Omg definitely the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been too! Our server kept my beer full which is something we're not used of! I have to say the service was amazing and the food was top notch! Living near Lawton Ok we are used to terrible service! My stupid son actually burnt his mouth in Muskogee cause were used too ice cold food and terrible service! He used his fork an just threw it in his mouth he was shocked cause it was hot and we're not used of that! The menus are as sticky as fly paper. First impressions count. A bar that smells like a fire scene, sticky menus and a wing menu listing Snack ,Small, Med etc with no #s. More later. I eat here quite a bit back in Colorado and thought this chain experience would be similar. It was until I stepped into the bar. Smoking is permitted in this sealed part of the restaurant. Now I know what those airport smoking lounges must be like. I should have went back out to the main room to eat. Being stubborn I stayed and now smell like an ash tray. That I'll take ownership. The food was good, the meal came quickly and the server / bar tender was good. I'd suggest this for smokers tired of huddling outside on a cold winter day. You have an oasis in Muskogee! Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is the worst. They all have such horrible attitudes. We stood at the front for at least five minutes waiting to be seated as workers continued to walk by us and made us feel as if we were stupid for some reason. Finally a male worker in regular street clothes comes to sit us and he didn't say anything to us except when he asked how many. He left to go to the table without saying a single word and do e it very quickly. So we followed and he seemed angry and sort of tossed our menus down and walked off. (and they were not busy at all at this time) so then workers continued to walk passed us every few minutes and acted like we didn't exist. We finally just got up and left after 10 more minutes of feeling like we were idiots and being ignored. The place is HORRIBLE. read more

Despite all the negative reviews here, I decided to take a chance, and had a very good experience. I only come to Muskogee once in a while for work, but was craving some spicy garlic wings. I arrived at 6:30 pm, was greeted as soon as I walked in, and offered a choice of the bar, a table, or a booth. Mikaela was my server, and she was very nice and did a great job. She brought me plenty of iced tea, and the wings/wedges were good and hot. I have no idea if previous reviews were bogus, or if there was a management/staff overhaul, but I'll eat here again the next time I'm in town. read more

My wife and I hadn't been to BWW for about a year so we decided to go there for lunch. We ordered a burger and fries and an order of nachos. The burger had a single patty that was as thin as a Freddy's burger. The burger and fries were barely warm as if they had been setting for a while. The nachos did not have real cheese but were covered with "cheese sauce" that had obviously come out of a can. The service was okay. Next time we want a burger, we will go to Freddy's where the burger will have two patties and will be served hot. It will also be a few dollars cheaper. read more

I've visited Bdubs for years, numerous locations and states, never have I had coleslaw made from lettuce until today in Muskogee. It was The Worst. Didn't get a heads up they had changed it, ruined my sandwich. My friend was asked if she wanted it and she said yes. Noone said it was an upcharge. The mgr came by and told us it was that way "for a while now" and then said it was the mix they had and mixed 2 bags together. He also argued that the lettuce was a special cabbage. Really? Was just like the bag salad you get from Walmart with carrots and slivers of red cabbage and oh yeah Lettuce! I love Bdubs especially during football season and as of today I won't be back. Poor at best. Muskogee has no food anywhere. As I checked in at a chain hotel I ask the clerk for a good steak house, gave me a name and the guy behind me nudged me and shook his head no. I asked him, said he was sent the last time in town and got sick. Gal at the desk said she'd had others say that same thing. Ok I drive, look at yelp, can't find any one off joints and end up at a 5 star BWW. 5 star on an okie from Muskogee scale, doest even shine on a traditional scale. Ordered wings and a salad, wings weren't served with celery or carrot stick yet menu said it would be. Called the gal back and asked, response " you didn't ask for it, anyone wants that they ask for it." Wings should be fried without batter (ok on this count) and tossed in Franks. The sauce had some thickener in it to ensure you got a lot, what a distasteful mess. Menu said side salad came with cukes, onions, tomatoes croutons and cheese. I asked to leave cheese and croutons off and toss the salad in dressing before serving. Got it tossed with nothing, just lettuce. So from now on skip Muskogee all together, drive on in either direction. Joints like this are a disgrace and hurt all business, hotels, restaurants and the like. read more

What a dump! Walked in at 3:00pm and navigated the wet floor past the empty greeter stand to the bar. Horrible smell, but I sat down any way. The main dining area had one couple eating. At a bar table I see two employees talking in uniform while sitting at a table. I waited for about six minutes when no one came to serve me, talk to me, to say hello, or to even look at me I left. Eye contact must be very scary on this town's dump. I mentioned to an employee counting money by the take out area that they must be too busy to serve me he just stared and made some weird grunt. This is a dump staffed by lazy disrespectful employees. Worst BWW I've ever visited. I'm adventurous but not adventurous to try the food here. Good luck with your visit. read more

I love everything about this place EXCEPT some of the wait staff in the bar area. They don't really keep up with their tables and so I'm waiting for 15-20 mins for ranch or another beer. Otherwise, my husband and I love to chow down on some wings and beer and catch up on our sports. read more

First off Oklahoma allows smoking in their restaurants which just so happens to be the bar area at bww which is where I wanted to sit. No biggie. It's not the restaurants fault. I'll get over it. Second. The bartender is slow as crap. I just want a beer. Takes her a while to finally make me one. Waited on her to come back and get my order, which never happened. That was it. I paid for my beer and left. I'm not gonna sit and soak up cigarette smoke and be ignored by the bartender. Insult to injury. I have come here 2-3 times per week for the last 6 months. The food is always awesome, but service is always piss poor. Hateful & unprofessional.. This last time I paid for my tab in cash. Left it on the table. The waitress claimed I didn't pay my tab and the GM confronted me in the parking lot. He called the police and said I was never allowed back into the store. He pulled the camera footage and found out she lied. He called me and apologized... If you HAVE to go, ask for NIKKI, she's the only one I've found that takes care of us and is a good waitress. read more

This was my first time at a BW's and I loved it! The atmosphere was a sports fans dream, TV's everywhere and the seperate smoking room was great for the smokers. The wings were great (hot as hell) the fries had flavor and the beer was good. Nothing cheap, or happy about that hour though! :( read more

I asked for a table for one, so they seated me at the biggest booth they had! So much room to eat! The pretzels with cheese are a good appetizer. I also ordered a snack sized Sweet BBQ boneless wings. All of my food came out at the same time, fifteen minutes after I ordered, and I never got a refill on my water. I want to first say that Buffalo Wild Wings use to be a great restaurant here in Muskogee. But in the last year I'm not sure what happened..... Was there a manager change, or maybe some new owners...I'm confused! This place has turned into the restaurant from hell, there slow; they use to have your order correct & out to you in a timely manner, now they just wait on you whenever.....they're actually one of the worst places to eat now, unless you've got a alot of time on your hands, and don't mind your order being messed up & sent back several times. I've spoken to one of the new managers there, and he's convinced that they'll get back on the right track. Very disappointed in our experience here. Got here before the lunch was over. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to sit us. Then waited another 15 to take our order. When I asked about the lunch menu I was told it was too late. I explained we were here well before it ended and was waiting on a waitress. The lady was rude and hateful and said we hadn't been here that long. For the price we pay to eat out and give our money to this establishment they shouldn't treat people the way they do. I hope they don't send any of these people to Tahlequah to train when BWW opens there. read more

me and my coworker went there for lunch yesterday 9/21/17 an had lunch and it wasn't very good at all the wings had to be from the day before, I got the garlic parmesan wings and the breading on the outside was hard an stale and the chicken inside was dry an old looking, I wasn't very pleased at all .it was about 11:00 am or a little after so don't go eat lunch until later after they have passed out all the left over's from the night before. very disappointed I feel like I wasted my money an so does my coworker.. read more
