There was ample, free parking plus a drive-thru window on May 30, 2026. They currently accept phone orders. My girls and I went inside because even though they should know what they want they always have annoying questions and take forever looking at menus. Lol. The service was friendly and welcoming, however, they didn't know how to explain "Bonus Sauce", one guy did not sweep the floors properly, and we waited about 20 minutes for our takeout. On to the food... First off, my medium thickness patty could have been juicier. It was a bit dry, but the rest of the ingredients were noticeably fresh. Second, not a huge fan of their cheese. It doesn't melt properly. AI says it is "a combination of American cheese and cheddar." Yuck, yuck, yuck. No wonder I did not like it - I have a disdain for American cheese. Alas, the crinkle fries were actually really good. Supposedly made fresh too. If you like the sauce at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, you'll like the Bonus Sauce. The cup that the young lady at the register gave us to sample was used to dip our fries in - very yummy. Pre-tax Prices: - #3 AVOCADO BURGER COMBO W/Fries & Medium Cherry Lime = $13.99 - #3 AVOCADO BURGER COMBO W/Fries = $13.99 - Medium Oreo Milkshake= $5.49 - #1 BURGER COMBO W/Fries (add mustard, mayo, and ketchup, while keeping the bonus sauce... that's my kid LOL) = $11.99 - Small Oreo Milkshake = $4.49 As you can see, there is no price break whatsoever for substituting a shake with the soda in the combos. That's steep for takeout from a fast food restaurant for 3 people. Lastly, the music did not match the vibes inside, but it was nice and cool on a hot day. I don't know what these kids were playing but it was one reason why I didn't want to eat inside.

I tried to clarify that I wasn't asking for "extra," only for the drinks to taste as they normally do. Given that this location has been known to make frequent mistakes, we honestly assumed the cherry may have been left out. The conversation became unexpectedly tense. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience. Small issues happen at any business. What matters is how they are handled. A more solution-oriented and courteous response would have made this a simple fix rather than a negative experience.
