I'm on my quest to find the best Club Sandwich! I have high hopes everywhere I go. Unfortunately, you need your ID to get in, so I couldn't go in and experience the place, but we got the sandwich to go. Which was very nice of the hostess, she was great! Club Sandwich: 5/10 - I wanted to like it, but it was more like a turkey sandwich. I know that's splitting hairs, but a club is a distinct hit. The fries were good and I think they double fry them. We've never been in before, but wanted to try somewhere new to catch an NBA playoff game. Just walking in the door, we were impressed with the energetic vibe. Clean and open. TVs everywhere with any sport known to man. We sat at the bar, and right off the bat, the staff was warm and inviting. We stayed for hours and had a great time. And the food offerings were unique and delicious. Even the restrooms were clean and fresh! I think we've found our new gameday hangout! read more

Decided to go watch a Jazz game here with some friends.. Showed up at the door where there's a sign that they scan IDs etc. Stood there for ages as staff just rushed by serving tables as more and more people came in behind us--all just standing around waiting for someone to come seat us, scan IDs etc. No-one came. So we all just went and found tables. I noticed that EVERY single TV in the place had the college football game on and I mean EVERY. single. TV. Clearly we'd picked a night of an important college game. We sat around for ages and eventually flagged a very flustered looking waitress down. We asked her to switch just 1 TV near the corner we were sitting in to the Jazz game which she said she'd do and ran off. 15 mins went by, still no change so we flagged her down again. She said she'd tried to change it but didn't know how and she left again. She asked someone else to do it and they did. 2 mins later we noticed that Jazz game got switched back to the football game. When we asked about it, she said "someone seated near us had complained and her manager didn't want to "deal with the drama" so had switched it back. Ridiculous. Especially given that 30-40 other TVs in the place had that game on. Clearly 1 other sporting event on 1 TV was too much to ask. The waitress was pretty much useless the entire time we were there. The food took around 45+ mins to show up and was delivered by someone other than our waitress and just was not great at all. Greasy. Cold. I didn't even get halfway thru mine and just gave up. Clearly we picked a night that was dominated by a game which the place was understaffed for. The kitchen was way behind and putting out rushed, sub par food, the wait staff clearly couldn't keep up. Not a soul to greet you or check IDs (at a bar which is clearly an issue) and anyone there to watch anything else was clearly out of luck coz heaven forbid 1 TV out of the entire places starts some "drama".. We like going there to relax. The staff is kind and almost all the patrons are friendly and enjoyable. The Manager does a great job of mitigating loud, trashy people to maintain the integrity of the environment. We have gone there for a long time and plan to continue to do so. First off, I love bout time. I also love the staff. I've never been at a bout time where the employees were unfriendly. I went to the Lehi location most recently on Saturday to watch a UFC fight. The place was packed so we sat in the patio outside, which had heaters so with a coat on it was pretty cozy. What I didn't like is that no smoking is allowed on one side but it is on the other lol it's such a small space that it's comical. I smelled everyone's vapes and cigs. We ordered the hat trick as a snack, which is supposed to be three skewers of meat, one beef, one chicken, one shrimp. The service was understandably slow because of the busy evening, but we weren't even told they were out of shrimp before they put the order in anyway. And we had to ask once it was brought to the table instead of being given the explanation upfront. Th skewers were a little sad :( and we had more sauce than meat. We've been here many time before and have always loved it - moved out of town and decided to come for dinner while we were in town. DISAPPOINTED doesn't even begin to describe it. Came on Valentine's Day (a Friday night) and the bartender Kels was AMAZING. Busted her butt to work the whole bar by herself while the other 2 servers just sat and watched her. The bar was full of empty glasses while the 2 servers sat and ate french fries behind the bar while the bartender kept pouring drinks for everyone. Takeout tour 2021 Stopped in after work for some dinner. Monday special is the cheese burger for 6 dollars so I got one of those with onion rings instead of fries. I added a side salad with it because I like it a lot especially with the ranch dressing. I really like the beef they use at the pub. It's got great flavor. The French fries are yummy but so are the onion rings. You can also get garlic fries. I also ordered the fish tacos. The tacos are surprisingly delicious. I definitely recommend you try them. While we love going here with friends or just for an easy date night, I did just find out last night that all their food menu is buy one get one free, every day, all day. I noticed a sign for it in the restroom, but it leads you to believe that it's only on Wednesday nights. I asked a server about it and she said, "Oh yeah, it's everyday, all day. We all just forget about it though." We had already paid for our meals but I asked her if I could still get the deal and she did it for us. It saved us $20. I think they need to do a better job of advertising that or mentioning it to every customer at every table. we have been here almost every week for the past several months and last night was the first time we've been able to capitalize on it. read more

Ok first time at this location. And holy cow was it busy! We almost couldn't find a seat. Had to sit in the last two seats at the bar. Which was fine. Apparently Wednesdays are karaoke nights at this location. So it was super loud. But it was fun. Our bartender/waitress was very nice. She took our order pretty quick. But it took forever for our food to get there. I'm assuming because it was so busy. We ordered Montecristo eggrolls, two salads, and some nachos. Forever later or nachos came out first. Which was weird. Then our salads came out. We had to ask our waitress to check on the eggrolls. She came back and said it got pushed to the bottom of the list because something else was in the fryer. So we told her to just forget about them and take them off the order. We had plenty of food in front of us so we were fine. The nachos were amazing! My side salad was delicious as usual. Hubs also got some kind of a Santa Fe salad or something. I forgot to take pictures of the salads when they got there, we just snarfed them down. The quality of food here has gone down hill. The last two times we have come here the jalapeño poppers were not cooked and the service was horrible. Today our wings were burnt and the Irish nachos sat in the window and I had to ask the waitress if that was our food after it had been sitting for some time. I do not blame the waitress as she was having to man the bar and and wait tables. I seen the two wait staff have to take food back to the cooks to have them remake items. Checked into Hilton Garden Inn in Lehi UT only to find out the bar and restaurant were not open due to staff shortage. I asked the desk clerk if he knew of some place close for drinks and food. He suggested 'Bout Time Pub & Grub. Only about 4 minutes from hotel. It is a sports bar with a full liquor license and a good menu. I had the Monte Cristo (a choice of half or full sandwich) and thank goodness I chose the half sandwich (served with fries). My husband had the fish and chips. Very good! Sports bar atmosphere.
