Customer service at this location, as with many businesses in Montgomery Alabama, is not great. We have been to this location several times. Each time there has been a significant wait time for a table. Our server, LA, was the best service we have had at this location (Service was average from her, but per Montgomery standards stood out). The hostesses on the other hand are not great. The food was fine, pretty standard for BW three. If you go to this location to watch a UFC fight or a pay-per-view boxing match, heads up for all the riffraff. It might be more worth your time to pay for the fight at home. read more

Called in early to make reservations for a party of 10 and told that it is walk in only. We arrived at 6pm and waited over an hour and a half. Plenty of groups were seated prior to us before they said that our tables were being cleaned. Then immediately they sat down a party that arrived only 15 minutes prior at said table. The food has always been sub par here and at that point we walked out. We were seated within 5 minutes at Outback across the street. Never plan to visit here again. I also heavily recommend that any TDY military avoid this place. There are plenty of places that treat you better and know how to serve good food. read more

At this BWW location, you either have great service, or awful service. It's one extreme or the other. My husband once had to eat his wings with a straw, and eat his ice cubes, because the waitress never would bring him a fork or a refill. So yeah, it can be awful. But sometimes the service can be really great too. The food has always been good to me. With the BWW app it's really easy to wrack up points and get free food/drinks, so that's really cool. read more

Came back to this location on October 25th with my mom, sister, and nephew. A much better experience than last time. Still a lot of girls crowded around the hostess stand, but they were nice and seated us promptly (at a table not under a TV). Our food all came out hot and in a timely manner. Negative stars for how COLD it was in there. I took a jacket and wrapped up in it, but everyone else was freezing. So freezing that my sister and nephew rushed through their meal so they could leave. The couple at the table next to us was complaining about the cold as well. What is it, Alabama restaurants? Why so cold? This is Alabama. We're used to the heat. We don't want it to be hot inside our restaurants, but we will definitely be too cold if the inside temp is below 70. That's just how we are. Don't freeze us out! Will return again. Hopefully I won't have to bring my winter coats, boots, scarf, and gloves inside if I come in July. read more

Went in on Sunday to watch football. Sat at the bar and ordered a drink and the pretzel app. Received the pretzel app which was cold in the middle and still had not received my drink. Bartender was to busy washing glasses. I finally got her attention and asked for a glass of water. Thinking maybe she would take a hint. When I was done, she said she spoke to her manager and they would like to make me the drink for free. Little too late. Manager never came over and spoke to me, I had to speak to him. Food is great but if I wanted to be in a hip hop dance bar with extremely loud music I would have gone to a bar. The place scared my kids, the music was NOT appropriate for children. Couldn't watch the game because I had a headache after 10 minutes. Food is still fantastic but I won't go back until management wakes up and decides to cater to everyone, not just a party crowd!. Honestly the food is terrible. If you want wings, go to Baumhowers. The boneless wings are worse than Tyson frozen chicken nuggets, the breading doesn't even touch the chicken. It's truly awful. The ranch is hidden valley out of the bottle. Some of the most disappointing food ever, waste of money. read more

The food was great minus the size of the app we ordered the cheese curds and the basket only came with a small handful our toddler pretty much ate the whole thing by himself the service on the other hand was terrible our waitress was lacking personality to say the least we received our drinks after we got our app we waited so long for our Ranch that the wings got cold the server never checked back in with us after bringing us our drinks we were never asked if we needed a refill and never received the celery that we ordered I expected the manager to come around and do a table touch but he never left the hostess stand the whole two hours we were there we won't be back this was pretty much the same experience we had at the old BWW no wonder they closed read more

This restaurant is overrated, the food was horrible. This view and venue with the set up with the big screen TV and watching sports was perfect. I would love to go there and watch sport events, but the food and wings were probably the worst in the state. Zaxby has far better flavor wings. Buffalo Wild Wings were dry and lemon pepper were not powder seasoned. The wings were dry and meat was hard and none seasoned. If you specialized in wings, then they should be the best on the menu.. I glad that it back in Montgomery, O I love there wings so much plus many kinds of sauces to try always come out hot and fresh. This view and venue with the set up with the big screen TV and watching sports was perfect. Very pricey food. Nice new restaurant but not worth it for wings. $50 spent just on to wing meals and a small appetizer. I would not suggest this place for going to watch football or four wings. read more

I thought Corporate would have learned from their last mistake when they closed the Vaughn road location. I was wrong. Went for lunch with 2 business associates on Nov 29 around 12:40. The restaurant was half empty but plenty of staff. The waitress was very nice. The service of food was very very slow. We all ordered boneless wings. They were cold, old, no flavor and had very little sauce. This was my second but LAST time to eat at this location. If the same Franchisee run this Buffalo's, corporate should revoke his license before this one closes down for good. read more

TRASH. TRASH. & EVEN MORE TRASH. The service is HORRIBLE. I have never experienced something like it in my life. I've been patient for more than any respectable human would have been (I work in the restaurant industry and I understand how busy it can be) but I'm fed up. I've waited almost 2 weeks for a refund on some wings I NEVER RECEIVED. I ordered on the 14th. Received my confirmation email and was told it would be delivered at 6 pm that day. At 7:30 pm I called 15 TIMES and received no answer. The next day I called 6 times before someone answered and the manager gave me a lazy apology of something along the lines of "well, we were busy." and told me she would would issue me a refund. She said it would be refunded back within 5-7 business days and not to call back as she would insure it. From April 14th to April 26th STILL NO REFUND. I've called (mostly no answer, or some to go employee who could not assist) I've even written corporate. Nothing. Do not order on their website, its trash, and just as bad as their management skills. read more

Just left buffalo wild wings on a Friday night and the service was beyond horrible. Sat at our table for over ten minutes before being greeted by a stand by server who kindly offered to get our drink order. Had to wait another ten minutes for our actual server to greet us. By which time we were ready to order our complete meal. Our wings arrived at our table before the appetizers which arrived 15 minutes after the wings we had to ask for silverware the female servers including ours were more concerned about talking with each other and closing out bills than working the floor as team. We noticed all the male servers were not standing around shooting the bull and their tables were served promptly and they worked as a team. This isn't a call out on the female servers at the restaurant as we have dined here before and our server was beyond awesome and female ( wished we could have had her again tonight). The tips get better when servers work as a team. We won't be back anytime soon regardless of how much I like garlic parmesan wings. The manager needs to be a management and not buddy buddy with servers standing around a chatting. read more

Waited 15 minutes before a waiter showed at the table. took over 2 hours for 3 of us to get through our meals due to slow service and the place was not even crowded on a fridy night.
