First let me say I have never been to Chili's. Anywhere. The husband however has been trying to convince me to give it a try despite yelp reviews, so I indulged him. We entered while staff opened the door into a clean, dim, moderately loud, casual restaurant at lunchtime. We were seated immediately. The table was clean and not run down. The menu was nice with tons of options. Drinks were brought quickly and orders taken. Honestly I am pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 3 for special. Starter, entree, side, drink. I got a house salad with ranch, chicken sandwich, fries and a coke. Husband got the same except he did a smash burger instead of chicken. The food came out quickly, hot fresh and delicious. Drink refills were dropped off at the table without asking. The only glitch we had, was the checkout process was not accurate. Our initial check was around $24 before tip. You check out on a kiosk at the table. I added tip and a donation for St Jude. When I did that, all discounts/specials disappeared and my bill went up to $54. I couldn't back out of the check so I brought it to the servers attention. She was able to fix it on her end, and take my payment. However; when we left, the little point of service machine was still asking for $54. Apparently it had something to do with adding the donation, but that is something that needs to be fixed. The server was great. She did everything right. Food was awesome and I'll definitely go back. I just will be extra careful to watch how much I'm being charged.

Came back for more and it was a delicious meal. Our server Lisa was awesome and attentive. We ordered the Oldtimer and the Triple dipper. The oldtimer was juicy and flavorful and the fries were yummy. In the Triple dipper we got the southwest eggrolls which is so much better than Cheesecake Factory's, the fried mozzarella were very cheesy, and the chicken crispers were pretty good. Overall a happy and filling experience!

Chili's is located off 287 south near Debbie Ln in Mansfield, serving the community with top-notch quality food at affordable prices that everyone can enjoy! I came by on a weekday during lunch time and sat at the bar I was greeted politely. Inside was nice and clean and the ambiance had a laid back neighborhood theme to it where I felt completely relaxed. The bar was a U shape and there was plenty of tables and booths surrounding the area to sit at to enjoy your meal. Happy hour here is great where the have a variety of specials throughout the week along with drinks. After browsing the menu I decided to go along with the smash burger, fries, and chips and salsa all for a one low price. I went ahead and upgraded the soda to a house margaritas and paid a little more but was well worth it. I also grabbed a draft beer from one of the many beers they serve on tap. The salsa and chips were a nice addition to the meal and tasted great! The chips were nice and salty and the salsa had a nice flavor to it but a little loose to my preference. The star of the show came out and was looking exquisite! The smash burger had a nicely seared charred beef patty that was crusted perfectly with a slice of melted American cheese. The bun was glossy and toasted to perfection. The layers for the toppings inside were hand crafted and attention to detail was at its best! The finely shredded lettuce, sliced onions, tart pickles all played an important factor with this masterpiece! Everything mingled together as one and made the experience unforgettable. Overall I had a great dining experience here and I'm looking to come back for more! The food quality and portions were top tier along with the prices. I left happy and full with very little to no dent in my wallet and I'm planning to come back again and check out more specials along with their famous happy hour!

Stopped in for a weekday dinner, it was okay. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything great. Best part of our visit was that the staff was attentive, kind, & helpful. Chips & beef queso - queso was good (salty, but I like salt) but the chips were thin, greasy (some almost transparent & you cold see the shine on them), & we had A LOT of broken chips/bottom of the bin pieces in our first basket. You couldn't really pick up any beef in our queso with them. The waitress was nice enough to bring us another basket when we asked, also salsa comes with it. Triple Dipper - great to have a variety of options, generous servings. Mozzarella sticks, huge. Delicious, also pretty salty. Southwest eggrolls, good. Chicken crispers, they were dry. Chicken Crisper Basket - still dry with the chicken, fries & mac n cheese were good. The prices are good for what you get, easy option to pay at the kiosk on your table. Employees were the best part, excellent staff - I think the manager even popped out to make rounds. Our drinks were always refilled, they were fast & efficient. Food was just so so, there's a lot of options so maybe there is something that will be to your liking if you go.

After being greeted warmly, we met our server, Emily. She was a delight throughout our visit to the Mansfield Chili's. She was very personable and sincere while taking care of us. My wife and I both decided on the "3 for Me" special. It was a bit chilly, so both of us decided on soup for our first course. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup, and my wife ordered the chicken enchilada soup. For our entrees, I choose the "Secret Sauce Cheeseburger" and my wife "Big Mough Chicken Sandwich." We ordered iced tea to drink. Both of our soups and drinks came quickly, that's OK, since we were hungry. OMG, both of the soups were SO good, they put a smile on our tummy. After both of us ate around 1/2 of our soups, we swapped bowls, so much fun. Both of our entrees were SO good. You can't go wrong with one of Chili's burgers or chicken sandwiches. When they say "Big Mouth" they mean it. My burger and my wife's chicken sandwich were prepared to perfection. The French fires was delicious. Thank you, Chili's, for a wonderful meal, and thank you Emily for taking such good care of us while we were there.

Husband and I came here for lunch on a Monday. Granted it wasn't packed, but the service was awesome. We were seated immediately and taken care of well. Better than the service was the food. It was relatively inexpensive which is great during these moments of high inflation. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was so incredibly juicy. It was moist and jam-packed with flavor. My husband ordered a bacon burger and said the same- it was juicy and full of flavor. It was a great lunch for a good price.

Come here all the time. However, I wasn't happy with my last experience. It seems they are trying to skimp on food costs. I wouldn't order the ribs here. I ordered a held rack for like $18, but got a 1/4 rack. I would have rather had a McRib LOL. Three stars given since they typically haven't been this bad.

We split a breakfast burrito because I has one the last time we were here and it was tasty and large enough to split. We tossed around a few suggestions and decided to stop at Cotton Patch Cafe since it was on the way home and wasn't out of the way. The restaurant, being a Saturday afternoon, wasn't busy at all. We were greeted with smiles and shown to our table. Rachael, our server greeted us and took our drink orders, unsweetened iced tea all the way around. One of the issues I have with Cotton Patch Cafe's menu is there are SO many awesome choices. It's hard to make a decision. Rachael checked back in with us and we had a chance to visit with her. We learned she had recently moved to Mansfield from New Mexica. We chatted about our last trip to New Mexico and all the fun we had while visiting the state. Finally, we made our choices. My wife ordered the small chicken tenders' basket with fries. I decided on the small chicken fried steak accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes, and Cotton Patch's incredible baked squash. It was a leisurely time catching up of how both of our previous week had gone. We're so busy during the week, we're sometime like passing ships in the night. Rachael arrived at our table with our piping hot entrees. My wife's chicken strips were so hot, she broke them into so they could cool down. My wife said they were awesome, and her fries were fried to perfection. My chicken fried steak was one of the crispest I've ever enjoyed. It was fried perfection just like my wife's fries. What can I say about the squash casserole, it was delightful as well as the garlic mashed potatoes with the jalapeno cream gravy. The manager even dropped by to see if all was OK. We said it was! What a delightful visit we enjoyed at Cotton Patch, all was wonderful, and Rachael was one of the best servers EVER! Thank you, Cotton Patch for a wonderful time.

The salads were so fresh and crisp... croutons, grape tomatoes, eggs. It was a wonderful salad! I think next time I'll get a bigger one! The steak came out perfect temp and exactly Medium Rare. The grilled shrimp also came out well! Perfect temperature and color! The rice was piping hot. The sweet potatoes were also great! My friend also tried the strawberry margarita and said it was delish! I was driving, so only ice tea for me! Emily was on point bringing us refills and didn't bat an eye, when we stopped her for a water and artificial sweetener.... She brought it promptly. The table we sat at was a booth and chair combo. The company that I was with sat in the chairs, they did complain that the chairs were a little low to the table and they sat really hard.... Padding on the seats would have been preferred. I sat on the bench, which was comfortable since it was padded. The manager, Bree, made an appearance at our table and greeted us, asking about our experience. This was a really nice touch. Now let me say one thing, if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this place is not for you. This is what I consider a Family restaurant, children and loud noise from everywhere. Not my favorite kind of place to eat, but the quality of the food made up for the racket. Also, if you have a peanut allergy, get your food to go. There are bags of peanuts on every table. I DID smell peanuts while there. I have an allergy but can take the smell in small doses. It didn't last but for those with severe sensitivity, beware. Would I eat here again? Definitely! But I think I will go when most people are at work.

I sat at the bar both times, and got great service. First time I did the usual and checked out the salsa and queso. Both were good and didn't taste like pre made stuff. If it was, well they picked a couple of winners. The serving was more than ample, more then I could eat over the course of the visit. Second time I went back, I was going to make a point to try the onion rings since they looked so good in the pics. As I was looking at the menu I noticed they had a Montecristo sandwich. As I've mentioned before, I have yet to find anything that even remotely comes close to the holy grail of MC sandwiches, the one and only made by Bennigan's. Of course, I ordered it, and the onions rings. I'm happy to say the MC here is the closest I've ever come to find. It was really good, and the jam served with it was also pretty dead on. It was a little nasty like it should be, but not as greasy as it should be, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. The onion rings were really good, even if the batter was flaking off a bit. Anyway, I like the place, wish I could drag myself out more. Been customers here every time I've been, but not as many that should be. They also have a digital jukebox so if you're here and ever hear something bizarre playing, it's probably me. Service and staff have always been very good. Decision made, 54th Street for dinner it is. Arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by one of the hostesses and shown to our table. Ava, our bubbly server, greeted us and took our drink orders. It always takes us a while to decide since there is SO many delectable items on 54th Street's menu. My wife decided on the Chicken Avocado Grill, with a side of fries. I opted for a half rack of baby back ribs with beans and Cole slaw. Miss Reba, our diva dog at home, will be VERY happy when her daddy brings home bones. After a short wait, Ava came by to let up know out entrees were almost ready. We told her we were in no rush at all, which we weren't. All the sudden one of the kitchen expeditors delivered our entrees. Oh yummy, everything looked wonderful. She loves 54th Street's fries. So the French fries were the first to be tasted. I saw an ugly face and wondered what was wrong. I tasted one of the fries and made the same ugly face. The was WAY TOO much salt on the fries. They were inedible. Fortunately one of the managers was close by and I summoned him to our table. My wife explained what the issue was with the fries. Since the French fries were on a separate plate, the manager asked if he could taste them. Yep, ugly face, way over seasoned. He said he'd be right back. He took the plate back to the kitchen. Shortly, he arrived back at our table with a new plate of fries and a cup of 54th Street's special seasoning on the side. Everything solved and a happy wife.
