Well back again ladies and gentlemen given more than ample time to have corporate called me about this matter still haven't received anything heard anything or gotten any kind of response from Buffalo wild wings this is a shame that I couldn't even update and give them a better review by now this happened in March and still nothing from corporate shows you how much buffalo wow wings cares about their corporate people I've still asked for someone so please contact me and of course nothing has been done. Please close your reviews people and let them know who we are and we are the one spending our money to get the service and that we shouldn't be treated like this this makes no sense it's better to stay at home if we're going to continue to be treated like this and I plan on making sure that I bless this and continue to tell people about the experience and that I still say it's March have not had anyone from corporate to even say anything to me or reach out to me read more

Horrible service. This is probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. They forgot to bring out part of my order. Then over charged me and took forever to get my check fixed. This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have encountered. Please don't waste your time or money here. You will be better off going to wingstop or a better location. The service and management are terrible. I called in and placed a to go order, and when I arrived I had to wait 45 mins for my food. They had forgotten about my order when I arrived, so rushed to make it and told me it would not take that long. They lied, 45 mins went by, and they still made my order wrong. I then in returned asked for a refund and was greeted by a rude manager on top of the server already being rude to me. They also messed up on other people's to go orders. No one there seems to want to be at their job. They have lack of customer service and this is not how they should treat any customer. Please read the reviews before going. Never once have they gotten my to-go order correct. We'd love to dine in, but the place smells awful due to smoking.

Worst service ever. Management obviously can't do their job because their waitstaff is terrible. Took 15 minutes to be greeted, another 30 minutes for food, and we had to ask to pay? Restaraunt was pretty empty too, so no lunch rush excuses. The worst problem, it has been over 2 years since I have been here. I have only been to this location for lunch and has never left unsatisfied. The food is always good & the service is top notch. They are true with their "under 15 min" lunch rule, which helps to get back to work at a good time. read more

Food is good, what you expect and no different from any other BWW location. The service here though - that's something else. Slowest service I have ever had, anywhere. I've been there for lunch at 11 when there's almost no one else in the place, ordered just wings, and had to take my order to go as it took more than an HOUR to get the food to the table. I've been to this location several times and each time the service seems to get worse. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to come over. We had to stop her several times to order drinks and food, she never came over on her own. That wasn't in the worst part! I saw the bartender remove a bug from a drink with a straw and the pour ice on top and send it back!!! I'm not sure I will go back. read more

Probably the worst BWW in Texas, poor service, always missed orders and now they even charge you more for their wings.

This place is always crowded at lunch hour. Never had to wait more than five minutes for a table. I always get the Bone - In wings with Mango Habanera. If you are a wings fan, this chain can fill your craving. read more

worst service i have ever received. extremely unorganized and bad service. will never bring my business again to this location.

My family and I went to BWW to get together since some of my family members came from out of town. I will try to make this Short; but all night we had trouble. First, the asst general manager Keaton Denney sent a new waiter to our table of 15 without anyone assisting him. He didn't know what he was doing so I knew he wasn't properly trained. He took our orders and when the orders finally came out he dropped out tray of food. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to be recooked. Normally if something like this happens at a restaurant the manager would come over express his apologies and get our food out as quickly as possible. There were other things happening during our stay but the most important thing happened at the end of the night. The waiter charge our credit card $70 dollar which was everyone's meal. He bill was only 35 dollars. I asked for the manager to come over and he took along time to come. Once he got there he had no compensate or excuse on why this happen. I asked him to compensate our bill. By that time he was so upset, that he snatched the bill and balled it up in our faces and almost hit my cousin. I told her to call 911 but she refused. She just waited to leave. He is the worst manager i have ever seen. If you want good representation at your restaurant he needs to be FIRED! If he treats customers that way then i can only imagine how he treats his employees. He is the worst!! I told him that I was going to make a complaint to the corporate office. Came in for a celebration. Wasn't hungry but decided to eat a bit. "We" ordered different appetizers which took awhile to return to my table only to be super cold. Just in time for the manager to pass our table and we told him. Ok problem fixed. Soon after the food arrived only to be not so hot either. Now we're pissed. The waitress (MICHELLE) brought me somebody else food who ordered the same thing from another table and just handed me the plate as if I didn't noticed. I had the buffalo and Mac n cheese plate with mild buffalo sauce! Moving on, my friends weren't so pleased at all but we ate because we spent money! My partner was so pissed that she told the waitress(MICHELLE) to just take the plate back and they brought her another thing of appetizer. I wouldn't complain about anything but TWICE our food came to our table COLD!!! Tip my ass! Never returning to this place of business again! read more
