My waitress was attentive and got my order right the first time. My salad was cold, crisp and tasty. My cheeseburger was very good, crispy outside and juicy inside. Really good. My traditional wings were also very crunchy and flavorful. The only thing I think BWW could improve on is to bring out you salad and then your entree 5 to 10 minutes after. They invariably show up really close to the same time and the food gets a bit of sit there time as you eat your salad. This was my first time to this restaurant. It has a sports bar atmosphere done well. All the local teams were well represented in the decor. There are lots of TV screens with a good selection of games both college and professional. This is a place you can bring your kids, and I saw many who did just that. The building was clean inside and out. There was ample lighting. The floors, tables, chairs, and booths were clean. The TV screens were clean too and easy to see. They have an outside dining area too, complete with plenty of TV screens to watch the game. Parking was plentiful. Upon entry, I was warmly greeted and promptly seated. The service was a little slow, but I think that was due to the fact that it was the busiest time of day. My server, Kat, was terrific. She answered my questions about the menu and took my order. When my food arrived, the order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the All-American cheeseburger with tots. The burger was cooked perfectly. The tots were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, just how I like them. The veggies on the burger were fresh. I watched the employees during the commercial breaks. They were busy but had pleasant demeanors. The staff is polite and professional and did a good job of making you feel like they were glad you came. There were lots of smiles, which is always a good thing. This is my go-to place now for watching sports and grabbing a bite. I'll definitely be back. I believe this is the worst review I have ever posted. I had the strangest most profound experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival it seemed like my large group of friends were going into an adult bar setting for a casual Saturday night. Buffalo Wild Wings is known for its sports, bar and wings but I usually don't go here because I think their Buffalo wings are terrible. Because my group of friends was a party of over 15, our options were limited. As soon as I sat at the table I ordered a fruity Henny Hustle. Of course this not being a true bar scene, the drinks aren't very strong and are pretty watered down. I ordered an appetizer and sat with my friend for near an hour small talking and waiting for our main course. At this point I attempted to order another fruity drink, and the waitress looked at her stop watch and stated that it had not been over 1 hour so I was not allowed to have another drink until the hour had passed. At this point my entire table was not allowed to order a second drink because they could only serve "1 per hour". I have never heard of such a thing and thought it was a joke. I have been to family restaurant and been able to enjoy my food and company with a more enjoyable experience then at a bar. One of the persons in our party went to the bar to order a second drink because the hour had passed. A few minutes later the manager came out and stated that our entire table was cut off from any second drinks. The part that I was not understanding is why this is the case. The manager was nearly yelling at us he didn't give any explanation on why this is the only bar establishment that any of us had ever heard of with timed drinks intervals. He could have been cool, come out and explained to us a reason so my party would have more aligned expectations and understanding. We should have been told from the beginning that there were rules applied to our dinner. I don't think I will ever be coming back here. The establishment was very disrespectful to us as customers and if it weren't for our large party being difficult to accommodate we would have walked out immediately. To make the experience even more confusing the server never came out to collect everyone's card for about 20 minutes after passing us the bill. I understand that there may be rules and regulations at this establishment and that the experience is no single server's, managers or bar tenders fault, but I think the team could have worked much better collectively to give us a better experience and understanding. read more

I called to complain and the manager said that I could reorder but there would be no guarantee that my food would arrive hot or even warm. After I had found the district's manager's name and sent a report of the filthy restrooms in the Huntsville, TX location, I received no phone call from him in response. Came in on Friday night while passing through to Houston. We were sat immediately, though I think we arrived after the Friday night rush as they were still cleaning up in most of the restaurant. Bathrooms were both dirty when we first arrived but had been cleaned by the time we left. Our server Hannah was great and put on all 3 of the games we requested on TVs near us. Got beers quickly and our food fast and was piping hot. Hannah did a great job checking in on us and we had everything we needed. Overall great time! Thanks guys! read more

We visited this location on a Monday and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service they gave from both server and management staff. Waited a very long time for our food for one and some didn't get their food until everyone was already done eating. After we talked to the manager about the experience he didn't seem to care what we had to say except make excuses. If you are the manager you need to take control of this and not let it ruin the guest experience. Rather make the drive down to the Shenadoah location.
