Great food, wonderful service, and open until 2am! We were served by a sweet lady, Saras, who was attentive, kind and provided great service! They had live music on a Friday night. We got a variety of dishes as a group of 7, and everyone enjoyed each meal they had. Would recommend, especially for a late night meal.

Had a few hours to kill and popped into here to catch a basketball game and grab a drink and some food. Glad i did. They have large menu focused on Indian foods. Recommend trying the chicken lollipops and the sauce that comes with it pairs so well with a nice sweetness and spicy twang to it at the end. The dajeleeng tea was a little sweet and had a weird after taste but i still drank it lol. Overall a great place and I'd come back again

Peak is a cozy sports bar and restaurant. We sat in a booth ordered a momo platter, chowmein and chicken sizzler between the four of us. Within fifteen minutes we got our food. The chowmein was so good, flavorful and had an excellent touch of roasted chickpeas which we loved so much that we got a second round out of greed more than anything. I would recommend getting their momo platter for sure, so pillowy soft and flavorful. The chicken sizzle was probably the disappointment of the meal and I wouldn't recommend. The chicken was dry and the marination hadn't fully reached the inside. Overall though friendly staff, solid ambiance and great Nepali find!

When restaurants still hand write their order, you know it's going to be legit!

I had an unexpected layover in Dallas and the only places open was this place and your usual fast food restaurants like jacks and McDonalds. I wanted REAL food. So glad I ordered from here! I got the butter chicken curry and garlic naan. SO GOOD. They delivered right to my room. The food honestly made me soooo happy after a long day of delayed flights. So thank you for being open late! You made my entire night!

I was looking forward to having a great dinning experience here with great food. Unfortunately the food disappointed. The wait service was very good, especially considering how busy it was on that Saturday night. I order a Daphne Effect (Malibu Rum, Grenadine, Pineapple Juice, Blue Curacao), Cheese sticks, and Pork Sejuwa (Pan-fried pork marinated with ginger garlic paste and flavored with Chitwan style spices, grilled and served with bhuja, bhatmas, aloo achar). My wife had the Goat Masala. My wife's goat was very tough and extremely salty this made it inedible. My Pork Sejuwa, was good in flavor but it wasn't cooked in a way so the pork would be tender. The cheese sticks was the highlight of my meal. They're were good. They're pretty much mozzarella sticks but named differently. My Daphne Effect was good but watered down. The waitress noticed we didn't eat our meals. I didn't even bother sending it back, because the meals took about 40 minutes and I didn't want to wait that long again. The waiter did remove the goat masala from the check at the end. This was much appreciated it. I'm thinking we just got a badly cooke food night from their chef. However being that it was my first time I won't be back.

I nave come here twice with my friends and we have loved it both times! The menu has plenty of variety and the wait staff is very nice. The ambiance is also very casual and comfortable. The food is richly spiced and aromatic. The naan is some of my favorite. Both times, i have had difficulty choosing my meal because everything looks delicious. I hope to return and try some more tasty food!

I have been to this place several times. The food is okay, few hits and few misses. The service was really fast when we went there last weekend! It was quite busy still our food came within minutes except for the sizzler. The people are nice and friendly. Talking about the food, I have tried chicken/mutton momo ( fried, kothe, jhol). All were good, no complaints there. The serving size was quite good as well. I have also tried their chowmein which was average as well. Other than that, we had bandel sandheko, sukuti and it's just there's this one spice that's added there and it's very overpowering. I love spicy food but I feel like this one will benefit if the spices were a little more balanced/muted. The chicken lolipop were great, crispy but not oily. The dish I wouldn't recommend is sizzler. First of all, it takes quite some time (understandable) but it's not sizzler at all. It was served on cast pan and the noodles and chicken were on a cabbage leaf (?). The chicken was not good at all, basically boiled chicken with some kind of gravy and the noodles had no flavor whatsoever. And the fries were the worst, soggy and frozen. I wouldn't still go to this place from time to time. I like the vibes but would only order the safe dishes.

    Happy hour specials.

On a first visit I don't (usually) go over 5 stars, as if it's good, I'll be back, and do an update. I'd be tempted to change this strategy, as it was a good experience, but not quite 5 stars. This was actually or second choice for the area. Our first choice was Bangkok Orchid Thai ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/bangkok-orchid-thai-irving ), but the sign on the door read "takeout only ( https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/bangkok-orchid-thai-irving?select=e9VlYaDDdR5EHS5LCDFBrg ). So this was our plan B. It was also a while back (May 2021), so I don't remember exactly what our party of 3 had... But we each ordered something different and we shared. Everything was good. So I can't recall the actual dishes, but I think, to be different, I did order from the Tibetan section of the menu (I think it was the Momo). Other two dishes were more Indian. Perhaps a vindaloo? Nothing disappointed. So the place is unusual. If it wasn't for someone outside, who said, "It's really good." as we walked past, we might have taken a pass. I don't know why, maybe it was just a weird vibe. But we went in, and it was OK. There was a LARGE group in the back, so the place was kinda loud. And, as the name implies, it is a bar too. So I realize this review is not all that helpful, but I did want to say, don't pass on this place just because of looks. I realize most won't, but just in case. Bottom line: It was a good find. PS. Hopefully my photo attaches, with happy hour info!

My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (5 Stars if you only care about service) Atmosphere - It's pretty electric. There is a large bar in the middle, tons of bar seating, and during my Thursday visit for lunch, it was packed. The vibes are good, and tons of TVs are showing sports. If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Rowdy Cowboy knows exactly what it does well, and believe me it does it well. In fact, out of all the restaurants in this genre, Rowdy Cowboy has the friendliest staff. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.

The DJ kept a great mix of music playing, which had us staying longer than planned just to relax, talk, and enjoy the atmosphere. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, and the drink specials made me excited about finding what I thought was a new gem. At the end of the night, I left thinking I had found the perfect spot to meet up with friends, unwind, and enjoy good vibes. Unfortunately, that feeling changed the next morning when I noticed my card had been charged a different amount than what I agreed to pay. Yes, I left a tip, but it appeared the total had been altered after the fact. I returned the next day to address the issue and was told that only the manager could assist me, and that I would need to come back after 6 p.m. No one acknowledged the problem, apologized for the inconvenience, or attempted to resolve the situation. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The amount may have been small, but trust is everything when it comes to spending my money. At this point, I would spend more in gas driving back and forth than the amount that was overcharged. I had genuinely hoped this would become one of my regular spots, but after this experience, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere was enjoyable, but I simply can't support a business when I don't feel confident my bill will be handled accurately or in a trustworthy manner. Shame ‍

DFW is massive. My friend was 30 mins late, but I wasn't trippin. I used that time to charge my phone and get a little work done. We didn't have a resy, but were seated right away. First of all, this place is massive. We both started with the espresso martini before realizing they had a happy hour menu. Our second drink was from the hh menu even though we had no business having a second cocktail. To start, we shared the fried green tomatoes. For whatever reason, we both ended up getting the western burger. Food was great. There was so much of it that I was only able to finish half and ended up taking the rest home. Great service as well. The place was crowded by the time we left. We only planned to stay for 45 minutes, but ended up staying for nearly 2 hours. Big thanks to the bartender. Not a true "Japanese wagyu" texture, but still an excellent steak overall. - Sides (mashed potatoes, fries, broccolini, cornbread): All pretty good across the board. I liked the cornbread the most and wished there was more of it. Usually a side of cornbread is much more substantial and comes with honey butter. - Steak sauce: we ask for a side of this. Whatever they had was unique and great. Fruity and tangy, a great complement to the tomahawk. - Pecan Pie: look at the photo! A huge, tall slice. No notes. Loved the dense ice cream on top. Perfect way to end the meal. Overall: no critiques, just an all-around great dinner. Definitely recommend the tomahawk and pie.
