Buffalo Wild Wings is located off of 287 N in Mansfield, TX serving up bottomless apps for up to 4 guests for an unbeatable price! I came through on a weekday to check out the hype of the bottomless apps and a couple of drinks. I just so happened to catch the happy hour specials, so I took advantage of the drink specials they have here. We sat at the bar, and we were greeted by the bartender with a warm smile as she took our drink orders and gave us a food menu. The ambience inside was a nice sports bar setting with multiple TVs playing sports and trivia. We went ahead and ordered the bottomless apps which is a choice between the chips and queso, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles and lastly onion rings. The rule is order 2 at a time and after you complete the 2 you can order more. We started off with the chips and queso and added chili for an additional amount along with the fried pickles. The food came out shortly and was looking great! The queso was very flavorful and had a good consistency with the cheese. The chips were your standard bag chips which had a nice crisp when dipping them inside the queso. The fried pickles came with ranch and another sauce which I wasn't too fond of but that's okay because they tasted great! After we completed our first round we went with the onion rings and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were served with a warm marinara sauce and came in a 6 count. They had a nice cheese pull and paired well with our drinks. The fried onion rings were amazing with a nice crispy batter and sweet onions. They also came with ranch as well and I squirted some ketchup on it to complete the dish. Overall, I really enjoyed eating here with friends and trying the bottomless apps. The deal is too good to be true, and I definitely got the most bang for my buck dining here. I'm looking forward to coming back for the happy hour drink specials since they run a good happy hour drink specials on the domestic large drafts. read more

We went on my birthday for free birthday wings and also ordered some apps and drinks during happy hour. Let me start by mentioning the putrid STANK that overtakes all of your senses after sitting down - I kept saying to my husband that it smelled like dirty feet or a men's locker room (speculation after raising multiple boys) - to the extent that my husband started feeling nauseous. And, no, we are not sensitive to smells...have 2 dogs, grew up with horses, and have raised 4 boys. After the server finally came to check on us when we were completely done eating and never had the chance to order another drink, my husband had already gone out to the car to get away from the smell. Then I tried to pay and had no way to apply my free wings, and our server still hadn't checked on us. After applying my discount, he then got lost in the back of the restaurant with no alternative restaurant employees in sight for an extended period of time. It turns out that it was the server's fault that I couldn't pay, because he didn't close something on his console. He was pleasant, but it wasn't enough. Everything started off fine, but then we were waiting for close to an hour for our food when it wasn't busy. Tables who got there after us were served and left before we even got our food and when it was finally realized we were given the excuse that the ticket was lost. We brushed it off and proceeded to leave it be because we were in no hurry and when we finally did get our food the order was completely wrong. Very disappointed with how this BWW is operating now. We came tonight for dinner (a Wednesday night) there were a few employees staying at the entrance chatting or on their phones so it took several minutes for them to notice we were there. A server pointed across the restaurant to a table and said we could sit over there. 12 minutes went by and I finally flagged down a manager. Before I could say anything she said "you just place your order with the QR code and they'll bring it to you" I had questions about the menu and asked if anyone would be by. Food was absolutely delicious! Had the trio and chips with a tropical margarita and Long Island to start. Did the pick 6 for $20. Burger and boneless wings were fresh and perfect. Upgraded the wedges to loaded with queso. Rachel was a rockstar, water and drinks were never empty. This was my first time at this location, as it was the only place in my neighborhood that had streaming rights for the UFC 309 fight. My first indication something was off should have been the parking lot not being packed. Getting seated was fast, but that's likely only because the table was still dirty with sauce, crumbs, and who knows what else on it. The food menu's were no exception to this standard of cleanliness. Nonetheless, I came for a meal and to watch an event, so I stayed. Eventually a server came by, we got him to someone what clean up the table top, and when asked for a drink menu, he quickly scrambled to find one (also dirty) from another table that he then stayed he'd had to constantly move it from one table to the next all night (sports bar without enough drink menus?). The food ordered was about what I would expect from the place, nothing to recommend to a friend, but enough to fill the stomach for the night. Finally time comes around for the UFC PPV, and no TV has it on. Eventually a server walks by so I ask, and apparently management chooses to not shown UFC events at that location for one reason or another. At this point the whole experience is just a mistake. All UFC and Buffalo Wild Wings online listings have this location as a UFC PPV spot for the fight. I didn't see any signs or postings that would indicate otherwise. First time, was alright we did the BOGO deal they had which was a great deal, but the boneless wings needed more sauce on them, which we asked for wet, but had to ask for sauce on the side. 2/21 around 6:30 worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. We had 3 parties for dine in. One persons sauces were wrong, 2 people had food that was cold when it was served and somehow a single order of fries came out 15 minutes after all the food was served. Our waitress only came to our table when we flagged her down and yelled for her across the restaurant but was seen at the bar in the back organizing menus. Me and my boyfriend drove up there today to order to go. The guy that took our order was super nice but didn't really understand how to split our wing bundle with our preferences. He went and got the manager and she was super nice and clarified with us our specific needs. (We are picky wing people). He got all drums half buffalo and half medium, I got all flats half salt & vinegar and half medium. They said they would be ready in 30 min but they were done in 20. Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, was less than half full, but It seemed maybe they were a bit understaffed. Ordered the mozzarella cheese stick appetizer and it was all right. Myself and my two daughters each ordered an entree. I had the cheese curd bacon burger, it was decent. One of my daughters had the chicken tenders and said they were ok, she's kind of a picky eater so OK with her is actually pretty good. My other daughter had the boneless chicken "wings" with one of their new sauces, she said she prefers their regular honey bbq better. The issue I had was my burger came out first, by itself, and I politely waited thinking my daughter's food was right behind, but it took 5-10 minutes and my burger was room temp by the time they received their food. We used to enjoy going for the little game box they used to have to play trivia or poker, but they are long gone now. Neither the food nor service are really enough to draw us back in.
