This was an excellent Saturday to experience some buffet. It still is a great spot to get full and maybe have some dessert and coffee. The cashiers in the front are very friendly and helpful with finding us a good table. We enjoyed our wait staff.. The food on the buffet line was fresh. We mainly like to come to fill up on the hot veggies and chicken mains. It was a mediocre packed restaurant, but worth the sitting. We'd definitely come back. I had a chance this evening to see your catering team in action at the annual City of Muskogee Christmas Party at the Civic Center. I think the staff did a great job and was very smart to have two stations set up. I would have liked to have seen the pulled pork option maybe with some BBQ sauce on the side. The potatoes though they were yummy, could have been cut a bit smaller or turned into a mashed potato option. The green beans had a nice flavor, but could have used a little kick of spice, like lemon pepper. The rolls were some of the best in have had in a while, fluffy and not a hockey puck, Bravo! The swirled cheesecake was wonderful as well. Kudos to a job well done. read more

First of all, I hadn't been to Golden Corral from 2003 till last summer (2025). I will NEVER be returning. The older lady at the cash register addressed my friend and I as soon as we entered. She immediately said "Are you 2 sisters? You look just alike!" No. We are not. I told her. I said, we're in the same Nation and that's it. She replied.."OH YOU'RE AN INDIAN! WHY DONT YOU 2 GO OUTSIDE AND DO A RAIN DANCE? WE SURE COULD USE IT!" My friend had to push me away because my mouth just fell open and she knew I was about to retort to that cashier. People say WTFE they want now without thinking they have to face consequences. Yeah, that's never gonna happen with me. Large selection of food choices with some exceptions. They have great fried chicken but all the pieces are huge and it is a waste since I can't eat a whole huge chicken breast. They rarely have wings. Large selection of vegetables. Stay away from the canned ones like greenbeans which definitely taste canned and seasoning is lacking. Rolls are good and their hushpuppies when they have them are to die for. Pies are bland and the pie crust is lacking. The chocolate pie is the best but is only served in the summer now. Their bread pudding is very good as are their cinnamon rolls when they have them. The ice cream is always good but if you like the hot fudge topping they are bad about refilling it. It is a good place to eat if you like a meal that is going to be more than meat and a potato. read more

Brought the family here for a celebratory dinner. Was incredibly disappointed with the service. Waitress didn't smile or make eye contact. She was extremely slow to bring drink refills then passed them to the children without making eye contact with the adults. The table stacked up plates without being cleared. The food was only marginally better - pot roast was very salty, the pork dry, the bourbon chicken very spicy. The prime rib saved the day. This restaurant is way too expensive for subpar service and food. read more

There were five of us that ate here. The first person we saw was not friendly at all. We were new to this place and did not know we were getting drinks as soon as we hit the door. The two people we first encountered were rude. The person that took care of us the the table was wonderful. I want to say his name was Simon or Simeon. The food was decent and plenty of options. Muskogee's Golden Corral is the cleanest by far. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is helpful and friendly. Family atmosphere, casual dress, great menu!! The roast beef and fried chicken melt in your mouth. Bring the whole family! The desserts are never ending and topped with ice cream! read more

Our family had the worst experience on 10/03/2020. We had raw chicken, hair in the sweet potatoes, uncooked beans, and raw rice. Our family have tried this location one other time prior to Covid-19 and still uncooked food is being served. WE WONT BE BACK read more

I'm only given two stars because it's Golden Corral if you've never been then you don't know what you're missing it's all the food you can eat for one payment and it covers all your basic food groups plus a few extra and you may walk out there few pounds heavier but it is not bad price for all the weird crap that you can try and not eat read more

If you think that bathrooms are a good reflection of the quality of a restaurant, don't go here. I had to wait almost ten minutes outside the bathroom while it was being "cleaned". Nice buffet with a large variety of everything. The service is good with most dishes refilled on a frequent basis, and the servers are quick to refill drinks and pick up the dirty plates. The problem with this restaurant is the noise level from the machinery. On one side if the restaurant there is a continuous knocking noise, very loud. I suspect it is some kind of mixer or beater used in their baking. On the other side of the restaurant the huge ice machine makes you jump out of your seat each time it dumps ice. Nevertheless that side is the least annoying. read more
