What could improve? Pretty much everything. I understand staffing issues but if you go in there to dine in, the service is incredibly slow, the place is dirty and they often screw up your order. If you order carry out, be sure to check that they didn't give you someone else's food. If you order delivery, good luck. They'll often forget it entirely, deliver the wrong order or try to convince you that someone already picked it up. The food's good though and sitting at the bar watching the game can be fun. Went here for the first time last night. Makayla was our server and did a most excellent job. We ordered and started off with chips and salsa. It came out quick and their salsa was great. Our food order took a long time to come out. They weren't that busy but we were told they had a lot of call in orders. When our food finally arrived the burger fries and cauliflower was great but the wings not so much. They were cold and raw. We sent them back and the manager came out apologized brought out fresh which were great and took them off our bill. Service, management and food quality were fine only downfall was wait time. This was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was good. We ended up here on Mother's Day for lunch because everywhere was packed with long waits and yet no one was here, lots of open tables. I guess people don't take their moms to BWW in Jeff City but for us childfree people it was great. I'm a wimp and don't like spicy food so I had mild sauce put on my chicken sandwich instead of medium like the menu said. My sister had ordered the same sandwich medium as it comes, different side and they got mixed up. I was eating my sandwich thinking how very glad I was that I had asked for mild because if this was mild I'd hate to know what medium was like. Then we found a mild sticker on her paper and traded sandwiches. Overall I was pleased with my sandwich. My brother-in-law ordered plain boneless chicken, small order, and I was impressed with how much chicken he got. I'll have to try that next time. read more

My friends and I went the week it opened. We agreed it was way to cramped, and the service was less that acceptable. Most recently a friend and I went for round two. I ordered one of their specialty burgers. After twenty minutes I received a burnt burger on a cold bun. I told the waitress there was no way I could eat this. She took it back and fifteen minutes later I got the same burnt burger again. I had her get the manager. He informed me "that's how the burger is made". For me Buffalo Wild Wings is synonymous for poor service. The good wings are the only thing that keep me coming back. This is true for me at any location that I have been to. Tonight's experience provided no surprises. When we walked in we were the only people sitting at the tables (booths excluded). After waiting a while someone came and said that our waitress was unavailable and asked what we wanted to drink. Fair enough. She couldn't answer any of our questions about drinks or appetizers, even though she was training someone. After another 20 minute wait I approached a manager who was sitting nearby. He immediately saw the anger in my eyes and called the waitress over. He followed her to the table and stood there while she took our order. He looked at him and said she could handle it from here. I'm not so sure that she can. I don't know what it is about the chain but customer service is always the worst. They need better training programs and some more observant waitresses. read more

We ordered food from BWW through Door Dash. It was obvious when we got our food that they saw this as a way to shave corners. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and had a total of 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the entire wrap. When the order is bad they think you only have to complain to Door Dash. Oh boy...where to start. My family and I were visiting Mid-MO for Christmas and decided to stop in here for a late lunch. By late lunch I mean 3:00...you would think that during an off hour such as 3:00 service would be good. Wrong. It was terrible. First there was no host or hostess to seat us. I had to ask a server if we were supposed to seat ourselves after waiting a few minutes by the door. I had never been to BWW before so I wasn't sure of the seating procedure. A server finally sat us at a table near the bar area. One of the worst things about Mid-MO is you are still allowed to smoke in restaurants apparently. Sucks. Anyway, it was a good 5-10 minutes for a server to come and take our drink order. I guess this was "ok" since I have never been here before and needed time to review the menu. It took our server another 5-10 minutes to return with drinks. She vanished again before coming back to take our order. I am pretty sure we were in this establishment for over 20 minutes before our order was taken. We started off with an appetizer sampler which included mozzarella sticks, nachos, boneless wings and onion rings. There was no marinara on for the cheese sticks and no ranch or blue cheese for the wings even though the menu explicitly listed these as being served with the sampler. Our server ran off as soon as she could throw the sampler on the table. Didn't give us any plates or anything - this is always annoying when trying to share an appetizer. When our order arrived it was wrong. My mother ordered her entree without jalapenos, my brother ordered his with extra jalapenos and my brothers "chicken tenders" came out as thin strips of grilled chicken that didn't look the slightest bit appetizing. We also asked our server for wing sauce for my brothers chicken strips and my dads burger. She didn't bring them out until we were done eating. Our drinks were often left empty which is another peeve of mine. Overall the service sucked and the food wasn't all that. It was average but nothing to write home about in my book. I had the southwest flat bread sandwich with buffalo chips. I must say the buffalo chips were off da chain! My flat bread - well, not so much. I guess it just wasn't what I was expecting. It was a flat bread sandwich with diced chicken and other random veggies but it was totally smothered in Velveeta like queso which was disgusting. I guess I just figured that since BWW is a restaurant their queso would be a step up from what I can make in my crockpot - WRONG! The rest of the table agreed that their selections were only "ok." Everyone seemed to love the buffalo chips though. Will I go back to BWW? I will probably give them a shot back at home but I'm not sure that I'll visit this one next time I'm back in Mid-MO. read more
