I love bdubs! The food is always delicious. I'm not giving two stars because of the quality of the food, I'm giving it two stars because of the service. About 2 goings ago, I went with my boyfriend on a Tuesday night. There wasn't a big game or anything so it wasn't all that busy. We got our drinks and then had our order taken. After about twenty minutes of waiting out waitress came and told us that she had forgotten to put our order in. She didn't compensate us any way, just put another order in. After another twenty minutes we got our food. I asked for a to go box and she took another twenty minutes to give it to me. No refills either. The next outing there our waiter took our order and our food took half an hour to come out. I then asked for a to go box. I watched him walk to the kitchen, thinking he would get the box. About five minutes later he left the kitchen, with no box and stood against the wall for 10 minutes, doing NOTHING. Finally I asked for a box again and he delivered. I went here once when I lived in Manhattan. I was stuck at a high top table with no elbow room. I kept bumping into people at other tables because everyone was so packed in. There was no moving/breathing room. The food I ordered arrived cold. I never went back. However the BWW in Topeka is great and very spacious. read more

Eating here was the worst experience I think I've ever had at a restaurant. The waitress messed up my order twice and by the second time I just didn't say anything. Our food took an hour to come out. The waitress then messed up our checks and took another thirty minutes to get them right. To say the least I will never eat here again. Highly recommend eating anywhere but here. 0/10 read more

Bottom Line Up Front: Just like any other BWW, which is not a bad thing. Try the Strawberry Coronarita. Don't come here to watch a game if the weather is bad. Came here to watch the USA v. Portugal game. We showed up 45 mins before the game started and was seated immediately. 15 mins later, the place was packed with a line out the door. Understandable since its really the only sports bar in the area that is children friendly. We ordered our food and it out in a timely manner. I got 10 wings mix, Thai Curry and Desert heat. The kitchen made a mistake and gave me 16 wings instead, WIN. Too bad USA couldn't win, too. Everything we ordered was cooked fine and consistent with all my other BWW experiences which have always been above average. Unfortunately, we came to watch the game and for about 10 mins, all the TVs had no signal because it was sprinkling outside... really? Good thing nothing happened during that time. This location decided that they no longer accept THEIR OWN GIFT CARD. The off duty employee was more helpful than the manager who was all to happy to blame "the new system" and do absolutely nothing. I had used this gift card at this same location less than 2 months ago and it is supposed to be good through 2027; very disappointing. read more

I left mty credit card to hold my seat to watch the Kansas City Chiefs and the Royals play at the same time and an non attentive bartender gave our seats away. The good news, kids can use the tablets to play while they wait for food. The bad news..... Everything else! Every time we come, there is a completely different group of people working. And don't ask for something that is not on the menu, BLEW THEIR MINDS! Even though there are all the items listed in the menu there to make it, It just can not be done. Think outside the box people! Make your customer happy, it will earn you repeat business! I can tell you it is going to be a bit before I think about coming back. I use to come here often, but not anymore. I get it we came for the super bowl bus sheesh the service was unbelievably bad. We were seated right away and asked if we were going to stay for the game. We said probably until half time. We ordered a bud light tall and a margarita. Our drinks arrived and it was two bud light talks. We said to the waitress and she "took off the extra bud light tall" then we decided to start light with apps because we were early for the game. We received them and wanted to order more drinks and another app.. but our waitress was no where to be found. Finally she checked on us. We placed our orders etc.. for dessert we wanted the chocolate cake. They brought it out and charged us full price even without the ice cream.. I mean come on. Finally got our bill which was over a 100$ and wanted to speak to the waitress.. once again no where to be found. I figure it's because we were chicks and not dudes and she assumed she would get more tips from them. Little does she know.. we are regulars at some places.. and they love it when we come in. We definitely will not be back.. cause I mean we couldn't even find our waitress to get To go boxes.. potty. This spot use to be my jam. read more

Place is too small and crowded and sad when they tell us on a Wednesday night that it will be a 30 minute wait or more because we have a baby that needs a high chair. I've eaten here in the past a few times but will never eat here again. Poor customer service from both the server and the manager. "Fire code" says they can't use a high chair at the end of a booth but it apparently doesn't have any issue with cramming 5 tables together and blocking the whole center of the dining area. It was just a bad experience and manageme didn't handle it well at all. read more

I keep seeing negative comments, but my experience has been great with the Manhattan Bdubs. My food was hot, and delicious. I was in there on a packed night, and had room - no different from any other Bdubs on the night of a hometown game when it's next to the college that's playing. It's the same atmosphere as other Bdubs and is delicious! I will be back again and again! read more

My husband and I go to Bdubs roughly 5 times a month and we love it! Always treated awesome by the staff, always given military discount. All of the waitresses are so nice and constantly check up on us. Managers are always walking around ensuring the guests are being taken care of. read more

They were slow to sit customers even though the restaurant was nearly empty, the service was sub par, at one point when I asked for Mountain Dew they served stale soda knowing it was stale. Their tacos were dry and lacked flavor at all. Finally their wings.. not as great as they claim to be. They were undercooked dry and lacked any tang. I love Buffalo Wild Wings in my home town. However, I was visiting Manhattan and decided to order some wings and onion rings to pick-up and take back to my hotel. I should have looked at my food before I left. I got to my hotel and there was hardly any sauce on my wings. Some of them didn't even have any sauce! After last night I will NEVER return! got a take out order took a bite of chicken and it was bleeding and dark dark purple. the second one I cautiously attempted to eat was just a giant hunk of cartilage. my buffalo chips were cold and limpy, and after spending 25$ of food for my sister and I. Very poor service. Food came out wrong, then waited 30 mins for food to be corrected after flagging down multiple employees for assistance. Sat 45 minutes with empty drinks. Manager said he was going to take items off the bill and did not. When asked, he said I was wrong. This location should just shut down. Really do not go here. read more

The key word here is mediocre. Service was slow, even by B-Dub's standards, but the place was busy so that's understandable. Food was decent, but not that great. What lost it for me was that I went in with three people, two over 21 and one minor who was 17-18. My friend and I ordered a cocktail and the waitress never checked our IDs and then asked the minor if she wanted a cocktail or a beer as well. All three of us could pass for teenagers. That's troubling but it turned out to be irrelevant as little did we know, we just ordered a six dollar kool-aid. We ordered two different cocktails and both of them had only the tiniest hint of alcohol at the very bottom, despite the menu claiming it had three different types. There had to be less than an half ounce of alcohol and only at the bottom, so we know it was improperly mixed. Newbie's first day? I don't know. But the incompetence of the waitress and the bar staff will keep us away in the future. read more
