While I'm generally not a fan of chain restaurants, I am definitely big on BW3. I went here on Friday night, early evening, to watch some basketball and and get some good food with my girlfriend. We sat in the bar area and were greeted by our waitress, who was very nice and helpful all night. We started with the Queso Chili Fries, which were just okay. I wasn't too impressed. I was more disappointed in the fact that I ordered a Sam Adams Boston Lager and my girlfriend ordered a ShockTop Seasonal beer, and HERS came in the specially desinged Boston Lager pint glass. What the hell is that about? The waitress was as confused as us, and I tried both, confirming the switch. I could've cared less if we both received regular pint glasses, but imagine ordering a bud and a Stella, and getting the bud in that special stella glass and the stella in a pint glass. Disappointing. The food was pretty good. I'd been to several Buffalo Wild Wings in Ohio, and this was just as good as I'd gotten out there. I like the texture of their wings, even if they are a little on the small side. One thing I've noticed with lots of BW3s is that the amount of sauce you receive on your wings varies wildly. Mine could've used more sauce, but I've had too saucy and way undersauced too. Wish they had a more consistent standard. read more

How many times can one place mess up? We used to frequent this location for Ranger games with our family but service steadily went down hill and we stopped coming and instead patroned local businesses. Today we decided to give them another chance and order take out for the football game. Order was supposed to be ready and 7:40 but was 10 minutes late... no big deal. I saw the girl check the receipt against our items and hand me our take out bag. Stupid me should have double checked the bag and did your employees job but I trusted her. Got home 10 minutes away and we're missing items. We called the location and basically got an Oh well. We said we would drive back in 10 minutes and pick up the missing items but the rest of our food is now cold and we would be missing kick off. Was meeting 10 friends and didn't allow me to pull up a chair and eat with them, a paying customer, absolutely ridiculous female manager made no effort to accommodate me bc table was maximum capacity they could have easily pulled up a table and stuck it at the end with a chair and seat me and another person if there was! The worst meal I've had in a long time. The only good news is that it didn't make me sick. Took a friend out for a simple burger chicken sandwich, and boneless chicken wings, and beer, how do you screw those up so badly. The place liked clean and the waiter was nice but Not one thing tasted good in the whole meal. The worst was the chicken sandwich, it was either past it expiration date and/or undercooked but on the inside the color was grey and inedible. All I had was the overwhelming taste of salt that remained until the next morning. Thought at least I could wash it down with a premium tap beer but no luck mine came with absolutely no head and tasted dead which usually means an old keg or dirty lines. If a chain can't get the simple things right there's no hope. I'll never return for anything and suggest that you do the same. read more

Excellent wings but I had the most negligent waitress yesterday. 20 minutes to take our order. 30 for our food to come. 20 minutes for refills on drinks. Asked for the check about 3 times on the rare occasion we could track her down. Someone else ended up bringing it 25 minutes after we first requested it. It's a shame because the wings are cravable its close to my house and it's casual. All things I like on a busy weeknight when I want to grab some food. It's unfortunate because me and my boyfriend always used to go here and enjoy. The last few times the staff has just been unbearably incompetent. Cold wings, no plates, no drinks for 20 mins with salty and spicy wings and waitresses that seem unaware and not even slightly phased by these issues. Won't be back I don't have 2 hours to sit and wish I had service .... I'll miss the wings. read more

I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years, and back I was back home in North Babylon. When a was a kid this location was a Bennigan's, and then ruby Tuesday. They did a nice job of redecorating the place. After having the wings again, Bww has quickly become on of my favorite chain restaurants. 20 bucks for 20 wings, excellent assortment of flavors, and the mini corn dogs are the bomb also. They have a cool app that tracks your orders so when you come back in you get free food. I can see why there stock is selling so high, who doesn't love wings, and wall to wall televisions to watch all your favorite games at once. The only reason I'm not giving a 5,is because at the particular location the service was slow. But the food was great, and I'll definitely be going to one back in Louisiana. Checked this out with my 13 YO son and have to say we had a pretty good time. We live in Nassau and there is no shortage of places to get wings but we wanted to try it out so took the drive. It was crowded when we got there but we were cool with taking a high table in the bar area instead of a booth etc. To be brief, it was a fun place, the wings were really good ( not the best I ever had but we both liked them a lot) and best of all everyone there seemed to be having a great time. Buddys whatching the Ranger games, a bunch of young adult/teen girls, couples etc etc. Just everyone having a good old time. lots of TVs showing sports, Trivia. Just a fun laid back place to throw back some wings. Not much in the way of healthy food but I guess who goes there for that. Check it out.. really great place to do the Dad/son thing LOL read more

Before I begin my review I just gotta say KIDS GALORE!! I arrived roughly around 6pm, waited for 30 minutes and there's just massive amounts of junior high school/high school kids. It's typical Long Island for you. Bunch of suburb kids tryin to act tough while their mommies are dropping and picking them up. I was standing outside smoking while waiting to be seated and all I saw was a bunch of soccer mom mobiles dropping off loads of teens to Buffalo Wild Wings. Food - Bangin ass onion rings. Very nice and crispy. Their wings aren't much to rave about. They're small but somewhat juicy. The mango habanero sauce was good. Their blazin sauce is weak. I'm not a asian dude who's trying to brag about taking down hot sauce or anything. The sauce isn't as hot as I thought it was. I would say it's more salty than spicy. The wings challenge is stupid. If you finish the challenge, its not free. You still gotta pay for it and you're able to purchase a t-shirt and have your picture taken. Any challenge you gotta pay for when you defeat it is no challenge in my book. The pulled pork nachos weren't bad either. I'm just not too crazy about having lettuce on my nachos. Other than that, it was decent. For Dessert, we had a fudge cake w/ ice cream. For 5 bucks, it's pretty slammin. Drinks - Typical stuff; Coors, Bud, Miller, Blue Moon, Stella, Guinness, Molson, and more. They have a bunch of different cocktails, frozen drinks and crap but I wouldn't drink that. It's nothing but sugar. Service - Surprisingly good! Some of the waitresses were very cute lookin (yea I check out waitresses, don't act like you don't). Our waitress was quick with our drinks and food. And she put on the Knicks game for us on several TV screens. Verdict - 4 stars? Am I being a little too generous during holiday season? maybe so. Since I was there for quite some time tonight, I noticed how the crowd changed. From 5 to 8, it was mostly teenagers with their mommies picking them up. Around 9pm and up, you begin to see a older crowd coming in. There's late night specials on beers and food. Next time I know when to come to avoid the spoiled suburbia kids. **I also wonder who picks up the bill or how do these kids even pay for the bill? There was a table of like twenty plus 14 year olds. And how do they all afford iphones? I'm not sayin my life is super difficult but I don't think these kids can last one day doing what I do. Having your mom chauffeuring you every where you go? Come on, you're a big boy/girl. Learn to do things on your own and stop having mommy and daddy constantly wipe your ass. This is why I dislike kids nowadays. There's no discipline, they're mentally weak at everything they do except for Call of Duty and they have the audacity to put up this front as if they're a untouchable. A perfectly adequate Buffalo Wild Wings. I like BWW. They have a great variety of flavors for their wings, many of which are delicious, the rest of their bar food is pretty good and satisfying, and they are moderately priced. You are not going to get the best wings in the city. You will get consistently adequately good food at a good price. There is a good selection of beers to choose from. The service was friendly and attentive. The place itself is spacious with plenty of booths, tables, and flat screen TV plastered all over the walls. There was plenty of parking around the restaurant. After a long day of shopping and browsing in Deer Park Tangers, it was great to top off the night with a laid back junk food feast at BWW. read more

This was the first time my family had tried BWW. I figured I'd place an order for take out since we're such a large family and it's so far away from us. I placed my order online around 3:30pm to be ready for pick up at 6:30pm. I ordered the party platter with 50 boneless wings half hot/half sweet BBQ. On top of that order, I order a tray of wedges and tray or the garden salad. When I was ordering the platter for 50 boneless wings it gave me options for dips/carrots/celery so for the dips I selected 4 8oz ranch's and 2 sides of carrots/celery. I arrive around 6:20pm and was told the order wasn't ready, that's fine, not a problem. 6:40pm "hi is my order ready yet?" "No it's not" so what exactly is the purpose of having a pick up time if it's not ready by then? Anyways, we waiting until about almost 7 and was given our food in a box and of course we were super hungry and a nip is to drive all the way home to eat it so we left without checking like idiots because why would someone assume that you'll get everything you order? As we get home, we got out 50 boneless wings, the wedges and salad. With all this food we were given 1 8oz of ranch and 1 8oz of blu cheese (in which we hate so I did not even order. So between 10 people.. we had 8oz of ranch to share. This is probably more of an annoyance, but I still paid $76 dollars and expect to have everything right. All in all the food was okay, just wish it was made on the time and was given everything that was ordered. read more

Went with a party of 4. Started with appetizer. Mini corn dogs over fried. They need to actually have a decent size hot dog in them. I ordered the honey bbq boneless wings over cooked and spicy. Caesar salad sorry we are out of Caesar dressing. What dressing do you want instead or do you want to order something else. No I want who ever is doing the ordering for the restaurant to order Caesar dressing before it actually runs out for customers. The ranch dip/dressing is blah and bland. The tortilla ice cream was the best thing on the menu. I wasn't impressed and won't be returning. read more

This location is extremely convenient and I have never had problems in the past, but since the renovation, aside from it looking nicer, it seems that things have been going down hill. It is unfortunate that the bar area is no longer a seat yourself area. As for the food, we were huge fans of the soft pretzels, but the last few times we have ordered them they've been hard and burnt. I do not believe the staff has changed much, but it seems that since the renovation they are overworked and are unable to attend to their tables efficiently. Maybe they are a bit displaced because of the changes that have been made but it's incredibly disappointing. We are at a point that we would almost rather drive to the Bay Shore location rather than drive 2 minutes up the street. I hope things get back on track soon. read more

I should've known better than to try ordering from a place like this on Labor Day. We called in our order and were told 20 minutes. I get there to pick it up and the place is packed with people waiting for tables (45min-1hr wait) and takeout orders (30min). Its nice that they have a counter set up to deal with the to-go stuff but the area by the door just gets totally mobbed because everyone is stuck waiting in the same spot. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting after telling them that I'm there to pick up the order and its not out yet. One of the girls keeps going to the kitchen to 'check' on it, but still nothing. Finally after people started picking up orders that were PLACED WHILE I WAS WAITING I ask what the hell is going on. Turns out that they put the wrong name on the order and my food's been sitting there probably the whole time I was standing there (30+ min)! All I get is a half assed sorry. I was so hungry & pissed already that I just wanted to get the hell out of there although I should have complained to the manager or left without the order. Seems like most of the staff there is young (very early 20's), cute and inexperienced. The place is pretty much like a sports bar with TVs everywhere. The noise level is intolerable for anyone that actually wants to have a conversation with anyone at the table. The food was OK. The medium wings had no heat to them at all (temp and spice wise). The buffalo chips were sliced potatoes, not crispy chips as you would think from the name. The cheese sauce that we ordered on them was tasty though. The side salad was nice for what it was. Stuffed mushrooms were blah. The only winner was the Jerk wings. They had a nice amount of heat - nothing overbearing, just a slow burn. Very nice. Will I try again?... probably. Its cheap enough to give another shot. I'll try some of the other flavors of wings and maybe the pulled pork. I'll just be sure to order at an off-peak hour and used a name that can't be mistaken for anything else. read more

First and foremost, their restroom was filthy and poorly maintained at the time of my visit yesterday afternoon (Sunday). Feces smears on a toilet. Broken soap dispensers. Table service was good. As for the food, The Ultimate Nachos was covered with a heaping of salad fixings which hid a very small portion of nachos. While my husband loved it, I didn't feel I received my money's worth. Their new Po Boy sandwich was okay. I had it with the popcorn shrimp which was run of the mill drive-thru stuff. I expected more flavor and creativity. Something better than Popeye's. First time at a BWW. Eh, it's ok. Waited for a few minutes at the bar while the one bartender was serving not only the other bar flies but the service bar and bar tables. Meanwhile, two 20-something girls who were supposedly working stood 5 feet from me at the end of the bar, giggling over something. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family during slow hours and it took 40 minutes for me to get my boneless wings and French fries... That's ridiculous seeing as though it wasn't even busy. My server was inattentive and refills were not received in a timely manner. The food wasn't hot upon arrival but I still enjoyed it. I love the food here especially the chocolate cake with ice cream it's my favorite. I would come here again although the service was poor hopefully on my second trip things improve and I can update my review. read more

Excellent location!! This Buffalo Wild Wings in on Deer Park Ave (Route 231) North of Southern State Parkway. Parking is always packed, if you cant find parking then park near Blockbusters. This place is always crowded, which is good. TVs all around, playing sporting events. I enjoyed the drinks here and the wings were not too meaty. Service was good and prices are reasonable. For a spot named after buffalo wings you would think the wings here are the best in the world but it is not I tried the lemon pepper wings and they was just awful they add so much of it you can't taste the chicken at all. So I decided to get some hot wings and it wasn't spicy at all.
