Wife and I were visiting for the Cherokee holiday and wanted some quick, but good food. Let me say, the food at Rib Crib is excellent. We didn't know what to expect, given the fast-casual style. But every dish we tried was amazing. We ordered a platter with brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Got the baked beans and mac & cheese on the side. All the meats were perfectly cooked. The mac was tasty. And these baked beans were insanely delicious. One of the highlights is their BBQ sauce. It is a perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and spicy. Nice and thick, not watered down at all. I placed a $40 order online and when my husband got there to pick it up, they said they were out of meat! How does a bbq place not have MEAT?!!! And this isn't the first time this has happened! He asked how they run out of meat and their excuse was that their smoker is too small. We'll get another smoker!!! Good grief! read more

Seriously did not have high expectations after the reviews but we were all pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We've even been back again and it was still really good. Some workers were definitely more happy to be there than others, but luckily the happy ones made up for the crabby ones. We will definitely go back. read more

When you go to get BBQ you expect meat. You expect ribs, brisket, chicken and pork. You don't expect a pile of fat.

They make the best ribs you can get. I've never had a bad visit, the staff is also very professional and friendly.

Food is the same as all the other RibCrib restaurants, but this one a little strange. It's all self service for the most part. You order you food at the counter, pull your beverage from an iced tub. And if you need a to go box you grab one off the counter. It's a RibCrib so all is good read more

I've never had a bad experience here. The servings are huge, especially the spuds and the fries. I recently got the super spud with brisket and it was amazing! The size of 4 potatoes, and was easily 2 meals. If I don't get the spud I get the crib club. read more

Rib Crib was a pleasant surprise very good Barbecue. Staff was helpful and polite courteous. We had brisket sandwiches and then end up doing the Cook-Out to go because the sandwiches are so good. We wanted to bring more food to our family that we were going to visit. Highly recommended. Except for the coleslaw the coleslaw is horrible. Rib Crib needs to change their coleslaw or make it fresh. We had no idea where to eat and walked into the Rib Crib. When you walk in the smell of Barbecue is heavenly. We ordered, got our drinks, sat down and our food was delivered. My husband and I stopped in last night for some take out. I had the dynamite chicken salad with mango pineapple dressing and roll ups it came with. My husband had the mild sauce with his championship ribs he picked out. I had a chance to taste a rib and the sauce, and all I can say is YUM! The mild sauce though did remind me of the Jack Daniels sauce my hubby likes to use at home. According to my hubby's taste he said there was quite a bit of vinegar. With his dinner came seasoned fries, slice of toast, and a side of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was OK, but a little to much on that salty cheese side for me(he let me try some.) Over all for our first trip there, it was a nice experience with the take out menu. It maybe a once or twice a month place to go to, but it will be worth it. read more

Probably the best Rib Crib I've been too. The food is always excellent. It's always very clean. The service has always been professional. The manager takes pride in his staff and their service. I would highly recommend this Rib Crib if you're in the Tahlequah area! The only negative thing is that this Rib Crib is smaller than most and when it gets busy you may have to wait a little bit. read more

Pretty good bbq. The ribs had a nice smoky flavor to them and were tender. The brisket had good flavor but the issue was that it was cubed. Because of this I got a few very fatty pieces. I much prefer my brisket sliced. read more

When you do decide to go out to eat, you want a little variety instead of being forced to eat at the same place over and over... Most of the time. I don't mind eating at Rib Crib over and over. Well, I say that about this one anyway. I never liked rib crib until I ate here. Bad experiences all around and the food was always terrible in other cities. This one, however, has spoiled me to Rib Crib. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious and I love that the wait staff, even though it's not that kind of place, still comes over often and checks on us. And, the place us always super clean. Went in yesterday with my family the staff were really friendly and greeted everybody with a smile. It was our first time here . They have a huge menu as you first come in and you order like a fast food restaurant , then they bring it to your table. They have a few different sauses to choose from on the table . We all had different menu items. Ribs ,sliced brisket and chopped brisket. With different sides. Everything was very good and they keep the restaurant very clean . Walked in Rib Crib yesterday and ordered 1/2 lb chicken and a salad. Blonde girl running cash register would not stamp my card. She said they have new management. Then said people take advantage of them. I processed to tell her I just spent $10.00 on a meal and that is NOT taking advantage of anyone. Needless to say the place was dead. Terrible !!! We oRdered take out: Dirty Deed & Porken. Guy at register repeated it when myhusbandI picked it up. Thought no problem! NOT! Got home and niether one was what we ordered!!! Two lousy something "dinner"!! Dried bread, old pork of some sort and pulled pork was dry and more like the left over crumbs! Both "dinners" had the same stuff in it. My husband called to tell them about it and the girl on the phone said she'd tell the mamager. Then hung up. No sorry no we will make it right just hung up.
