This restaurant was crowded and very loud. We met a few friends there at 5:00 PM and it was crazy crowded on a Thursday night. My lady and I stopped in a few weeks ago. Service was quick and with a smile. The atmosphere is great, beer was cold but the only complaint I have is the bone in wings are way over cooked. Dry meat like they were precooked and warmed up in a microwave. I'll be back soon and give it another try but I'll ask for fresh and not overcooked wings. read more

Worst dining experience I've had in 40 years. Waited over 1hr. & 15mins. to be seated, mind you with 18 mos. Twin boys & a 3 & 1/2 yr. old daughter after being promised a table that we patiently waited for & watched be cleared only to see it given to a party of the same size after approximately a less than 15 min. wait for them. To add insult to injury, when the manager finally accommodated us his server through a hissy fit & refused to serve us, because he butted a table up to a booth, leaving the manager himself to take care of our party. Should be zero stars. Placed a doordash order. When we received it, side of fries was missing. Called the restaurant and Brian the manager got on the phone. Told him how we ordered the food, and he proceeds to tell me he can give me credit for future purchase, but it was Doordash's fault. Then he asked me my name and how I ordered it. Well I just told you doordash. 2nd your restaurant prepared the food. 3rd I was hungry then, not 2 weeks down the road. So I tell Brian to get me my Fries, and he says I can come get them. Reason we ordered delivery was because I didn't want to drive anywhere. Brian again asked me for my name and how I ordered it. This point beyond irate I tell Brian his restaurant prepared the food and failed to check it. Brian then tells me I can come get it or call doordash. I tell him him to call doordash and he says he can't, even though the website has a merchant site for them to contact with issues such as these. Finally I give up, I was hungry, told him I'd be at the restaurant in 5-10 minutes. When I walked in I asked for Brian. Brian comes out and calls me a first name no where close to mine. He gives me my food as I rip him for his incompetence after he had asked me several times my name on the phone. I look at the order, and yes there were fries and he gave me a new sandwich, but it was upside down, but I was done with his stupidity. Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes it's friendly and clean. My kids had mini tablets to play with. Food was okay. I got a steak wrap with onion rings. I also got the street tacos. It's a combination of tiny 3 tacos. The place is more geared towards sports fanatics. It was a tad bit small in comparison to other locations. The whole restaurant is divided by 2 floor. Eight of us just left. Was told that tables could not be put together upstairs by the waitress, was told that we had to go downstairs, went downstairs and was told by the upstairs waitress that we had to speak to the manager.. Went downstairs and noticed that tables were put together. Was told that we would have to wait twenty minutes, there were already tables put together downstairs. After receiving what amounted to a B.S. response we left. To the employee with the long hair stating that he was going to kick one of the parties backside, he is very lucky that it did not happen to him. Then to come out the front door and say "have a nice evening" totally unprofessional. I mean, I've been here before; plenty of times. It's never been the best food but today was just the worst. Service was fine. I ordered a hamburger cause i don't like chicken wings. My husband does. The menu has greatly improved recently with a great selection to choose from. As always their wings and boneless wings are really good. So not a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings because I'm not a big wings person, went because my family wanted to go. I got the chicken buffaloitos with salsa and chips. The salsa was just too spicy for me and the buffolitos were just ok. My husband enjoyed his wings and my children enjoyed their dinner as well. Our waitress however was great and we were seated right away on a Friday evening so no problems there and the blueberry mint lemonade is awesome! But no refills:(. They are pretty expensive as well. read more

All said and done we were served about 75 minutes after placing our order. The food was fine. Conclusion: Just because it's a holiday, don't assume people won't go out to eat. Don't understaff. I enjoy going to this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot with family. I was saddened when their menu was changed since last time I was there. They don't have popcorn shrimp basket meal anymore. The prices are a little high considering what you get, but give me the spicy garlic boneless wings any day. This particular restaurant is one of my favorites. This is probably the worst b dubs I have ever been to! The service was massively painfully slow. My son ordered the usual snack size boneless wings and a side of mac and cheese. I ordered the California chicken wrap and a side of mac and cheese, 1 soda and tea. The food finally arrived after 30 minutes mind you it wasn't busy! Waitress did constantly refill our drinks but did forget my chips and salsa that were included with my wrap. This place is a rip off it was 33 $ and some change. This place has a nice sports bar atmosphere and won't break the bank. I like to eat upstairs in the bar area. The menu is very large and everything I've had has been good....not great, not bad...but good. I've gone here a lot with my aunt and i love spicy food so we go here a lot and its GREAT i get the habanero mango and hot wings and the are made very good. service there is great they are very fast. the hot wings have a good crunch to them and habanero mango has a good sweetness to it. i love that it has 2 floors. that is why i love bw3 :3 read more

Typical b dubs with good wings! I tried the Korean BBQ flavor was not impressed. I don't think it tasted very authentic, and I wouldn't get it again. My favorite is the honey bbq, either traditional or boneless! The potato wedges and buffalo chips with chili/queso are awesome as well! read more

Mediocre would be an overstatement describing this bdubs. You could go here and get overcharged for subpar (at best) food. Or you could drive a half mile up the street and go to roosters for better prices, food, and WAY better service. ALSO the most recent time I decided to come to this overpriced dump with 6 of my friends they refused to serve ALL OF US because one just one of my friends had an "outside snack" with him because he was allergic to the food served there. My family and I were treated very poorly, extremely rude service. The food was decent, but I honest didn't feel like eating where I was treated like trash. The waitress made fun of my weight, I was told to keep my "heathens" (my children) under control when they were merely laughing.
