I would give a zero star review if I could. The host very much smelled like alcohol. Sat us with our small kids in the bar. Sat for at least 10 minutes before we were given a menu. Waited another 15 before we had our order taken. Drinks came at some point but it took forever for our chips and salsa to come. Then our sides came before our food. All of our food came at different times. My food came out 35 minutes after everyone else at my table. There was not a server or person in sight to even ask about my food. We all ordered basking wings. Finally I found someone and she seemed very put out to go find my food. By the time I got my food my family was done. Drinks were never filled. No one checked on us or if we needed anything. The service was so, so bad. The wings were not good, very greasy and gristly. We will never go back. In the end we were there two hours. At the end of our meal we couldn't find our waitress for our check and once we got it we never saw her again to pay. Tried to pay on the app and it said technical difficulties and to see a member of the team. Went to the take out counter to pay and the lady there told us she couldn't help us and we would need to talk to our waitress. It was the worst food and service I've ever experienced. We arrived at 5:30 a relatively quiet time not too many cars in the parking lot, we walked in no line and the hostess said "it's going to be anywhere from 20 minute to 2 hours I can't give you an exact estimate plus there is like a dozen parties ahead of you so... yeah". My wife and I were confused because there were open tables and we saw people leaving but felt like they just wanted to dissuade us from dining there not sure what type of business turns away patrons but if she's telling all the customers that there will probably be a lot of people leaving angry. I had always heard about how good Buffalo Wild Wings was, but I was pretty disappointed! I love wings, buffalo, and bbq...I just can't get enough of it! But again, I was not impressed. Our service was fair enough, but the food was really not good. The chicken had a super weird texture to it, and it was super hard to eat the boneless wings because they were so overcooked. It was difficult to bite into because of how hard the outside was, and the inside was dry and again, had a weird texture to it...kind of what you get with cheap-o freezer chicken nuggets. The sauce was also just super disappointing. Seriously, Chilies and Applebees have better sauces than this place that is supposed to specialize in wings and their sauces. To be honest, I never expect good service when I come to Buffalo Wild Wings in Lehi. I don't even expect average service. But the good food brings me back. Even with my low expectations, I was horribly disappointed today. Our sever was very unpleasant and didn't check in on us a single time. We waited for about 30 for our food, and when we got it, it was cold and dry. I'm shocked at the lack of effort I saw in any of the employees. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a total of 5 tables in the whole restaurant and 2 servers and they were just mostly standing around. Went to this location last night and I would have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First things first: the wait, not from seating but on food from the kitchen was ridiculous: 60 minutes. Second: the main entree order was wrong. They did allow us to keep the wrong order while they prepared the correct order, which was very nice however the wrong order didn't taste well. Third: the correct order was brought out, however the amount of seasonings on the correct orders was excessive, like excessive to the point there was enough seasonings in the bottom of the tray to season 2 more batches. Fourth: the check. I've been robbed at gunpoint which was a violating experience. But to pay $50 bucks for very subpar food, felt like the gun was pointed to my stomach again. The only bright spots were our servers that were doing their best, the appetizer which tasted phenomenal and the beer. All things said and done, please reconsider eating at this location. Good place to go and hang out with friends and grab a bite and drinks. I don't like the dining area, so we always sit in the bar. Sometimes it can be a little noisy, but the day I went it was great. Food is good, like how they add chili in the queso. The chips are hit and some perfect, while others are under cooked. I usually get the same chicken buffalitos tacos with fries.. your average bar food. The dining room was only about half full, but it still took them 35 minutes to bring us our food, and even then, we didn't get everything that we originally ordered. I can't imagine what it's like when they're actually busy. Overall, I would recommend against coming here. We did order from the Sandy location, but we couldn't get a hold of them so we called Lehi (we live in Orem). When I explained that we didn't get any sauce and was about to ask if we could pick some up from their location, the waitress said "what do you want us to do about it?" Wow. I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely in my life -- the manager is a jerk. One of the servers directed us to the back of the restaurant to wait/eat at the bar. About 10 seconds after getting there, the manager came up and basically attacked us, demanding to know what we were doing back there and telling us we needed to leave. He was extremely belittling and condescending in his communication. It wasn't until I finally asked him if he was kicking us out that he reluctantly gave us permission to stay (keep in mind we were paying customers).
