I visit this location at least once a month, and unfortunately the one consistent issue has been the customer service from some of the younger employees at the drive through. I always try to be polite and respectful when placing my order. My only request is usually that my French fries be cooked lightly. Quite often, the fries aren't prepared as requested, so I have to hand the order back to have it corrected. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I find disappointing is the reaction I receive when I ask for the correction. I've been met with eye-rolling, blank stares, or employees loudly repeating my request to coworkers in a way that feels dismissive or mocking. Today's visit was another example, and it finally prompted me to leave a review. I don't believe my request is unreasonable, and I always ask with a smile, remain courteous, and thank the staff when they bring me the corrected order. I understand that many of these employees are young and still gaining experience in customer service. However, treating customers with courtesy and respect is an important part of the job. I hope management will use this feedback as an opportunity to coach the team, because I'd like to continue visiting this location, but the repeated negative interactions have become discouraging. read more

10/19/25 As far as In N Outs go, this definitely is by far one of THE, if not, the absolute busiest of all locations. Of course, what do I expect, coming in at 7 pm on a Sunday, I must be insane. But when the mood strikes, we hafta go. I am writing this review as we wait for our food. It's literally standing room only & I got lucky that table opened up while I was standing for about 5 minutes for our food. There are atleast 30 people standing & waiting for their food. All seats were taken. It's a madhouse! Amazingly I saw a few more parking spaces available while the drive thru line is about 20 cars or so deep. The floors definitely need to be mopped . Yeah, the line can get wild, but it's always worth it. The pink lemonade is non-negotiable -- seriously, don't skip it! Recently started adding grilled onions to my burger and omg... life changing. In n out Burgers will always be my #1 option when it comes to burgers and fries. They are always made to perfection and made with love by the employees because they really love their job. The service here is just phenomenal and outstanding that there has never been a hiccup (mistake) on any of my orders here in this location. I come here at least 1-2 times a week. I would usually go to the other location by Huntington Dr in Alhambra but that is currently undergoing some construction. But what can I say, an In-n-Out will always be the same. The ambiance here was great! We came in before peak hours and it was not too crazy busy and too loud yet. When we finished and left, that's when a whole crowd of people started piling in because it was just in time for lunch time. Overall eating for this place will be a 5/5 stars. 01/28/2024 Inflation hits everyone hard I've noticed that in and out has raised prices 3 times since 2023. Overall the burgers are still excellent. Pro tip: order without spread and ask for extra spread on the side. You don't want to eat the burger and have the spread drip down your arm or all over your clothes. A drippy mess. All things being equal -- great food, great service -- this is your usual run-of-the-mill, family-own, efficiently-run, burger joint cranking out the best fast-food hamburgers anywhere. What's nice about this location is that it's not on a busy street where the drive-thru line can jut out into traffic. It's also close to my home. This location is in the Monterey Park Marketplace adjacent to the 60 Freeway. This sprawling shopping center shares real estate with a Home Depot, a Costco (plus a Costco gas station) and other fast food places (including a drive-thru Starbucks). What's potentially bad about the location is the shopping center's main drag, Market Place Drive, can be hard to negotiate during peak traffic times. It can get really tricky getting out of the drive-thru during peak hour traffic, especially if you want to make a left turn to get out to Paramount Blvd or to get onto the Pomona Freeway. The traffic slowly heading out to the paramount entrance can get bumper to bumper. I've never counted, but it seems like every 20 to 30 cars, a kind-hearted motorist might wave you in. Making a right would be easier but the center's west exit is way past the Costco. That said, some flavor of traffic congestion has always been the bane of every In-N-Out, but even if the line for the drive-thru was long, tablet-wielding In-N-Out crew members are out patrolling the line of cars, taking your order before you'll ever reach the menu loudspeaker. In-N-Out's efficiency and dedication to service is impressive. Like any In-N-Out burger place, the best time to go get one isn't when you're hungry for one, but when no one else is. Timing is everything. That said, the best In-N-Out is always the one that is closest to where you are. read more

So me and my family usually come here since it's now the closest location from our house but a few weeks ago we ate our food when we got home from the drive through and within 20 minutes into our meal we all started feeling sick.
