Came here on a whim as it was on our way home and honestly it's been several years since we've been here. The service started out alright but it seemed weird that they said they were short staffed and I saw more employees than patrons at one point. As well as unparented children running around. It was around 3:30-4pm when we arrived. The food was terrible and inconsistent. My cheesesteak was overly seasoned with pepper and my partners burger wasn't seasoned at all. The burger was also literally drenched in grease. After we received our entree is when the service pretty much stopped. We tried to use a coupon we had from a third party but ended up not using it after waiting over 15 minutes for a manager that never came. Apparently they were in the kitchen cooking. Our waitress was terrible and truly did not care about how she served us. We ordered wedges with cheese and bacon and didn't get them until we had to ask about it when our entrees came out. I offered extra wet wings and they were completely dry. Could have easily solved with a side cup of sauce but I never our waitress never came to our table to ask how our food came out. After finally having to flag her down I asked for a cup on sauce even tho I was half way done with my food by then. She never brought me the sauce. She never came and refilled our drinks once. I used to love coming here a lot, there is a one next to my place but I'd drive further for this location. However, good things don't last. The place has changed a lot dramatically. 1- Staff/Services: The service was amazing before, and the staff were so friendly, funny and welcoming. However now it's different. They are more dry, you feel like they're not happy to serve you. Before everyone was smiling and now everyone with their poker face. I come to this location once a week with my friends and family and at least one person have their order messed up. 2- Food: I used to like their food so much. Now I feel it's not as good and some chicken are not cooked enough. And the portion of the food whether it's the chicken or the fries are not as used to be. 3-Atmosphere: Honestly still one of my favorite place to watch a basketball or a football game I recommend for the manager to really work with their team on the service and how to deal with customer and make them feel welcomed. Regarding this location: the parking is limited. Unless you have a handicap tag you will be parking a a distance depending on how busy it is. The service was fast and our waitress was great! When a restaurant has multiple locations there will always be that one that will stand out because of a negative but I'm glad to say that this is not it.
