Carry out order was not ready on time and I gave them 10 extra minutes before I showed up. When it came out it was missing the toys with one of the burgers so I had to go back on and get them. The ripple bacon cheeseburger only had 2 half pieces of bacon on it and the for under the bun when the picture shows 3 full pieces hanging out from both sides of the sandwich and everything except the onion rings was cold so I'm assuming they forgot them and had to make them after everything else was ready to go and that was what caused the delay. read more

I told her why she wasn't getting my order and I said I know that one person is t goi g to hurt her business. My wife and I had one of the worst to-go order experiences at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Kokomo. We placed and order online and the pick up time was for 7:50 pm. When I arrived I saw a line to the front door of customers waiting on to-go food. I heard one guy when he was leaving say he waited an hour an half for his to-go order. I watched several people wait for over 30 min to an hour to get their food. I waited for my to-go order in the store for about an hour. This is unacceptable and no one at the restaurant apologized for the long waits and the long ticket times. My wife and I have had several incidents now at this location to have poor service. We don't know when the next time we will be back. read more

The spicy garlic wings were sauced perfectly. The teriyaki ones had almost no sauce at all. Same with the sandwich. Only a tiny fraction had any hot sauce. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings around midnight. They didn't even seat us but pointed where to sit. When the waiter came to take our order, we informed him that he didn't give us menus. We thought that he would bring silverware with our meals so we didn't mention that fact. After taking our orders, it appeared that our waiter along with the rest of the staff disappeared. No one was seen for almost 40 minutes. We couldn't leave because we had received our drinks and were unable to pay for them. The wings were barely coated to the point that you could see what part was coated and what part wasn't. When the waiter spilled the ranch dressing on my wings, he cursed and didn't offer to do anything about it - totally unprofessional. I didn't want ranch on my wings but the waiter didn't seem to care. We didn't want to wait any longer so we didn't want to ask for silverware at that time forcing us to eat everything with our fingers. But it sucks up the overpriced alcohol. Good luck getting an order at the front desk. Most of the time, there is no worker watching that CASH register. Perhaps i should repeat that? Non special beer is overpriced as hell. $7 for an Angry Orchard? Really? Bathrooms weren't nasty but 1/2 @$$ clean. Thank god i can pee standing up. Billions of TV's but crap music playing on an overpriced jukebox. Lunch food service took forever, on a non busy Tuesday at 2pm. Wtf? Laziness everywhere. Tried to place an order online but couldn't (can only pay with CC for online). Called and placed order and picked up promptly. We waited 10 minutes for someone to even come up and greet us or acknowledge us. Wings were lukewarm and very little sauce was on either of our boneless wings. I have never felt such unprofessionalism. When we walked in we were never greeted and when I asked for a table we were told it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait. I asked if we could wait in a table because we had an elder person that is handicap and cannot stand for long periods of times and the hostess said we couldn't. I asked her if we could at least get a chair for her to sit in while we waited. She then told us we had to leave and wait in the car, after all of our party came in to wait. It was snowing at that time and we had an elder handicap person who had a really hard time getting in the restaurant. After we left to go to another restaurant because the hostess was very unhelpful and very rude I got a call from the restaurant FIVE minutes after we got all the kids and adults in the car saying our table was ready. This place is awful. I will now be driving out of my way to go to the fishers location where I know my stuff will at least be made correctly. It never fails, something is always wrong. The girl still told me to look on the shelf by the restrooms, then when I told her it wasn't over there went right behind the door to the kitchen and opened the warmers. WHY HAVE WARMERS IF YOU ARENT USING THEM!? The shelf says "delivery only" meaning Uber Eats/DoorDash etc...so why is my online order for my personal food being put there!? Finally I get my food: The combo is 10 wings and fries. I opened my box and had MAYBE 5 wings. Cheese all over my fries (which I didn't order). So I had to have it remade. Bring it out, cheese fries again. I get that Kokomo is not the best area and maybe you have to get whatever help you can find, but when people can't even follow simple instructions then I'm not sure how you can run an even halfway decent business. Also, there have been so many times I've gone and had ordered a drink and was handed the cup to fill up myself. How lazy/disgusting can you be? DONT BOTHER, DRIVE TO NOBLESVILLE/FISHERS IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO! At least they have standards. Not sure how corporate is allowing this. UPDATE: I had sent 3 emails with no respons. Absolutely love this place! While yes the service is slow sometimes, my husband and I have never had an issue there. The games are always playing and the food is always good. The staff are awesome and very friendly and the manager always takes the time to go to each table to check on things. We have been to many BW in multiple states but I can honestly say that the one here in Kokomo is by far the best one my family has been to. The great food, excellent customer service and the great atmosphere make it a great place to go and eat for the entire family. I definitely recommend that you eat here! read more

I have left reviews for other restaurants that were questionable. This is going to be another one of those. Maybe it's because it's Sunday. I've never seen so many rats nest hair buns, including the manager. Waitresses roll out of bed, don't shower, throw their hair in a rats nest bun or a pony tail, and go to work. I've never heard so many profanities out of a bartenders mouth. After sitting at our table for about 2 minutes and not getting service we moved to the bar where we were blessed with the great language of our bartender. Now, I've been known to throw out a few sweat words now and again. But this guy took it to a whole new level. I believe one of his comments was "mother whore" when we reminded him that we still had not received our cheese sticks. I would not represent my professional establishment in that way. Bar or not. We sat down at 4:07 and we had to wait for about 35 minutes to get our food, after we moved. Our food was so dry from sitting under the heat lamp for so long I only ate about half. Honestly, not impressed. I usually come here about once a week with my team from work. We are going to be replacing this place with Taku or somewhere that provides good customer service. I truly hope the manager of this facility takes their job seriously because it doesn't appear that they do. They team is chewed up, their service is poor, the quality of food is poor. I love the service I get here at BW's that's why I give it 4-Stars; however, there are times when the food could use a little boost. For example, when I order hot wings there is one primary thing I look for... "Sauce on the Wing!" Many times the wings are unevenly or poorly coated. I got the pulled pork and mac and cheese. They were awsome. Service was fast, friendly and fun. She kept our drinks full and came to the table often to check on us. They family got boneless wings and they were very good too. The ultimate nachos were good but there was not much meat on them which was disappointing. Four of us went there for dinner on Saturday, March 10, three of us were all SICK the next day. Obviously someone did Not wash there hands. The Fire Alarm went off due to a fire in the kitchen. My husband and I go here at least once a week. We always sit in the bar. We like to go on Thursdays for $.60 boneless wings. We have a few favorite servers and receive great service most of the time. We enjoy their beer specials, fried pickles and cheese curds (definitely try the cheese curds if you haven't yet!) along with of course the wings. Kokomo, your B Dubs sucks! Really glad I do not live here. For the most part, I had a terrible experience last night. Service was unbearably slow even though the place wasn't even halfway full. Who wants to go to b dubs and watch the news? Well now you can, because it was on at least 4 of the tv's. we requested to have one of them switched to the ball game, which finally happened about an hour after we were there. It took forever for the waitress to get our food order. When our food came out, mine wasn't what I ordered so it was sent back. I had to wait even longer than the rest of my group to get my food. The only redeeming quality was that when I finally got my food, (I would guess about an hour after we got there) it was what you would expect at any other b dubs.
