Overall a good experience. Employees were polite, they seem to have a pretty good flow, & they stayed on top of things from the hosts to the wait staff, really everyone was excellent. Food was fine, I'm not a steak fan but for some reason I always find many Texas Roadhouse steaks to be too salty. I got a smothered porkchop this time, just a tad dry. Chili was yummy but the mac 'n cheese seemed a bit skimpy on the cheese sauce... at least towards the bottom. My parents liked their steak, ribs, fries, & potatoes while the green beans were a bit liquidy. Again, overall food was good! Mansfield is just so busy, but I do wish this location had more seating for waiting guests. Many were waiting in their cars, which some prefer, but probably not by choice. Getting on the waitlist was super easy through the website, it helps avoid any unnecessary back & forth at the host stand.

It was a busy Friday night dinner at Texas Roadhouse but it was a great experience. Got on the waitlist and there was an hour wait. Our server Jessica was amazing and so attentive. The food and vibes were good. It was worth the wait IMO. Jessica really made it great :)

Had a salad, baked potato and grilled salmon. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and prompt. I wanted something lighter and this meal was perfect. Everything was delicious and the salmon was cooked perfect! Love this place!

I have never been a huge Texas Roadhouse fan, but I was in town to visit family, and someone suggested we meet there. A family member had recently been in the hospital and this was their first outing to a restaurant, and Texas Roadhouse was one of the most convenient options. We checked in online using the app, and then checked in with the host at the door (on an ipad) upon arrival. 15min went by and we noticed others that came in after us were being seated. We checked in with the host stand only to find out we weren't even on the waiting list although we had checked in online and with the host (on an iPad). So, we waited an additional 10-15min to be seated. And the only standing room was cramped with the other 40 people waiting to be seated and in the way of the kitchen staff, waiters, and hosts. It was an uncomfortable way to wait. This place is a popular destination. It was absolutely packed when we arrived. The atmosphere was relatively lively, but it felt cramped in that there were so many people. Our server was bubbly and gracious. It's not entirely their fault, but we had an appetizer coupon and we did feel slightly rushed to make a decision. This lead us to order something without realizing what it was based, on the servers recommendation. The food itself was hit or miss. The chicken we ordered was extremely salty, and I know they're known for their steak, but we weren't feeling steak this night and there were plenty of chicken options on the menu. The baked potatoes were solid, but the French fries were incredible soggy. Now, the house salad was actually impressive for a house salad, having cherry tomatoes and egg in addition to the usual ingredients. And the rolls with cinnamon butter are always delicious. While there were some disappointments in terms of our experience, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Even a bus boy noticed a family member with a walker and said we could park our walker off to the side to get it out of our way. Also, a manager came by our table to check in with us early on which was nice. When it came time for the check we noticed that they hadn't used the coupon we had provided them, but they worked to correct this. Some tips: They are known for steak, so, I would go with a steak option. Also, the cinnamon butter rolls are delicious, and you can order multiple baskets. You can even ask for a togo order. If you do choose an appetizer, you might want one go with the Bloomin' Onion. Cheers!

The 3:00 specials. Kind of went up a couple dollars

Went on a busy Sunday , here's a tip download and use the app check in and wait in the comfort of your own vehicle .. prevents waiting inside and possibly suffer of a claustrophobic attack lol... it gets crowded! So joining the waitlist wins every-time! You can also pick your steak! That's right and have them cook it the way you want it.. light medium well has been my go to lately! Sunday I woke up another year older and I was like I'm craving steak and beer and my husband made it happen! I gotta say it definitely hit the spot then we got to watch some much needed football! Sounds like the perfect Sunday to me! And the dinner rolls had to be the cherry on top! We did suffer from food comas afterwards, but definitely worth it! I will be back! This time with my stretchy pants lol! Be sure to tip your waiter!

Nice night out at Texas Roadhouse. This particular location is never slow, so we were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately. Service was great. I particularly enjoyed the ribs which were fall off the bone and delicious! Great value here, for the amount and quality of food it's hard to beat.

I was craving steak so we figured we'd try it. Pleasantly surprised to find it to be extremely good. Medium rare cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. The give you a basket of warm biscuits with cinnamon butter as you're seated, so you can snack while looking over the menu. We split the loaded baked potato and green beans. House salad comes chilled with dressing on the side and has lots of toppings. Overall a delicious steak meal that was reasonably priced with fantastic service in a fun atmosphere and you can see the TVs from any table so we could watch the Olympics!

Full slab of ribs and this was what papa got not good.

We were seated quickly and our server, taylor B. was prompt and friendly. The inside was clean and comfortable. It has nice decor without feeling too cluttered. We split a breakfast burrito because I has one the last time we were here and it was tasty and large enough to split. It was good, very large, not the best I have had, but pretty much exactly what we expected. I would recommend this restaurant.

We tossed around a few suggestions and decided to stop at Cotton Patch Cafe since it was on the way home and wasn't out of the way. The restaurant, being a Saturday afternoon, wasn't busy at all. We were greeted with smiles and shown to our table. Rachael, our server greeted us and took our drink orders, unsweetened iced tea all the way around. One of the issues I have with Cotton Patch Cafe's menu is there are SO many awesome choices. It's hard to make a decision. Rachael checked back in with us and we had a chance to visit with her. We learned she had recently moved to Mansfield from New Mexica. We chatted about our last trip to New Mexico and all the fun we had while visiting the state. Finally, we made our choices. My wife ordered the small chicken tenders' basket with fries. I decided on the small chicken fried steak accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes, and Cotton Patch's incredible baked squash. It was a leisurely time catching up of how both of our previous week had gone. We're so busy during the week, we're sometime like passing ships in the night. Rachael arrived at our table with our piping hot entrees. My wife's chicken strips were so hot, she broke them into so they could cool down. My wife said they were awesome, and her fries were fried to perfection. My chicken fried steak was one of the crispest I've ever enjoyed. It was fried perfection just like my wife's fries. What can I say about the squash casserole, it was delightful as well as the garlic mashed potatoes with the jalapeno cream gravy. The manager even dropped by to see if all was OK. We said it was! What a delightful visit we enjoyed at Cotton Patch, all was wonderful, and Rachael was one of the best servers EVER! Thank you, Cotton Patch for a wonderful time.

Have been back since then. Talk about your corner hole in the wall type places. It's located in the middle of an L shaped strip building. Inside is clean, and spacious. Nothing fancy here, but plenty of tables and a few booths. They have a covered outside patio, which might even be fully enclosed, with some pool tables. The bar location is on the back wall, with lots of seating. Full bar, with a reasonable amount of draft beers, and several good ones along with the normal commercial swill. I sat at the bar both times, and got great service. First time I did the usual and checked out the salsa and queso. Both were good and didn't taste like pre made stuff. If it was, well they picked a couple of winners. The serving was more than ample, more then I could eat over the course of the visit. Second time I went back, I was going to make a point to try the onion rings since they looked so good in the pics. As I was looking at the menu I noticed they had a Montecristo sandwich. As I've mentioned before, I have yet to find anything that even remotely comes close to the holy grail of MC sandwiches, the one and only made by Bennigan's. Of course, I ordered it, and the onions rings. I'm happy to say the MC here is the closest I've ever come to find. It was really good, and the jam served with it was also pretty dead on. It was a little nasty like it should be, but not as greasy as it should be, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. The onion rings were really good, even if the batter was flaking off a bit. Anyway, I like the place, wish I could drag myself out more. Been customers here every time I've been, but not as many that should be. They also have a digital jukebox so if you're here and ever hear something bizarre playing, it's probably me. Service and staff have always been very good. They know how to make a pretty good margarita as well, and prices are very good.

After a short wait, Ava came by to let up know out entrees were almost ready. We told her we were in no rush at all, which we weren't. All the sudden one of the kitchen expeditors delivered our entrees. Oh yummy, everything looked wonderful. She loves 54th Street's fries. So the French fries were the first to be tasted. I saw an ugly face and wondered what was wrong. I tasted one of the fries and made the same ugly face. The was WAY TOO much salt on the fries. They were inedible. Fortunately one of the managers was close by and I summoned him to our table. My wife explained what the issue was with the fries. Since the French fries were on a separate plate, the manager asked if he could taste them. Yep, ugly face, way over seasoned. He said he'd be right back. He took the plate back to the kitchen. My wife must have mentioned it when she made the reservation. William was very familiar with the menu as well as the wines. And he presented the options very well. You could tell he's a veteran server used to working with Meehan level clientele. We started with cocktails. My wife had a Cosmopolitan and I had the Butter Pecan Old Fashioned. It was real nice.
