I've been there a few times with my boyfriend, and the food is great as always. But each time the service we receive is absolutely terrible, we never get refills,the servers barely check up on the table and we always feel rushed to eat and close out our check. I myself am a server at a wing bar as well and we always put our guest needs before ours, we use our steps of service and try to interact with our guest. I heard a lot of bad reviews from this place but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But the service was absolutely terrible and clearly the servers need more training and need to fix their attitude. Always a great time to go to Buffalo wild wings on Tuesday buy one get one boneless wing night. I continue to try all the different flavors and this time I had the Asian zing with the curry. Just remember to take an Imodium and four Pepto tablets when you get home. But really, the foods good, atmosphere is good and the sports games were on. Just had a terrible experience at this BW3. Walked in at 7:50, sat at a table in the bar area, as there were no clean tables in the main dining room. We sat there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, although the table behind us, who sat down after us had not one but 2 waiters stop. After finally ordering food (wings, potato wedges, and a buffalo chicken wrap) we were then ignored for the most part until after 8:35 when we finally gave up and left. I ate at this establishment on Friday 19 July 2019. The experience was less that acceptable and as follows: 1. Staff were not attentive or responsive and wait times for food was unacceptable. 2. The food was sub par for the price and tasted like someone dumped an entire salt shaker on it. 3. I had french fries, a steak wrap and Long Island Ice Tea. My net result was extreme heart-burn, upset stomach and vomitting with extreme diarrhea hours after consumption. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Our visit started by us having to wander around to find our own menus. We sat for quite a long while at our table waiting for someone to serve us. Any thing we needed involved waiting. Including getting the check. Although our food was okay, it took two attempts to get what we ordered. Prices were very reasonable. No one seemed bad, or intentionally hard to deal with. I just get the impression they don't really like working there. I'm gonna start by saying I really was looking forward to BW3. This was a goto restaurant while in college and I was really excited about eating here. My wife and I have Datenight every Friday and we hit a different food spot each time. I was finally able to convince my wife to try this place out after so many years. We were seated fairly quickly however we were not greeted by a server for about 10 minutes which was odd because several people walked by us and clearly we didnt have any water or anything. We were finally served our drinks and the young lady that ended up being our waitress apologized for the wait. We ordered our food with no worries. Now on to the reason why this place gets 1 star. Our food took over 25 minutes to come to our table. Not only was my wings super cold but...wait for it..... (THERE WAS A BUG INSIDE OF OUR FRIED CHEESE) My wife is not a wing person so she ordered the sampler plate. She took one bite of the fried cheese and asked me to take a look at something. It was dark inside the restaurant so she wanted to make sure she wasn't tripping. Low and Behold it was a gnat(small fly) baked into the cheese inside.....o_0 #gross We alerted our waitress and she looked at it and confirmed(because she was dead silent) and took it to the manager. The funny thing is no matter how our experience is at a restaurant we never get rude or flippant with the server. We have had some pretty bad restaurant experiences but the human side of us will never allow us to talk to the people that serve us food in a manner other than warm and friendly. Now the review I write later for the business on yelp is an entirely different manner :) What sucks is that i wish the manager would have come to our table personally and apologized. That was never done., they took her meal off our ticket(duh) and that was it but the damage was done We will probably never be back inside BW3's doors. I am getting grossed out as I am writng this. They changed their menus, looks more sophisticated the food was on point the drinks were good and was cleanish (couple of empty tables still had food or drinks on them) we tend to sit in the bar area. Very disappointed! April the manager is a rude grump! Basically she stopped having staff serve us beer at 12:15 when they close at 1:00. We only had 2.5 beers each at this point. She said it was policy. This was never enforced before. We frequent this place at least twice a week and this has never happened before when her or when other managers are working. I normally love Buffalo Wild Wings and choose to watch sporting events here. I have gone to this location 3 times in the last year and the service has all been fairly terrible. Ordered drinks and appetizer to mention we would order food at the start of the new game. (8 minutes left of old game.) Did not see waiter again till almost through 1st quarter by a non friendly waiter. Food was on par with most BWW. Had to wait 10 minutes to get another sauce, napkins(that did not come with food) and a water. Only thing that came promptly was the check, which was over charged by a tall beer. Can't expect a lot from a chain sports bar, but would recommend driving an additional 10 minutes to avoid this BWW read more

This is my neighbor hood BWW's. This time things were very smooth as I ordered on the phone and picked up. The order was correct as ordered and there were no problems. In the past there were issues as to the correctness of the order and so forth. The wings were cooked to my satisfaction and I ordered 3 different types and quantities and they got it right. I also ordered their Ultimate Nachos which was my first time doing so and I didn't care for it. It wasn't their fault but it wasn't what I thought it was. Ordered for pickup on BOGO Tuesdays. Ordered 6 pk hot and 6 pk lemon pepper. The 6 pk hot was missing a wing and one of the wings looked like it was 3 days old. All the ones were dry including the sauce. The packaging was horrible as if it had been thrown away and taken out of the trash. The lemon pepper was not hot and very dry with very little lemon pepper rub. Covid or not it's a down right shame to serve food this way. There's no excuse. I will never eat at this location. None of us in the family had ever tried BWW and it seemed a good option for our keto diet, so I ordered up a bunch of traditional winds with sauce on the side. The idea of crispy chicken wings fried in beef tallow sounded awesome. Unfortunately it didn't live up to its reputation. The wings arrived quickly, fresh and hot, but not remotely crispy. Nothing worse than thick, soggy chicken skin Maybe it was the fact that the wings were in a covered container for delivery that caused the sogginess, but I'm not ready to waste another $45+ to try again.
