i'm surprised at how bad the rating is here, it was packed when we came in (albeit at 6:30 on a saturday). the unlimited appetizers deal is great, i'll admit the kitchen is a bit slow but they were probably backed up and nothing took an egregious amount of time. we tried all four options on the "classic" ($12.99) version of the deal: mozzarella sticks, chips and queso, onion rings, and fried pickles--you can also get chips and salsa but i'm not counting that as a separate option. quick ratings on the apps: mozzarella sticks aren't ever my favorite, but these are only really good imo if they're just out of the fryer--my partner had 11.5 though so maybe just me. chips and queso are good, some chips were a touch greasy but most weren't. i think the queso should be served hotter, but it was tasty. also note we were charged a $.60 upcharge for the "chili queso" even though we just ordered regular queso. easy to see how misunderstandings happen given the menu evidently has "hatch chili queso" (green pickled chilis) and "chili queso" (american chili with beans). the very kind server offered to remove the charge from the menu when we asked about it, just want people to be aware when ordering. the onion rings are really good, even for someone who usually prefers panko-crusted to battered. the fried pickles were perfect, crispy, tangy, perfect temp. read more

My boyfriend and I really like this Buffalo Wild Wings location. There's usually plenty of parking, we get seated pretty quickly, and they consistently have solid deals. Our go-to is the Pick 6 meal for $24.99 -- two entrées, two sides, and two drinks. I always upgrade my fountain drink to the strawberry lemonade for +$1 because it's that good. As a self-proclaimed strawberry lemonade connoisseur, theirs is easily one of my favorites. On my last visit, I tried the new limited-edition Brown Sugar Heat flavor and was pleasantly surprised. It had the perfect balance of sweet with a little kick. I'd definitely order it again if it's still around next time. Service is decent, the food hits the spot, and the vibes are always fun. I would say it's kind of worth it if you come on Tuesday, have the app, and are a rewards member to get the bogo free wings but other than that don't come. The servers were attentive and checked up on me and gave great recommendations. I visited this particular BWW yesterday and was a bit upset because my wings were cold when they came out. I also realized that my waitress was taking longer than the other ones, i had to keep asking them to come out and take care of me. Then the music was extremely loud i couldn't even enjoy my time. I recently visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Monterey Park to catch the early start of UFC 321: Aspinall vs. Gane. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were open early, starting at 11 am, to accommodate the Abu Dhabi card's early fight times. I was seated immediately in the clean and comfortable seating area, ready for the action. My server, Andy, took great care of me throughout the event, offering attentive and prompt service. I ordered a beer and the sampler platter to start. The sampler items were fantastic: The onion rings were nicely seasoned. The pretzel bites were perfectly salty and soft. The chicken tenders were savory, juicy, and tasted fresh. Ironically, the wings themselves needed the most attention. The flavor profiles were good, but they significantly lacked enough meat on the bone. On a couple of the wings, the meat was gone literally after one bite. They were also a bit overcooked, which resulted in a slightly dry texture. Everything else--the atmosphere, the service, the appetizers, and the overall setup for watching the fights--was excellent. I will absolutely give them another chance in hopes that the wings receive a little makeover soon, as they are almost there, but not quite. Arrived with a party of 2 on Sunday evening around 5PM. There was nobody in the front to greet us at the time but 3 minutes later, someone finally got us seated at the smallest booth possible. Our host informed us that our server will be with us shortly. 10 minutes go by and our server finally arrived to take our order. We waited another 5 minutes and our beers/waters arrived. 12 minutes after initially ordering, our wings came out. Our appetizers, which were "bottomless" came out another 5 minutes after our wings came out. Another 5 minutes came by and our server brought us our celery and carrots. We wanted round 2 of our "bottomless" appetizers but that took over 17 minutes after trying to flag someone down for an additional 10 minutes after we received our veggies to which we requested to cancel but our server brought it out anyways with a to-go box. Our server apologized by saying the line cooks were backed up with to-go orders but the service in generally was complete garbage. There were several instances where our server could've asked for refills of our drinks including another round of beers or another round of our "bottomless" appetizers. No apologies for anything throughout our whole meal. I've been a frequent BWW customer in the past at other locations but have never received terrible service or low quality food like this location did. The wings barely had any meat on them and were lukewarm. Our first round of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were subpar and cold. Appetizers should not take 20 minutes and definitely should not be coming out AFTER the wings. The appetizers seemed to be frozen anyways and did a half-ass job of thawing them out. During our 17 minute wait for the second round of appetizers, our fried pickles came out but they failed to come with the queso chips which shouldn't take that long anyways. Why offer bottomless appetizers when you're not gonna let us order more than 1 round? It's a total scam for such a low price of $12.99. Worst Buffalo Wing Wings location I've ever been in my life. There is no bartender. Every server was pouring their own beers. None of the servers were attentive. The parties around us received no food at all within the first 15 to 20 minutes of ordering so it wasn't just a fluke. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. If you're going to operate under the Buffalo Wild Wings name, the basics should be handled: seating, staffing, and reasonable ticket times. I had dinner on 04/20/24 at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Monterey Park, CA. I had 4 other diners. We arrived and were seated within 10 minutes to a dirty worn booth . We were handed dirty oily menus. Mine was really oily and was stuck to another menu. The floor underneath the table had a napkin and another menu. We ordered, and the food came surprising quick, under 10 minutes. The food did not look very Appetizing. We soon realized why. We suspect they make a ton on wings ahead of time and keep under a heat lamp. The French fries were probably put under similar process. They were old and not crisp. The wings were over cooked and dry. The sauces used did not smell or taste good. What a shame. I really miss Hooter's. I was told the men's room also was smelly and not well maintained with paper towels overflowing from trash can. What a terrible experience with below par food and the noice level almost unbearable from sports monitors being too loud. This place is overrated and over priced for the experience. My co workers wanted to eat at this place for their birthday party. I have never ate here before. They don't do reservations and allowed us to bring cake. Upon arrival around 11:30 am, it was easy to find parking spaces since it's in a plaza. I've been standing here waiting for a worker to tell me the status on my wings that were supposed to be ready for pickup 30 mins ago.
