Worst BWW I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I have given it three chances and all three were strikeouts. Never going back there again. To waiters that can't get orders right and a hostess that reassures me the booth is clean (despite paint stained seats) and I sit and get ranch all over the back of my jeans! I'm giving this bdubs 3 stars sheerly on the fact that management needs improvement. It seems there's lack of teamwork, care, and communication with, and to, the employees.. Once in awhile you'll see a manager on the floor, but otherwise it's a bunch of college and high school kids running a resturant on their own. I hate to point fingers but there's one manager who absolutely ruins the atmosphere of family dinner. She smells awful of strong cigarette smoke, which is absolutely disgusting, and can't get off her phone long enough to run a resturant. In fact, I've caught said manager in the ladies' room, a few times, taking "personal" calls. I didn't know business conducted itself in the bathroom. But I guess that'd explain the horrible management. But what gained the stars it did get was the service. There's a few bad, lazy, eggs here and there but overall the servitude by the staff has been extraordinary - most of the time. If you can get over the fact that the place selling you beer is run by kids, really not a bad place to get wings, and a tall Bud Light. read more

This is unfortunately a BWW I will not be revisiting. A couple months ago, while dining in, our order arrives incorrectly and we wait while they correct it, with no apology, while our hungry children grow impatient. Today I give them another shot, this time with carry-out. Again, part of our order is not included in the bag and I drive 15 minutes home only to discover it missing. I can't give them another shot, and I would discourage anyone from ordering carry-out from this location. If I could do zero stars I would have. I love the food here and come often despite the fact we hate the atmosphere. It is EXTREMELY LOUD!!! We are here on a Thursday night, literally can't hear each other talk right next to each other and we are on the patio!!! It's 20 times louder inside!! They have one waitress for a FULL patio!! Guest love happy hour, if your table ask you what food is on your hh menu you should be able to tell them, and if you're going to take ten minutes to come back to the table after they searched to find the answer you couldn't give them to inform them hh is over you should honor their request. I applaud you on your effort to somehow manage to ring in another beer on my behalf before hh ended but I was drinking guiness which is a stout beer and one was plenty w/o food. We walked in and asked for outside patio they told us it would be about 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and a party of three that had come 2 parties behind us, walked right through the hostess podium and went straight to the next open patio seating, which was supposed to be our table since we had arrived first being a first come first serve policy. We complained to the hostess and were denied they had sat at our table, which we had clearly seen them continue to sit on the patio, and get served. While still waiting a second party arrived and just walked right through the hostesses again and sat at the next available table inside, which we had agreed to be out table again with the hostess. We were then finally sat we waited almost 5 mins and were still not greeted by a waitress or waiter. This location is great my friend and I come in for lunch once a week. The bar area is clean and inviting the bartenders are great you can sample all the beer they have on tap free of charge. They also have a lunch punch card you get $5 off after so many meals can't beat that. Don't forget the TVs! I know a lot of the lady reviewers are complaining about bull crap but this is basically a chain bar if you don't like the environment it's cause your not a fan of sports!!! read more

Monday night, expecting a quick in and out meal. Arrive at 6:50, it's semi busy, but still many seats available still. Get seated and wait for 10 minutes to get a server after I stopped another server to ask who is helping us. Finally the girl comes to table, says she will be right back. 10 more minutes go by. She takes our order and then 10 more minutes go by. We get our drinks after being there 30 minutes. Wow!!! The craziest thing is our server was not even the one that brought our drinks. Our appetizer gets there shorty after, with the greasiest chips I have ever had. Another 30 minutes go by and still no food. That's an hour now, it's not like we had some hard to make meal. It's corny dogs, French fries and nachos. By this time I'm ready to just go. I had to stop another server because ours was not to be found and he goes to get the manager. After we tell him the situation he simple says sorry I have been in the back training. Well maybe you should be out front as well. You think! I was not wanting a free appetizer, but after what we went through, we should have been offered, nevertheless. I paid the $15 and now that cost them a customer for life. Sat on back Patio. People smoking , we moved to Far end to be away from them . Said no smoking on font door . Staff never seamed to do anything when another table lit up smokes as well .., beer was good food was ok. If the staff policed the smoking I'd go back , it won't be anytime soon read more

Went back to this BW3 since the first visit was pretty good. The greeter this time, fantastic. She was really friendly and quick to get us to a table. That is where the good service stopped. Took about 10 minutes for our waitress to show up. The place was over half empty. Finally got our drink orders. The sodas came quickly, but my Red Hook took over 20 minutes to show up. I took a sip and it was some sweet apple juice tasting stuff. Ok, 10 minutes later got my beer. Our food order has been in for over an hour, waitress is MIA. No clue why food is taking over an hour. No one is coming by saying our fryer is broken or we ran out of chicken. It isn't because of the amount of people there. Never got our food. It is a shame because BW3 usually has good service, at least the ones I've been too. I will have to look around and find a new one to go to because I will not go there again. I see others have had the same problem, maybe they need a change in management. Definitely need new cooks and attentive waitresses. read more

Stopped in after a late movie. The tables in the place weren't very clean. The wings I got were cold and tough. The server was terrible, didn't know much about their drafts, and wasn't real attentive making sure I had everything that should have already been at the table. Never bothered to bring the second drink I ordered, but took the time to add it to my bill. After I paid the bill, a bartender brought the second drink and said it had been sitting around and was never picked up. I passed on the drink. If there was a 1/2 star rating for this place that would be too good for this location now. I used to enjoy going to this place when it was under previous management about a year ago. However, I went n there with my wife this evening and the service was absolutely terrible. There's new management and a younger girl in her twenties and thirties who is slim with dark brown hair running the place. I don't know her name but she has changed things for the worse. I asked for some napkins to wipe my face and hands because the wings are quite messy when you order a number of them. They brought me precisely two napkins to use for an order of over 20 wings. The server that waited on us was terrible. It took 15 minutes literally for each beer that he brought to us. Bringing one at a time instead of bringing both one for myself and one for my wife at the same time. We asked for two glasses of ice water. The server brought the ice water when we are about 99% done with our meal. He was no where to be fou d fof extended periods of tme. The wings we ordered came out wrong. After experiencing terrible service, I definitely will never return to this location at buffalo wild wings ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else and have a much better experience. I would avoid this place. The table smelled like a dirty rag and servers are very slow even when the place is just about empty. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life! We had a group of 25 people from basketball, 11 basketball players and 14 adults. 5 of our players didn't get their meals until everyone was done eating. Horrible service. After looking for BWW nearby, we chose the Mansfield location. We normally go to the Grand Prairie BWW and enjoy our experience with BWW. We made our order and our friends received their food first, after 10 min the waitress came by and said my husbands wing order was wrong so all our food was held back. Having two hungry kids, they were disappointed. After she cleared up my husbands and kids orders, my order was missing. BTW the cheese fries were cold and dry. We contacted the manager (Loyd) again... He brought me fresh fries and later brought my order. Everybody else was finished with their food. At least my wings were hot, when I got them. Ordered a beer and the waitress forgot, then came back ask what kind again. Very disappointed, and will never come back. Took my wings to go... The manager gave us half our order free. Only reason for 1 star was cause we had to select to post. read more

If it weren't for Buffalo Wild Wings' anti-college budget prices I would eat there every week. The wings are to die for, especially the boneless wings, and most of the side items and appetizers are delicious as well. The restaurant itself is definitely a good place to go to watch sports games seeing as it has a seemingly endless amount of flat screen televisions. If you're looking for a quiet restaurant, this is probably not the one for you, especially on game days. Buffalo Wild Wings definitely outweighs other buffalo wing establishments, such as Wing Stop and Wing Street. It has far more wing flavors then both competitors, and the flavors themselves are absolutely amazing. I think it's also great that Buffalo Wild Wings has a couple of days out of the week when wings are served at discounted prices, like "Wing Tuesdays" and "Boneless Thursdays." I'd say if you've never been to a B-Dubs restaurant, go ASAP! read more

My family and I visit BWW once or twice a week. We have had several bad experiences at the Mansfield location and have started driving further visiting the Burleson location which is wonderful. We decided tonight to give the Mansfield location another try and once again disappointed. The food and drinks are always good service is horrible. The host was busy looking at pictures on someone's phone and when he proceeded to seat us stopped at another table to give silverware and menus. After this awkward moment we were seated and sat there a for awhile and a gentleman that worked there spoke to us about football. After waiting another 5 or so minutes I went to the front to let someone know that we haven't been waited on. Another table was seated next to us and when they were waited on before us we chose to leave. I did speak to the manager and he was very nice and understanding and even gave us coupons for $20 worth of free food. I wasn't looking for a free handout just good service at our favorite restaurant. We did leave without eating and will not use the free food coupons. The BWW in Burleson will from now on receive my family's business. It's worth the drive. read more
