I normally have a good time here and the service is normally good. I just left there and not only was the server forgetful, he asked what we wanted for appetizers only to bring them out with our meal. On top of that says they're still working on my second appetizer; expecting me to take it after my meal kind of defeats the purpose of the appetizer. Not to mention the manager walked past my table and didn't say anything just gave me a dirty look after I said I don't want the appetizer anymore. I understand people make mistakes but for the manager not to come up and say something is unbelievable and the dirty look definitely didn't help. Not only has this been the worst experience at this franchise, but the lack of customer service made it the worst dining experience I've ever had. read more

The food was good. The service was terrible. There were only six people at the bar and multiple times we ordered beers and it took more than 10 minutes for us to get them from our waitress. Either she wasn't doing her job or the bartender was slacking. Either way, I would not go back until the service changed. read more

Went here for a beer around 11:30 on a Friday with 3 friends. They closed at midnight so it would be a quick drink. Our bartender served us quickly and was very nice and we started to sip our beers and watch some of the baseball games that were still on that night. One of our party members went to the restroom and the conversation had lulled a bit so I put my head down to rest my eyes. I had just come back from a trip in Central Europe 3 days before and was still a bit jet lagged. When i put my head down, the bar manager, Greg, who had not previously spoken to me or my party at all, immediately came over and poured my nearly full glass of beer down the drain. I did not have time to defend myself in the least and he would not speak with me about what he had done. He would neither refund my money nor my beer and refused to discuss the situation at all. Our bartender apologized but that did little to calm my emotions. I will not be going back to this particular establishment until Greg no longer works there. read more

The wings are good. They lack sauce and are somewhat pricey. This bwubs also charges a lot of money for celery which is a big problem for me. Celery is anatomically water. Went to watch a specific football game. Had a Medium order of traditional wings with sweet barbecue sauce. They were lack-luster at best. Not alot of meat and definitely not enough sauce on them. I had asked for celery when given the choice of celery or carrot sticks, but neither was brought so I had to ask again for the celery. When it came, both ends of each celery stick were brown like they were cut a few days ago. I ended up cutting the ends off and the remaining shortened sticks were still pretty fresh, it just looked unappetizing. To me. The fruit fly that buzzed over them (and eventually snuck into the take home container to be found 'resting' on the celery when I took it out of my fridge the next day), however, seemed to have no problem liking them. The server was good about refilling beverages, so that was good. We did notice another server dropping a container of sugar packets on the floor, scooping them up, and putting them back in the container. And there was a constant running trickle of water in the women's bathroom. The atmosphere was made a bit depressing since we were facing a sad assortment of video/game machines under the TV that we were watching. One was some sort of metal dinosaur that apprently is supposed to be lowered over some prizes. It was swinging back and forth over the prizes which were spinning on a disk below it. The poor creature, however, was mis-calibrated and thunked its head into the back of the plastic case it was in on every swing. Every 2 seconds: thunk...thunk...Thunk! I almost wanted to put money into it, not to play it, but in hopes that it would stop for just a second! Next to this was a video shooter game called Big Buck Safari with a picture of a leopard in a tree with his gazelle kill draped over the branch in his paws, and an elephant. I can only imagine that the game entails killing a bunch of safari animals. Poor taste if you ask me. Didn't know anyone still has anything this inappropriate on the market. If you want to shoot something, shoot bad guys, not endangered animals. Maybe it was a photography shoot...I didn't approach to find out since the outside art certainly indicated killing the animals, not photographing them. I know most people are at this establishment for the sports on the TVs, and probably don't even notice these poor machines, but I wish Management would consider just removing them, or at least, please!, stop that poor metal dinosaur from his pathetic head thunking!! read more

Food was average and there was nothing special about it. The wait staff works very hard and tries their best to please the customers. However, there is much favoritism shown by managers to the wait staff and some are treated very disrespectfully and unfairly. The staff is mostly young people just trying to make some money for school, or life. They ALL deserve fair and equal treatment. It's NOT just about the food. Screen your managers better and make sure they're decent human beings. For this reason, I will not return, nor will I recommend this chain to family and friends. read more

I am a big fan of wings and I hadn't really had any good ones in a while. On the day I went to Buffalo Wild Wings, I was definitely in the mood for boneless wings. I got 12 - split between Medium and Sweet BBQ. This was the perfect combo, because I am a wimp when it comes to heat and the Medium had just enough heat for me, without being overpowering. While the Sweet BBQ, offered a nice compliment to the spice of the Medium Buffalo sauce. It was tangy and sweet, but definitely BBQ powered. In terms of the side sauce, it came in a tiny, tiny cup and I knew immediately I was going to need more ranch. I feel like they should just give you more in the first place, but that was really my only minor gripe. We split an appetizer too - the Southwest bites. They were different, in a good way. It wasn't what I was expecting, but they were really good. The Southwestern Ranch dipping sauce is much, much spicier than I expected though. However, I still enjoyed it. Came here during the wine and dine. Had 5 boneless wings with the Asian Zing sauce. This was a great tasting sauce! I would get it again. They were only 3.00 during the wine and dine. Then we got 2 pulled pork sliders for 2.00. Had sweet bbq and hot bqq and split both. The sweet bbq was much better than the hot bbq. Hot was pretty spicy. Sat at the bar and service was just okay. No one seemed too happy to be there. But for 2 sliders, 5 boneless wings and 4 2 ounce servings of wine the bill was only 13.00. read more

Definitely have experienced better! Went with a girlfriend to sit and TALK. Talking in this restaurant is a joke! The music is way too loud. I thought it was me, until I saw other people hunched over their tables attempting to talk to each other. The service okay but nothing great. Just a group of young people running around trying to rush everyone in and out. Not a fan of the parking. The parking lot is on the other side of the building. A have a few spots next to the entrance, but that is not were the majority of the parking is. You have to walk to the other side of the building to get to it. Not a lot of fun in the rain, snow etc. Food okay, service ok. hostess okay, nothing great. By the way, did I say the music is way tooooo LOUD!! read more

Went there to watch college football. Waitress was very nice and drinks came out quickly. Food took way too long, when it arrived it tasted like cafeteria food. I got a salad with chicken and the tomatoes were green, lettuce tasted old, and dressing was disgusting. This place is disappointing. It's never consistent. We only come here when my husband is in the mood for wings because it's close. Our last experience was the worse. The wings were way overcooked to the point that they were hard and chewy. They were hot (temp wise) so I guess that's a good thing because my sandwich came out out cold and so were the fries. There was no reason why the food came out that way. It was 9pm and it was not busy. The other BWW in Bear is great but not sure why they can't get it right here. read more
