Well, apparently Freddy may no longer be with BWW anymore, and the service over the past two visits has -really- shown. Went in today around 11:15am, and was one of two parties initially seated in the bar dining area.... Fast forward to 30 minutes later, and still no food, however, everyone else in a now 2/3rd's full dining room is either eating or done with their meal. I definitely agree with the other reviews regarding the service I've received here. My boyfriend and I visit this location frequently because it is close to our home and they show just about any sports game imaginable. However, the service is horrible. every. time. Literally have to wait 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. They always have ONE bartender to make drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant. This Place has not had a good GM since " Fred Polito" I worked under him as a Certified trainer for 4 yrs an i can honestly say i enjoyed my job, hrs were being cut so of course i moved on. Recently i re applied an tried to go back part time for extra money so i spoke with Jarred (asst mgr). he was very nice and made me feel as if going back to bdub would be a good move for me being that i was already some what familiar with the company. The day after i was contacted by the current GM his name is JERRY, and rt off all i can say about our conversation is "WOW". This man was very RUDE and Disrespectful towards me coming off as if me looking for a job there was bothering him.. I never met this man for him to be so ugly to someone who is trying to help him help me by trying to get a job. My family and I came in around 12:15 knowing that they close at 1. We walked in and one of the employees rudely tells us "ThE KItChes CLosEs iN 10 MIn and ThE bAR in 5" okay first of all if YOUR WEBSITE SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 1 THEN U CLOSE AT 1, NOT 12:30 and even if you do close at 1 it's important to seat the customers down. This is the worst service you will ever get !!!!!! I love the food and have basically subjected myself to the customer abuse because it is so close to where I work and the chicken wings are so good. I usually go on Tuesdays at lunch when the bone in wings are $ .60, so I understand this is a busy time. Worst location of Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. I love this establishment but this location makes me never want to step foot in it again. Rude employees. Terrible service. They don't acknowledge you. I have to wait 20 minutes to be seated. I had to clear my own table off after the employee said they would be "right back" I waited 10 minutes. I then had to personally ask for a menu and had to leave my booth in order to find someone to take my order. All in all it took 45 minutes to order. Twice served the wrong beer. Mistakes happen, I'm not going to dwell on that. Waiter was great and made it right both times. Was served undercooked chicken. When I asked for a new plate the manager came out and argued that it wasn't undercooked, but rather it's my 'taste preference.' Said he could get a new plate out, but it would be dry since I like my chicken overcooked. I told the manager I wasn't looking to get it off my check, I just wanted it cooked all the way through. He went on to say he'll order some well done chicken for me. I've never had a manager argue with me about the way my food is cooked. The chicken was still translucent when I cut into it. It's not a taste preference, it's a health risk. Look at my yelp profile. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was one of the most head-scratching experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I know they're trying to push this 'lunch in 15 minutes or it's free,' but I'd rather have cooked chicken in 20 than raw chicken in 12. Bryce was our waiter and he was great. He took it off my ticket anyway and I left him a nice tip based on what my meal would've cost and politely asked him to tell the manager I would never come back. Promise I won't. Stopped in for wings today and they had the 60 cent boneless offer. Their sauces are good; however, they never seem to cover the boneless in enough sauce. They have at times sold me wings that still had feathers on them so I would never rate this location higher than a 3 Star. 8/23/19 Today is my grandson's bd. We asked where he wanted to go for his bd dinner. He replied,"Buffalo Wild Wings. My husband and I agreed, especially since we had never tried them before. We arrived before there was a crowd before 4. Our waitress was Brittany. My grandson had been there before he said about 2 yrs. ago. He opened the menu, and discovered that the prices were much higher than he remembered. We said that's okay. It's your bd we will eat here. First, we had several questions about drinks, portions, etc. She wasn't very knowledgeable, but she made about 2 trips in order to answer our questions. We then placed our order. Our grandson ordered the 9pc. hot wings; my husband and I shared the 20pc. hot wings which were priced reasonably. The small size hot wings (9pc.) cost more than half of the 20 pc. We were not aware of this before ordering(our bad). Overall, the food is quite pricey in our opinion, but tasted very good. The wings were not as tender as I would have liked. As far as the service: The place did not have a lot of people in it. Our waitress brought our drinks. She didn't return to the table until AFTER our food was ready. Meanwhile, I needed sweetener for my tea, napkins, and water with which to dilute my tea. My grandson had to locate her each time we needed something. When she did arrive with the food, the "Large" fries looked like an individual serving. She dropped the food off and never returned to followup for any other needs. That's a big turnoff for us. I also ordered a piece of plain bread. It seems as though they took a half side of a hotdog bun AND cut that piece in half(lengthwise) and toasted it. I thought I made it plain that I did not want it toasted. I did not want to wait any longer for it to be toasted. She either didn't understand or just plain ignored my request. So the food tasted good; the service was lousy. She had another table where she enjoyed hanging out. I guess we were intruding. Our table was neglected. We do not appreciate the lousy service we received for the price we paid. Our ticket was over $50. My husband had an inexpensive beer; my grandson had a soft drink; I had tea. Neither of us was offered a refill; she didn't return to our table. This is one of the few times we did Not tip our server. Last, but not least, they do not offer sr. discounts. I came here all the time when I lived in the area and it was good. One time I did get boneless wings and proceeded to have the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. I was out of commission for 3 days straight. I never went back after that. And I also do not eat boneless wings from any BWW anymore. It just ruined it for me. That was winter 2010 so it's been a while. I did enjoy coming here but an experience like that just ruins it. I'm still a fan of BWW though. read more

The to go order that did not happen. I called about 10:30 pm. I had to call back twice because the lady could not operate a phone. Then I place my order of wings and she said 15 minutes till ready. I show up at 10:41 and proceed to stand there till 10:55 and no one acknowledged me as they walked by about 20 times. So it's 11:13 and I am already eating at the steak and shake down the street. Seriously! Don't waste your $! Should've checked yelp before we went because the reviews are to the most part, spot on! Even the waitress we had is already referenced on here for her awful service. First off, I called before we went there to make sure the game we wanted to watch was going to be on. When we got there it was packed so seating options were limited. We sat down only to find the 1 TV with the chiefs vs Titans game wasn't viewable from our seat. Our only option besides leaving was sit outside and they'd turn the game on out on the patio. Which they did but not long after that more people came and several were told their game would be turned on too even though people were clearly watching those TVs. Some never got theirs on while others, like us, only had ours turned on to be turned to another station. The rest of the time the tv we were watching was hard to see. Now the food... First off why doesn't the menu list how many wings come in their orders? That's sketch. Anyways, our waitress took a while to show up. Someone else even got us water while we waited. Once she did show up she Then hovered and asked several times if we were ready when we clearly weren't. Then disappears with my boyfriends beer order only to return maybe 10 or so minutes later with a warm beer and says the bar was running behind. She then takes our order, the small hot wings and game day sampler. The food didn't take horribly long but when it was brought out, it was like it had been sitting under the heat lamp a while. The sampler and wings came separately by other waiters... The sampler came missing 1 "slammer" and they were so overcooked and dry. There weren't any corn dogs at all even tho the menu clearly says it's included. My wings were like Luke warm and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Not fresh at all. At that point we were pretty bummed because we couldn't really see the game, the service thus far sucked and we were spending about $30 on crappy food. I also asked for more ranch and that didn't come until maybe 15 minutes later only after my boyfriend asked about it bc at that point I didn't care and just wanted the check. When she came back she said it was the kitchens fault because they have to put it in like any other order? We asked for a box and the check and at that point she was plenty eager for us to pay and get on our way. When we got home, my boyfriend got sick. All around bad service and food. I'm sure this place is only open because it's at a good location and doesn't have to rely on customer loyalty to return. Thanks for ruining our Sunday!
