Neither of us had any complaints. I use my app for the month of January to get a free burger with a $15 purchase so we got another 10 boneless wings to-go so the price minimum was met; I just don't have a picture. All in all good deal and good food. We got there like right at two and still got to take advantage of the lunch specials. They weren't very busy at this location today at this time. The servers were nice. There were two because one was being trained. Made us more patience, considering she was having to teach someone but still everything came out quickly incorrectly. It's a big location with a bar in center and high tops, low tops, and booths. They have dedicated parking. Well it's been a while since I've been here. Tonight i dined alone. At the bar. Bartender did what bartenders do. No complaints. But the kitchen. I ordered 15 boneless wings and a side of Mac and cheese. ALL BARELY LUKEWARM. Mentioned it to the bartender who got the manager involved. I just wanted management and higher up that received EXCELLENT customer service experience starting the host/greeters at the front door. Everyone was so kind and professional. I typically come here for the wings but ever since my last Visit I think I'm going for the tenders from now on. I mostly have good experiences here, their service can be inconsistent though. A good portion of the time someone in the party or multiple people in the party end up waiting longer for their food. Last two times we were there, some of us got our food 10-15 minutes before the rest of us which is a little crazy. Doesn't always happen but when it does it definitely dampens the mood. If the restaurant is half-empty why does it take twenty minutes to be seated? That should have been a clue to go to Kroger, get some cereal and eat at home in front of the television. I prefer being ignored in a more intimate setting than the general waiting area and essentially that's what happened. After being seated we waited for another fifteen minutes before we were able to order, a drink would have mitigated the wait time issue and I could have kicked my sister for ordering an appetizer because I thought, "that will only drag this out." Nope, the 'starter' came out with the main order. So we've passed up half an hour between putting our names on the list for a seat in a half empty restaurant and our order being taken. I love wings. BW3 will never deliver on service but they usually do an okay job on the food. My order was technically correct but the flavor was off. Our drinks usually took too long to refill which was odd because what kicked this from three stars to two was our awkward waitress. The training waitress should be on point. If I wanted to be talked about a mere three feet away I'd have gone to the family reunion that weekend. The waitress - who disgustingly rebraided her hair in the dining area and didn't wash her hands - was the trainer and awkwardly hung on the young lady she was training and kept lurking about our table. Lurking, but not refilling drinks or checking to make sure things were okay. The manager came by to see if everything was alright but at that point, everything had been so awful I just wanted to leave without incident. This location has really started to suck. What went wrong today: 15 minutes to be greeted at table. 39 total minutes for drinks to be delivered. After escalating to manager. 41 total minutes for appetizer to be delivered, it had obviously sat for a while. Was cold, and disappointing, much like our servers demeanor. Ordered food, and another drink at that point. Food order, wife's food showed up 9 minutes before mine. Still no second beverage, server clarified what is a "Pinot Grigio"? After 5 minutes, I asked wife to go ahead and eat her meal. At this point my drink arrived, with my food, again noticeably cold, and without requested sauces. The sauce request took an additional few minutes, as my already cold food got colder, my wife was now done with her meal, as I started mine. It's weird to note, that our server went out of her way to avoid us when we needed her, but now that I am eating, she stopped by no less than 3 times to see how it was. I never saw manager again. There were 4, or 5 servers, 2 dedicated takeout staff, 2 bartenders, a hostess/busser, and a floor manager. I shouldn't have to chase folks down for help. Of special note, this was hours before the UL game crowd showed up (intentionally). Bathroom trash cans were over flowing onto the floor. Is there a fry crisis that I am unaware of? Every time my wife and I go to this BWW I have to google if potato's have become extinct. You shouldn't advertise with photos that have heaps of food if this is the reality. I'd like to know why so few every time? I see more tray than fries. Also, one of my five chicken fingers was more like a chicken toe. We were not even 50% of the way through our meal and our waitress who never checked in on us came over and said here is your check when you're ready and walked away. That is odd and rubs people wrong. We received no more refills, sauce refills, or anything for that matter for the second half of our meal and it was not even busy.
