My wings came out cold. Not just cool, but cold. Not sure what our waiter's name was, but he was a nice guy. The teriyaki sauce that was on my wings tasted weird. Will never eat here again! Went 2 weeks ago, order came out wrong, they said sorry cant make any adjustments to your bill but heres coupons to use on your next visit. Went on 10/17/25. Took in coupons, had a coupon buy appetizer for $20 purchase. Waitress asked asst management would they honor it, was told yes, we asked for a double check since it was a special buy of 2for 19.99. She double checked. Was told yes would honor it. Ordered meal and appetizer. Got the bill, they wouldn't take the coupon. Manager Robbie came to the table and said we won't honor it. Sorry you have to pay for the bill. Don't go to this location! They don't honor coupons and they lie. And they're rude. Our waitress was fantastic, she did everything to make our stay fantastic. In PA, as everywhere else, a double is 3oz. A pint is 16 oz, a business doesn't get to just decide it's 12. Second, they are always running out of basic stuff, like lettuce, red wine, white wine, numerous draft beers, several of the appetizers, and tonic water. This was on a Friday. Haven't been to buffalo wild wings in a few years. We actually decided to go because my boyfriend wanted to taste the exclusive mountain dew flavor that they offer there. We went on their wing special night bogo wings. I got bullet bourbon bbq, and my boyfriend got garlic parm mild. We also got the exclusive Mountain Dew. We opted into getting the boneless wings they were super crispy. However, I would say they barely had any sauce on them. They had to actually ask them for extra sauce. The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I mostly go for to-gos sometimes I order my sauce on the side. Time to time it's forgotten to be placed in the bag and I have to go back in for it but the last two times I've gotten the wings have been drenched in sauce (I did not put sauce on the side because I was tired of going back for it). I was here last night with some of my team from work - which is a large military base just down the road. You would think a place would want a piece of that business. I know were always looking out for a variety of places for various events. Im certain we wont ever come back here again I was reluctant to write a review seeing the nearly hundred or so - just horrible reviews. Pretty much everything was already said. My wife and i spent over a hundred dollars here and were angry from the moment we got here. 4 of us stood at the bar for like 10 minutes with a girl standing there on her phone. We assumed she just wasn't a bartender, she didn't even look up to see we had been standing there After a while she came over and asked what we would like and we said drinks .. that we were there to meet friends from work. She went over to where she was hanging out before and went back on her phone. No reply.. nothing. Were still standing there like 10 more minutes when a waiter approaches us.. to take our drink order.. and then proceeded to give it to the girl standing there on her phone. She left us standing at the bar for some 20 minutes because a waiter had to take our order?? - someone could have said something.. we just wanted drinks. The service and the people here absolutely god-awful. Apparently there was one waiter working the entire room full of tables where the bar is. We were exhausted from standing there like idiots. We didn't want to sit down because we didn't want to be be even more ignored. We were at the bar.. we wanted drinks. Everything you read about how bad this place is is correct. The food the service the attitudes - oh theres one thing this place does spectacularly well - if you are into super sticky disgusting floors, you are in for a treat! - this place has the stickiest most disgusting floors you will ever find. We've gone here before and it hasn't been a bad experience but the food this time was a big let down. We did take out and the service was relatively quick because we got our food at the expected time. The main issue is 2 main things we ordered. Both me and my mom got the Buffalo chicken wraps and as you see from the photo, it's mostly tortilla and there's barely any chicken. We did order other stuff and the wings and fries were pretty good so that's what mainly got them the 3 star. Bartender Ashlee was wonderful and made great food & drink recommendations, and also knows the area well enough that she recommended some fun stuff for us to do nearby. She pointed out their $4 appetizer plates so we had a few of those and a few drinks for around $40 -- really good deal! They weren't super busy, and the food came out in under 10 minutes. Since we sat at the bar I was close enough to observe that it was truly kept very clean, which made me feel even better about eating there. I was reluctant to try this place due to the overall poor rating and negative reviews, but it was convenient to the hotel. Went in on a Sunday night when it was virtually empty (saw a couple of people in a booth and a few people at the bar). We were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. Out server, Skyler, arrived at the booth as soon as we were seated to take our drink order. Drinks arrived quickly, and we needed a few more minutes to decide what food we wanted to order. I ordered traditional wings with a dry rub and my companion ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The food arrived within 10 minutes and was hot and we both enjoyed the meals. I ordered a second bottle of beer and it was there before I could finish the first one. Overall a good experience. We arrived on a Thursday around 6 p.m. They had self seating in the bar area, so we found a high top there to call home. Our server was quick, accurate and attentive. Both of us for wings and both came out as expected. I was even impressed with the amount of sauce as sometimes they can be stingy. Everything was good! My only complaint is always my complaint with BWW - it's overpriced. $7.50 for 5 small wings and celery is pretty steep. Buuuut, keeping that in mind going in, I really can't complain. Took upon their BOGO promo today and had 2 small orders of boneless wings to go. I ordered over the phone. The process was quick and painless. I picked up 25 minutes later as promised. Since my 10 year old was partaking the snacks, I didn't go for the spicy variety of sauces. Instead, we had Bourbon Honey Mustard for one order and Parmisan Garlic for the other. Each small order had 12 big and small pieces of boneless wings, allegedly weighed and hand spun. We did notice a few pieces that barely got any sauce on. For those who had never tried BWLD's boneless wings, they are a cross between chicken nuggets and General Tsao's Chicken. That said, these boneless wings were not very palatable at all: the crust were hard, the batter had bitter after taste, the ground chicken meat was dry, and the sauces were salty. I had enough after just 3 pieces. My wife felt the same. Salty and stodgy, it got old quickly. Also it would have been pricy if it weren't for the BOGO deal. Including taxes, it's $11.50 per order of 12. That's almost $1 per bite of chicken. I would not recommend the Boneless Wings at all. You might have better luck with the traditional wings - at least the real wing meat would not be as dry as the ground meat. read more

My visit this weekend for buffalo and Caribbean jerk wings confirmed my belief in this chain restaurant. B-Dubs is a place you go for wings, buffalo chips with cheese, and beer. And lest I forget, games on the many television sets. Stray too far from these staples and you are prone to disappointment. Therefore, when I want the basic staples of life (beer, wings chips and ball games), I have yet to find a better place. If I want great service or a great culinary experience, I go somewhere else. I've been contemplating this review for several years. In fact, from the time we ate at this location not long after it opened until this every minute, I've been pondering what to say. Here it goes. I HATE THIS PLACE. I hate this monstrosity known as B-dubs. I know this isn't a place you go to have deep meaningful conversations. It's a place you go to hang with friends, drink beer, get a little sloshed and get a little loud, and eat boring food at high prices. I recently ate there a second time because others were meeting there and we wanted to join them for lunch. I was reminded of my festering dislike of this place. I extra hate it because I remember back in the 1980s, going to the BW3 (notice I didn't call it by its bastardized name "B-dubs) in Bloomington, IN and loving the small, fun restaurant it was. We'd go in for fantastic wings and great beef on weck sandwiches. There was plenty of beer, an awesome vibe, the food was good and cheap, and it had a "Cheers" meets sports-bar meets Buffalo wing restaurant vibe. This was all before they franchised and started to go down the crapper in 1991. Now, it's just another one of those lower-mid tier chains with crappy food (I hate their wings) that's way more expensive than it should be. I guess you're paying for all of the gigantic TVs you can see but not hear. Service is crap. Sauces are blech. I prefer food at Taco Bell over the stuff they serve at B-dub (damn, I hate that name). P.S. The Thai Curry wings aren't hot. Please tell people to stop saying they're a bit spicy. For the love of God, don't eat wings at this disaster. Go get your wings at a good bar/restaurant like: Under Dogs on Paxton in Harrisburg, Moe's out on Gettysburg Rd in Mechanicsburg, or Eagle Tavern on Mountain Road in Harrisburg. I've eaten here with my husband twice in the last two weeks. Our server was Mikey. Mikey displayed wonderful customer service and was really attentive. He also suggested that I try the Asian Zing flavor and it did not disappoint. We had a different server on Wednesday and she was equally attentive. Both times I ordered ten Asian Zing boneless wings, fries, and a Sierra Mist. My husband got the brisket burger, fries, and a Sierra Mist. We both enjoyed our meals. My husband's burger was especially good. I don't expect much for a heavily frequented Buffalo Wild Wings so I wasn't let down by any aspect of the experience; from the food to the customer service. I am continuously let down by this location. I ordered online and got these wings with almost no sauce! Some aren't even covered! The celery was even moldy! This is a wing place and can't get their wings right. I've tried to dine in and been ignored at the front door, I've been told there won't be a manager available at all due to it being busy when I was there in person. We had a craving for wings one night and decided to visit Buffalo Wild Wings. During this visit, we got the Dessert Heat and Thai Curry wings. When we arrived around 8pm or so, the restaurant had plenty of seating. Service wasn't bad but we were disappointed in the wings and quantity of food for the price we paid. The wings tasted dry and did not seem fresh. We also ordered a basket of fries but to be honest, McDonalds fries might be better as the fries were plain and not too special.
