It's one of the only restaurants open late, so when I participate in a theatre show at Muskogee Little Theatre, we always end up eating wings here late! I much prefer sitting in the bar side because the wait is never as long. The waitresses/bartenders are really fabulous too. They keep drinks full and memorize every order. It's clean inside, and a game is always on the TVs. I feel like prices have actually gone down a bit or maybe I just go on promotion nights, but I think it's worth the money. With the latest trip to Buffalo Wild Wings we picked up some takeout. Upon arrival as with previous orders, I let them know I was there, and had to wait for a bit for the order. The plus was the TV's around the restaurant that had different things going to keep my attention. We picked up some wings and whatever the hubby wanted to nosh on for his football watching. By the time we got home, the meal had cooled off just enough that we would not burn our tongues. We had a little lovely dinner while we each watched our respective collegiate teams and rested from a long day. absolutely the worst bdubs I have ever been to. today's date is January 20th. My wife stepdaughter and I decided to go eat here for lunch. Let's just say we sat for 20 minutes waiting on 2 strawberry lemonades. On top of that we had waited over an hour after that waiting on food that never came out. We ended up walking out because a table that showed up 20 minutes after us had food granted its chips and salsa but that's besides the point of us sitting there for almost an hour and a half and they never one time told us our food was on the way out. When we told them don't worry that we were leaving they tried to say they only had one cook and the manager was trying to do everything. Probably the only REAL place to watch sports in town. Decent food and lots of menu options. Great bar and maybe the best place for drinks in Muskogee. Their strawberry margaritas are amazing! They should focus on keeping the place a little cleaner; especially the floor. It's still a really fun place to meet up with friends and have a few cocktails either in the bar area or outside on the patio! The service has always been decent, and the huge screens in the bar area attract people regardless of the areas in which they could improve. Not the best but not the worst. Not consistent in their wings, sometimes they're really good, sometimes they're not. Some times we go I barely get any sauce on my wings, other times they're way too salty, guess it depends on who's cooking that night. The last time we went (last Monday) the music was WAY too loud. Could barely hear our waitress or each other at the table. Our waitress apologized for it, stating it was because they can pay for it to be loud which is ridiculous. Let me start by saying I did not want to give a star at all but had to give a 1 star. So I was In Muskogee today due to a family member being in the hospital. After their release we was gonna grab some BWW on the way home. I did an order on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes(1:50pm). At 2:20pm my food was still not ready. I asked for a manager and was told I had to wait on even a manager. When she can out she was very hostile and rude. I asked for a refund and she told me as a MANAGER she couldn't do a refund and she would let her GM know to give it to me. 42 mins after I ordered I had no food and was told I couldn't get a refund to my card there on the spot And I would have to wait until the general manager came in. She Wanted me to leave with no food or refund. I then asked to speak to the GM and she got more hostile. She then left me in the middle of talking to walk away and came back to tell me I had 1 of 2 choices, wait more time on my food or leave without a refund until her GM came in again. After all of her rudeness I got upset, as I was already stressing the family member being ill and I said I just want a fking refund. I was then told I had 10 seconds to leave the store or she was calling the cops. I left, again no food or refund....if I do not see a refund within 24 hours I will press charges for theft. My husband went inside to place an order to go that costs $75+. However after arriving home the pretzels were missing. The chicken strips were plain instead of covered with honey BBQ sauce. The ticket clearly states the order correctly but the kitchen did not prepare as ordered & omitted the pretzel appetizer. B-Dubs is absolutely my favorite place to eat. I crave boneless wings DAILY!! I always eat here AT LEAST once a month and I love the reward system. I've never felt obligated to give a review or anything because it's always us going in and eating and leaving. We don't usually make conversation, but the waiters and waitresses have always given great service; however, we recently ate here for the boho boneless and we had Dalton for our waiter. HE WAS AMAZING!! He was so great at making sure we were taken care of but not hovering and he'd make small talk which We didn't mind at all!! My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. One is opening in my town soon, so i thought i'd try this one. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap. Very bland. Did the cook forget to sauce the chicken? The garlic mushrooms were missing the garlic too. The buffalo chips were decent. Soggy, but decent. The service was lacking. The server slid our appetizers onto the table without even slowing down as she passed us. At least she came to a partial stop when she dropped off the entrees. All told, I won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is the worst. They all have such horrible attitudes. We stood at the front for at least five minutes waiting to be seated as workers continued to walk by us and made us feel as if we were stupid for some reason. Finally a male worker in regular street clothes comes to sit us and he didn't say anything to us except when he asked how many. He left to go to the table without saying a single word and do e it very quickly. So we followed and he seemed angry and sort of tossed our menus down and walked off. (and they were not busy at all at this time) so then workers continued to walk passed us every few minutes and acted like we didn't exist. We finally just got up and left after 10 more minutes of feeling like we were idiots and being ignored. The place is HORRIBLE. read more
