This place the potential to rated higher, however the service was extremely slow. It took 45min to get our drinks. Then another 45 to get our food. This may not always be the case, but it was for me. This place is very spacious so you never feel too cramped. Clean environment with comfortable booths, make a reservation to ensure you have a good view of the game or your favorite event. Stopped by here on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. After having a few drinks and some food, I could see why. We sat at the bar and the service was top notch. Chandler is an absolute badass behind the bar at Parlor. She's hilarious, insanely knowledgeable, and somehow the sweetest human while also not taking anyone's BS. Exactly who you want making your drinks. Her green tea shots are my favorite (I know, simple but still hers are my favorite), but she also does themed night shots and cocktails that are actually creative and well thought out, not just gimmicky. You can tell she really understands flavors and balance, and it shows in everything she makes. On top of that, she runs the bar like a pro. A trendy sports bar and restaurant for sports watching. They charged $20 for pay-per-view fights on a Saturday late afternoon. We went in before that so we didn't have to pay cover charge. They had good selections of tap beer and premium liquor. We enjoyed our hazy IPA and grey goose martini. The food was mostly comfort bar food, bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The door man was very surprised that we left before a big fight that people were paying and waiting to watch! I am not a big fan of fights cause it's too loud for me. Beer was good, service could use improvement. I've worked at a sports bar for 10 years and I understand being busy believe me but this bartender was rude. Not crazy busy but yes busy, not enough to be rude though. Fake a smile dude. I also did not care for the "country night" the bartender was playing from his phone, as I watched him take a call while the music stopped. Blasting the music so loud I couldn't even talk to anyone. I've been here on a Saturday for fights and it was great. Weekdays need improvement. read more

This is a hidden gem! I was a little weary, can't lie because it was so quiet. But then again it was a Saturday @ 2pm. Let me just say , WOW! Hot dammm we found a little spot that has some amazing food! Let me tell you we ordered a lot! : Why not Pretzel , shrimp tacos, taipei bites, lord of wings, two parlor burgers. All these dishes were sooooo amazing ! What made it even better was finding out this was a one man show , because the servant doesn't show up till later. Luis was not only serving us our food drinks, but he is the chef! His recipe for the wings are sooooo amazing dam good. I came from Orange and I will be coming back. While we were waiting, I repeatedly watched people call Jorge. He would come outside, greet them, and bring them straight inside. I personally saw this happen at least six different times. When it was finally our turn to speak with the host, we were told there were no seats left, that we would have to stand, and that we wouldn't even be able to order food. I confronted Jorge about letting those other groups in ahead of everyone else. His response was that he knew them personally and that they were friends of the restaurant owners. That explanation only made the situation worse. My wife had just finished a 14-hour hospital shift, and we came here hoping to enjoy the game together. Instead, we spent three hours waiting only to be treated as though our time didn't matter. What was most shocking was Jorge's attitude. He literally told me, "They won't do anything to me if you post this. I'm friends with the owner." If that's the mindset of management, it's no surprise customers are treated this way. It truly felt like only friends and family received special treatment while everyone else was left waiting without honesty or respect. I have no issue waiting when things are busy, but I do expect transparency, fairness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of those qualities.

We were greeted right away by one of the bartenders and got our drinks pretty fast. I had the smash burger with curly fries and my husband had the Reuben with a salad. My smash burger came out juicy and flavorful and my curly fries were hot. The Reuben came out stuff with corned beef and was also very flavorful. The atmosphere here is fun. There are tvs everywhere and had the World Cup games on. There was music playing and the employees we interacted with were all very nice. We will go here again if we are in town. This place is kid friendly.
