We went in last night for dinner, there were nine of us. We were happy to split up or sit together. The weight staff and hostess said we were causing a problem because we were splitting up. We never have had great service at any BWWs. And since they changed their menu, we haven't been to one in AGES. We really felt like stopping today, and I am god we did. My husband got what he always does, boneless wings (half mango habanero, half wild), and I got their new hand breaded chicken tenders. I saw NEW because they were different from what they had before. This new breading was DELICIOUS. Perfectly seasoned and fully coated. I also always upgrade to potato wedges instead of fries... their wedges are THE BEST. So glad they didn't get the ax when the new menu came. I have to also say, we had THE BEST server today. He was just so aware. My boyfriend and I have been going to this place for a quite some time but now we've had it! We normally NEVER complain, but they can't do anything right, and we've reached our limit on BS. We make routine trips for wing Tuesday and Thursday, but found something unfortunate. They've been overcharging us for quite some time. On the Tuesdays we order take out and order 20 wings(Large). We complain about the prices, but the sauce is yummy, and buy it regardless. For some reason I was thinking of ordering online and realized they had been overcharging us. They had been charging us separate amount of wings, rather than giving us one order of large wings. ($3.25*4=14) was what they were charging us, when they should have only charged us $10. $4 is not a lot, but that adds up. I never look at receipts, I am trusting of restaurants, but this establishment has changed me. They should have the decency to tell you there's a better option. Low class and cheap.. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my wings. Dining in is okay, but the staff could have more awareness towards customers. They also mess up phone orders, and short you a wing or two, or make a batch super saucy, and another batch that are nearly naked...too inconsistent for us. We will have to start making our own wings and forget about BDUBS. They were way better back in the day. read more

We love Bdubs but this location gets worse every time we visit. A large order of wings (supposed to be approximately 20) came out with only 16. We had 3-4 flavors all of which were pretty poorly distributed. The barbecue was overly thick and not absorbed well but rather sitting on top of the wing. The buffalo flavor was practically undetectable. Not sure why it's so difficult to count the wings and make sure people get what they pay for. If a large is 20, then count out 20! Quit being cheapskates. Put some love into the food. Just an overall disappointment and likely won't be back regardless of how much the kids ask for it. Incompetent management team. I was served a raw chicken sandwich, after a bite I informed the bartender who had served me, and he said he would get me another sandwich. But then a manager came over to me and literally argued with me why I had taken one bite and now want another sandwich. I've been giving Buffalo Wild Wings my business for many years. Growing up it was always my choice for my birthday dinner, and now that I'm older, my choice to grab a drink and watch a game. Due to Covid myself and my family have been limiting our time spent outside of the home, so delivery has become a useful way to "experience a night out". Unfortunately the last three times I've ordered from this location the food has been less than satisfactory. I'm not one to usually leave a review, but if it will help someone choose to not order delivery from here, it's beneficial. The first order we were given the wrong sauce choices for our wings and the food was ice cold. The second order included three appetizers-- all cold and soggy. After this I was very hesitant to order from here again, but with a little arm twisting we ordered wings this evening. The order was three drinks, 30 boneless wings with three separate sauces on the side, and 30 boneless wings with honey BBQ. The three drinks were correct. The 30 wings with sauces on the side were correct. But how do you send out 30 boneless wings with no sauce on them and slap the sauce sticker on there like we don't have eyes? I guess I shouldn't say "no sauce" -- these wings were more like the Lacroix of chicken, as if they set the bottle down on the same surface as them... not impressed and probably not going to chance ordering delivery from here again. read more

Im feeling pretty, MEH about this place. While the employees were nice, the food sucked, the drinks sucked, and the trivia was painfully slow. Food: we ordered appetizers (fries) and they came at the same time as our main dishes. Also, the table to the right of us got to BWW significantly later than we did and they got thier food first. The wings were awful. I ate them mostly, well inly because I dont like to waste food and the sauce was pretty good. Drinks: besides the water, the country club drink that I ordered was so sweet, im sure I now ihave type 2 diabetes. It tasted like it had no alcohol in it whatsoever. Trivia: they have new tablets on which to play trivia, but theg are ao slow, you just end up getting frustrated and wanting to throw it through the window. This is a good place to catch a game, some good food and great times with friends or family. A staple for me is the boneless wings with Honey BBQ sauce. The wings never disappoint. The beer selection here is great and I always recommend a Spotted Cow which is made right here in southern Wisconsin. The place can get pretty busy during NFL season. There is outdoor seating for summer and inside there are plenty of TV's so there is always multiple sports being shown. This BWW also has DirecTV so during the NFL season they have Sunday Ticket, so you can always go here to catch your favorite non-local team. It also offers great carry out service and I have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and I have had great service every time I've gone. This is a great place in my books. read more

I am a huge fan of the BW3...actually have been ever since I tried one several years ago. This place is no different. I think the boneless wings and the sauces offered at the best out there. I have gotten takeout from this location several times and they always have the food ready and provide utensils and wipes. The two times I have eaten a the bar, the service was adequate. They are always relatively busy, so it is sometimes hard to get a refill on your drink. The staff is relatively nice, they just disappear sometimes. read more

This is not because there are none happening, it is because management simply does not understand, does not care or both. This was the same issue earlier in the week during baseball, playoff hockey and playoff NBA. I have been to steak joints that cost less and give you more than this place. And the drinks are inconsistent as all heck, my wife ordered the knockout punch and it was so strong that she didn't finish it, I ordered a Moscow mule and it was ice and garnish basically. I usually come to this particular Bdubs with a group of 9-15 college students from UW-Whitewater. We always call ahead to see what the wait will be for our big group and on multiple occasions we've had no wait at all! The worst wait was about 30 minutes which is exceptional for a large group at a very busy restaurant! The wings are great, sometimes a little light on the sauce but the servers are there to correct any issues. My group and I have been to this bdubs 10+ times and we always have GREAT service, even during dinner rush. Ps. The hostess was named Grace so of course I said "hey my names Grace too!" And toward the end of my meal that night, the manager brought out free cheesecake bites for me-which I shared with my friends, there were 10 bites- because we had the same name! I'm sure this is rare but it definitely left an impression on me and made me feel special. read more

I'm going to upgrade to a 3-star review. The speed of service has greatly improved and it's no longer an issue. The food is tasty, but the menu variety is somewhat lacking. Your choices are mostly limited to wings, salads, wraps, or burgers. The new Italian burger is exceptional. They do offer trivia while you wait, although the TV screens are nearly impossible to read and the trivia is focused more on sports than anything. Good service. The food was hot...REALLY hot! I ordered the mild wings and they burnt my mouth off. I like hot food, but didn't want it that night. The waitress was nice and told the manager. He took off 25% of the wing bill. I ate 2 wings. I told her to take the rest off. she got the manager again. He took the wings off and came to the table and took away the remainder of the wings.
