Came here on a whim as it was on our way home and honestly it's been several years since we've been here. The service started out alright but it seemed weird that they said they were short staffed and I saw more employees than patrons at one point. The place has changed a lot dramatically. 1- Staff/Services: The service was amazing before, and the staff were so friendly, funny and welcoming. However now it's different. They are more dry, you feel like they're not happy to serve you. Before everyone was smiling and now everyone with their poker face. I come to this location once a week with my friends and family and at least one person have their order messed up. 2- Food: I used to like their food so much. Now I feel it's not as good and some chicken are not cooked enough. And the portion of the food whether it's the chicken or the fries are not as used to be. 3-Atmosphere: Honestly still one of my favorite place to watch a basketball or a football game I recommend for the manager to really work with their team on the service and how to deal with customer and make them feel welcomed.
