The service workers at this specific location in Montebello left chili peppers as a way to harm me inside of my burger while I had just wanted a burger after a 17 hour long shift I'm very disappointed as this was my favorite location and as of now I am going to never return to any In n out ever again. 11:30 PM September 11 I came to Dominos for some real food. What is the point of closing on Sunday's if your locations workers aren't even exhibiting the kindness Christ spoke of?

Stopped by on Saturday, 02/21/26 with my boyfriend. Dined in and ordered the following for late dinner: - 1 hamburger with onion (protein style) = $3.85 - 1 double double (without spread and tomato) = $6.35 - 1 fries = $2.40 - 1 cheese fries = $4.90 - 1 medium soft drink = $2.45 SUBTOTAL = $19.95 TAX = $2.09 OVERALL TOTAL = $22.04 Compared to the menu I posted here back in 9/5/25, the prices have increased slightly due to inflation and cost of living around SoCal these days. However, it is still one of the most affordable fast food burger places ever (especially the fries).

10/4/25 What can I say, we luv ketchup with our fries.... a lot

10/19/25 As far as In N Outs go, this definitely is by far one of THE, if not, the absolute busiest of all locations. Of course, what do I expect, coming in at 7 pm on a Sunday, I must be insane. But when the mood strikes, we hafta go. I am writing this review as we wait for our food. It's literally standing room only & I got lucky that table opened up while I was standing for about 5 minutes for our food. There are atleast 30 people standing & waiting for their food. All seats were taken. It's a madhouse! Amazingly I saw a few more parking spaces available while the drive thru line is about 20 cars or so deep. The floors definitely need to be mopped . I see staff walking around cleaning but really can't keep up with the demand. We are here a couple of weeks ago & I thought I wrote a review already. Good-wise, predictably good, burgers, milkshake fries, expected, thank goodness! This should be our last visit here coz it's just way too busy & congested. The reason we came here was to dine in , the one closest to us is too small to offer that option.

Yeah, the line can get wild, but it's always worth it. The pink lemonade is non-negotiable -- seriously, don't skip it! Recently started adding grilled onions to my burger and omg... life changing. I'm not even a big onion fan, but now it's the only way I'll eat it. My go-to: #1 no cheese, no tomato, grilled onions, and a pink lemonade on the side. My boyfriend's obsessed with their animal style fries and milkshakes -- he swears it's the best combo ever! Only minor complaint? Sometimes presentation is a little messy... but let's be real, it's getting eaten either way. I usually skip the drive-thru and go inside (way faster!). This location is very clean which is a plus. Whether I'm dining in or taking it to go, In-N-Out never disappoints & will always be my comfort meal!

In n out Burgers will always be my #1 option when it comes to burgers and fries. They are always made to perfection and made with love by the employees because they really love their job. The service here is just phenomenal and outstanding that there has never been a hiccup (mistake) on any of my orders here in this location. I come here at least 1-2 times a week. I would usually go to the other location by Huntington Dr in Alhambra but that is currently undergoing some construction. But what can I say, an In-n-Out will always be the same. The ambiance here was great! We came in before peak hours and it was not too crazy busy and too loud yet. When we finished and left, that's when a whole crowd of people started piling in because it was just in time for lunch time. Overall eating for this place will be a 5/5 stars. A Job well-done!

Great In-N-Out location. Located in a large shopping center with Costco and Home Depot. Has free parking and drive thru. Indoor seating available. Quick on orders. Good service. Same quality as other locations.

Really one of the best fast food burgers. Love they let you customize the burger and fries they way you like. Unfortunately inflation did not skip them. The double combo is now over $11 which is still cheaper than many places. This location is packed like all the other locations but they a efficient and orderly without making mistakes to expedite the service

Since the time Costco was built, I've had my eye on this In-N-Out Burger with passion and hope to dine at this iconic Southern California institution. I'm impressed they support the homeless cause and gather funds to help feed the homeless. Not many restaurants have shown this kind of support, yet others help in other ways. Getting back to the restaurant, the food was insanely good, although I wanted more onions. I guess they were just saving me from myself and others that would be in close proximity...

    3 DBL-DBL Animal Style $18.30

What We Ordered: -3 DBL-DBL Animal Style $18.30 -2 Animal Fry (Well Done) $9.50 -2 Med Soft Drink $4.60 -Reg Neapolitan Shake $3.05 I never knew about the ability to order fries well-done and that's a game changer for me personally. In-N-Out doesn't make great fries, but with the animal style spread its one of my favorite fries. I wouldn't order them plain as they aren't that good. The Animal Style Double Double is a great burger. It's well-priced and tasty. You really can't go wrong. There's no better fast food burger out there. Five Guys is good, but it's too expensive in comparison to In-N-Out. It was out first time trying the Neapolitan shake and it was great! I like how they have free activity books for kids. Its a great way to keep kids occupied (off the phones) while waiting for the food especially when they're very busy. The service was friendly and very good!

Still a good 4/5 stars! Drive thru line is just long here, they stay busy but Service 5/5 Order accuracy 5/5 Wait time 3/5 Good taste 5/5 All good besides long waits! Employee taking order was quick and accurate Got exactly what we ordered every time we stop by for food here. Good job!

We came in around 10pm to get some food and this is always a popular location. I ordered the #1 combo which is the double-double and is consistently good. Our server was Marisela Ar. and she was really nice, warm greeting with a smile and made us feel welcome. It is always crowded but we were able to get a table. There is such a quick turnover with people eating and seats becoming available. Parked on the other side of drive-thru so was able to get in, eat our food and exit with no problem.

Always love in n out, especially the animal fries. It was my first time at this location. The tables could have been a little cleaner but it was fine for fast food restaurant standards.

Other than the usual drive thru line rush at times, so far so good. Wish that the parking was not so limited though.

While there is plenty of seating and I often see people dining in, I usually take my food to go. The service has always been pretty straightforward. Most of the employees taking orders tend to be serious and not overly chatty. It hasn't always been the friendliest service, but honestly, I don't come here for conversation, I come for the food. The chicken teriyaki plate is my go-to order, and you really can't go wrong with it, especially if you add avocado. The portions are solid, the food is consistently good, and everything tastes fresh. Overall, this is a great local spot when you're craving teriyaki. Nothing overly fancy, just dependable food that keeps me coming back year after year.

What made me try this place was the smell. I could smell the delicious chicken and teriyaki smell from outside. For me I wanted to try the Teriyaki Chicken snd Tofu with brown rice. My teriyaki bowl ended up being like 20+ dollars so I kinda feel it's a bit expensive. They have different sizes so I ended up getting the biggest one. I see a lot of people just ordering the largest one too. So the basic bowl is just rice and chicken or a protein. If you wanted to add veggies, it's a charge. Most teriyaki places would charge like 1-2 dollars to add veggies. I was charged like 5 dollars ish for veggies. I'm not sure if that's because I ordered a large bowl. The food did taste good, the veggies tasted fresh, the teriyaki chicken had a real good char flavor to it and the sauce is good. I wish they had real sauce containers for their teriyaki sauce because they give you it in a sriracha bottle which looks old and a bit dirty. It's not a full service sit down restaurant so there isn't much of a service. You go up to the counter and you pick up the food yourself. Any napkins or utensils you have to ask them for it. None of that stuff is on the table. You also have to bus your own tray. Overall, it's a bit on the pricey side but it taste good. Their teriyaki sauce is really good and it's not too sweet or salty. Would recommend trying it out.

The last 3 times they've at least attempted to rectify their mistake... meaning we had to make a 2nd trip to pick-up whatever it was they forgot. So we took a break... sad because we always enjoy the food. Foolishly, we decided to try again... and again they messed up our order... this time they didn't put chicken on our pasta. It seems whoever took the order didn't write it down... wish I could say this was a big surprise! So we were fully willing to pay the difference and make the 2nd trip once again. But because it was near closing that was not made an option... just a sorry and goodbye. So now... after 6pm on Sunday, we are thinking of what 2nd meal we will have to purchase and pick up.... because this plain pasta is just not going to feed the 2 of us. We have so few options already in Montebello and we always prefer to support local small businesses.... but REALLY??? How do you consistently get it wrong??? Well I guess quantity is more important than quality... so unfortunately now we have 1 less option.

For sub I ordered THE 58 CLASSIC and as sides I had their Garlic Pesto Potato Salad and Purple Cabbage. Both good but very garlic centered, I love garlic so I don't mind but maybe next time I'll get something else to balance it better. Service was good. They greeted and answered any questions I had and offered their advice or recommendations when I asked for some.

I chose a bottle of water and waited three or four minutes for the manager to hand me my food. The manager was extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly. The grilled chicken burgers were EXCELLENT! I know fast-food burgers never look exactly like the pictures, but wow... this thing was sad. The patty was dry and overcooked, and the biggest mystery was the Thousand Island dressing. I opened the burger, saw cheese, lettuce, meat, and started playing detective trying to find the sauce. Was it there? Did it evaporate? Was it absorbed into the overcooked patty? Nobody knows. The employee was great, but the burger definitely wasn't. If this was supposed to convince me to leave the Famous Star behind, it did the exact opposite. Disappointing meal, and enough to make me think twice about coming back to this Carl's Jr. in Montebello.
