for an hour and fifteen minutes before even getting my food. Absolutely the worst BWW I have ever been to. When we got there was sat. When the food came out they brought one meal out first the other was 5-10 minutes behind. Waited 10 minutes for a second beer and finally had to have the bartender bring those over. When the second meal came out it was cold. Waited for a third round and finally just went up to the bar to get that. Was over charged by 4 beers on the ticket plus a side that never showed up. Talked to manager about it and finally got that resolved. Then I do not agree with giving my phone number due to chances of spam calls. Manager was not helpful. This is the worst service ever. I placed a To Go order about 30 days ago. Got home, wings were soggy, greasy and undercooked. Skin was saggy on wings. I had to toss it out. It was disgusting. I commented on the BFF website. It responded with a message that I would be contacted. 2 week went by, nothing. I commented again, same response, 2 more weeks and nothing. I commented a third time and finally got a call. I explained what happened and no apology, offer to replace food or anything. She said they dint6do special orders on Tuesdays since I ordered extra crispy. I told her again that it was soggy, greasy and undercooked, she said again, " We don't do special orders on Tuesday. Rude. Said she was going to mail me a coupon. Brushed me off. I wish I could have given a rating of 0 stars. I ordered for pickup through the app for 6:10 PM. After waiting almost an hour and seeing other customers come and go, I tried to ask one of the waitresses about my order. All I got was an "okay". Another 10 minutes go by and I am furious. She didn't even check on my order. I ask for a refund, and I am told my order is being bagged up. I wait ANOTHER 10 minutes and still nothing. I ask for a refund a second time to where I have to ask a THIRD time if my refund was processed and for my receipt. I was handed my receipt and told the refund should show in two to three businesses days. Not only do I still not have my refund a week later, they also shorted me on the receipt and when trying to talk to management about my lack of refund, they are telling me my order number never existed. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life. Husband and I went last night to try and eat, there was only about 4 tables filled and a couple people at the bar area so not busy at all. We stood there waiting for hostess to address that we where standing there for 5 mins and she finally came from the back and asked "how can I help you" my husband said well we would like to eat...., was told it would be a 30 minute wait. So my husband politely asked really? All these tables are open and the host said "yea really she is the only waitress and she can't handle more than what she has. " we just walked out. Tonight we decided to do a a Togo order. Placed the order at 6:20 said it would be ready at 6:50. We get there at 6:50, food wasn't ready. Stood there for 10 mins and I decided to asked the extremely rude hostess if she could check to see how much longer it would be and before I could finish she rudely interrupted and laughed and said "it will be a min we are behind". I said clearly you are behind but can you please get a accurate time and another lady walked from the back and said they where waiting on the wings. So I asked another worker if I can speak to a manager. The wait wasn't what bothered me, it's the absolute worst customer service and her laughing for me asking for a time. When I asked the rude hostess seen me asked and started laughing and walked in the back. Plus overcharging on wings cause you are not aloud to order more than 15 wings per person so you have to order two separate orders of 15 wings to get 30 and it cost $4 more. It took about twenty minutes to be sat in the bar (aren't bars usually open seating?) then after we get out STICKY menus we are greeted by our waitress who doesn't even look old enough to drink. When j ask if she has any New Mexican Beers she pulls out the menu and starts looking. After noticing Marble Red on draft I ask for that and wait 15 min till i receive a beer that had about 3 inches of head... The staff acts like working here is a huge singles mixer.. Lots of "ass grabbing" and hugging, more so then work.. I just witnessed a push up contest between two male employees and noticed them both not was their hands and proceed to make drinks and serve food.. I have eaten here many times and the food has been ok. Tonight I ordered the fish tacos. When the waiter delivered them luckily I had to wait on the sauce and condiments. There were literally 3 tables seated and the "hostess" said it would be a couple minutes unless we wanted to sit at the bar. We watched her walk around doing nothing for 15 minutes, helped a walk-in customer order a to-go meal and then ignore us again.
