The bad: The first thing overall was the customer service: I walked in late afternoon and only one customer was inside. The rest were employees behind the counter. As I made my way in, they saw me and kept to their task. I moved to the counter, grabbed a paper menu, and waited. I looked to the board above on the wall. Kept waiting. Not one person said "hello", "we'll be right with you", "hang on", "are you ready?", etc. Silence. 5 full minutes. Never came back to finish. Apps came out before drinks. When my kid's Sprite arrived it was carbonated water -- when we flagged a manager, we were told they were out of Sprite. Would've been nice to know that upfront. The water I ordered never came at all. Meals were room temperature. Server never checked back in -- we had to track her down just to pay and leave. Meanwhile I watched a manager in a black polo leaning against the wall while the carpeted floors were visibly dirty. There's a saying about leaning and cleaning for a reason. Four stars on Yelp is genuinely baffling based on this experience. Two stars is generous. Won't be back, and wouldn't send anyone else here either.
