My experience at this place was good since I went with all my family to see a football game and get some wings. I like this place for the many television screens they have up which is great for seeing multiple sporting events. The only issue I have with this place is that it's hard to talk since it's so loud but I guess what can you expect with so many televisions. I had the mild and Honey BBQ wings and they both were delicious! I was a little tempted to try some of the other flavors but I decided to stick to the usual. Sucky a** service, we walk in and all the girls look at me and my husband and completely ignore us and leave to the back? Then finally after the host just standing there not saying anything for a couple of minutes, just LOOKING at us, like she was scared to talk, she finally talks to us and takes us to the table then gives attitude to us because we had a family w/ us and didn't wanna sit in the table section she sat us in. Okay so first things first I'm a server myself and I have been in the restaurant business since I was 16 so I'm pretty lenient with service because I know how it goes... I went to eat about 10:15pm with a friend of mine and we requested to sit in the dining as opposed to the bar and every host/ server at the front kept directing us to the bar after we CLEARLY said we would want dining. (Restaurant still had a while before closing so it wasn't like we were putting them in a bind). Anyway, we finally got sat at a booth in the dining area where the was only ONE other family in the entire restaurant area and it took a solid 8-10 minutes for our server to finally greet us. When he finally did, we didn't get a "hello" or a "welcome to buffalo's". Nothing. He slammed his little server notepad on the table and said "what can i get for you guys?" We were taken back at this attitude like we were making him stay later by taking care of us. When he brought out the wings, they were so disgusting. As if they were cold and just thrown in the microwave. (Trust me, I know that happens) I finally pulled my hair back so he could the restaurant logo on my shirt identifying that I was a server. His attitude changed so quickly and offered to take the wings back and order new ones and offered us a free appetizer. blah blah. Point is, I knew what he was doing-- he knew he would get a good tip out of me, but after seeing that he would've treated me differently had he not known I was a server, he barely got 15%. I rarely go to buffalo's because I just don't find anything special about their food (if you like boneless wings like I do, do not order them- ALL BREAD NO MEAT) and their micheladas are pre-made lol. We stood in line for 5 minutes to get seated. No problem we were told just sit wherever. We waited 20 min and not one server of the 6 who passed our table came to give us a menu or even a drink order. WORST SERVICE EVER. Our server Pepe was awesome, just wish he had a little help with his tables at least from the manager who was just standing around talking to the bartender. Him being the only server in the bar area on a Friday night with 9+ tables and no help is insane. Management needs to get re-evaluated. read more

If I could give this place a zero stars I would!!! Worst service I've ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was ordered and it took about an hour and a half to arrive, followed by the waiter saying oh yeah we are out of the wrap tortillas would you like anything else? Like seriously it took you more than an hour to inform us that you didn't have the food... The rest of the party never got refills and never got forks to eat the food. Who ever is the manager at this location needs to be fired!!!! Employees running around like chickens without heads, eating area and bar area extremely dirty. Horrible service! The place stinks which is I'm sure mainly due to the smoking in the bar area, this is the main reason I left. Also the girl behind the bar looks like she could think of plenty of places she would rather be. Average service but no personality AT ALL.. Not even a half smile. The waiter we had took forever and didn't accommodate our larger group and would not allow us to sit together. Rather rude, however I am not from the area so I'm not sure how it is at other times but it was not a good experience at all. Even took long getting the bill! Walked out after paying for our drinks. Foods ok beer needs to be colder and get rid of the smoking area in the bar.

The wings here are not as good as in Wingstop, but BWW has a great atmosphere and is a good place to bring friends. I came here for lunch and they have tasty lunch combos competitive price-wise with fast food restaurants. read more

Good food terrible service! I went alone and despite there were 6 tables empties, they told me I need to wait at least 20 minutes, or I could go to the bar area. I chose to go there. Took them 10 extra minutes to asking me for what I want to drink, and after another 10 minutes of waiting, I should to stand up from the table to put my order at the bar, because they never come to my table. I order a wrap, and took them almost 30 minutes to come to my table and tell me they change my wrap for a sandwich, because they did not have tortillas! Terrible service. I placed an order online it said that it would be ready in 40 mins. No big deal. It was a Sunday I assumed there was going to be a longer wait than usual; but when I arrived 5 minutes after their estimated pick up time, no one was at the register. Staff was running all over the place. There wasn't even a host sitting people down causing a huge line. It wasn't until 20 minutes after I arrived that someone appeared at the register, only to collect credit cards of those who were there to pick up orders. After collecting more than 5 credit cards, the employee said they would be right back and went through the back door and didn't return for almost 30 minutes. At this point I was already upset and asked multiple times what was taking them so long and all they would tell me is that they have a new system and they couldn't figure it out. It took almost 2 hours from my initial online order to receive my food and of course when I received my order the wings were already cold. Not even one employee apologized for the inconvenience which made my experience even worse. Never going back. read more

The place smells like smoke, they always take a long time to give you the food. The boneless wings are nasty they look like pieces of chicken breast cut with a fork and my waitress was to busy squatting by a table talking to some guy. My advice to you, Make your own wings at home. I'm sure they will come out better. read more

We ordered boneless wings. They were the worst I have ever had. They were hard clumps of crust with barely any meat inside. Had ton wait along time for service as well. I will never go back to this location again. Have had good service and food at other locations. read more
