I had a recent horrible experience here on 2/11/2024. I placed a pre order via the website on 2/4/2024 for a 5:45 pm pick up time. Once I got to the restaurant they told me my order wasn't ready.... Ok I get it Super Bowl Sunday maybe a 20 min delay. Nope 90 min delay. When I asked what the point of a pre order is they told me it means nothing and that it does not give my order priority over orders that were placed the same day. So basically they allow an unlimited amount of people to schedule the same pick up time knowing that there is no way they will be able to fulfill the orders on time. I waited the 90 minutes since I had people counting on me to bring it however when I got home and opened the bag the order wasn't even right. 20 of the wings were the wrong flavor and the ones that they did get right were barely covered in any sauce. The care free "you should have known" attitude by the staff was unacceptable. This is a management issue. Whoever is running this location needs to take a serious look at the product they are putting out. read more

This place is a really great place if you want to come and watch sports. They have big TVs everywhere. I come here when there are big UFC fights on TV. My husband and I always have good experiences when going to the restaurant for dine-in. One night we placed a delivery order that got messed up through the the ordering app. We tried calling the restaurant and there was no answer. I emailed the company about my experience to see what the issue was. The next night I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mix up. After waiting for an hour i finally received my food at 2030 hours I was so exited! Worst salsa EVER. Buffalo Wild Wings has really good commercials- so when we were looking for something new to try, we thought this might be the ticket. The place is roomy and has tons of TV's around so there is plenty of sports action to watch. Decor is black and yellow- everywhere. Plenty of seats allows a lot of people to get in there. The menu is somewhat worse than I expected. While I realize that this is a bar with wings and beers, the appetizers and basically all food choices were nothing but bad choices. There was a salad or three on there but that was it. We settled on fried pickles and salsa and chips to start. I want to say here that everything is reasonably priced. Salsa and chips was $3.99 but it was a big platter of plain nacho chips and the worst salsa I have ever eaten. It reminded me of tomato sauce that maybe had some specks of parsley tossed in. Just nasty. There was a green (tomatillo?) sauce alongside - but it didn't do much for me either. The fried pickles, while indeed fried, were passable- but I've had much better pretty much everywhere else. We also tried the rib and popcorn shrimp combo. The ribs were good- I asked for all the sauce to be left off as I hate getting all sauced up trying to eat something and frankly, the meat fell off the bones on these ribs- so those were great. The popcorn shrimp were of the frozen variety and salty as all hell. Beers were cheap - $2 domestic drafts and then they also had two half-hearted Coors light girls working the room. They looked lost and more concerned with how the skin tight pants were making their asses look (tip: don't wear skin tight stretchy shorts if your ass looks like you've been sitting on a gravel driveway all day). service was outstanding - our bartender / waitress was absolutely great with the service and the chit chat- she got them another star. All in all- probably good for the little kiddies if you want to get them a head start to early onset diabetes and obesity. Sadly there were tons of kids in here eating all that crap. Frat boys will enjoy as well but anyone over 30 should run from this place. Great place to enjoy a night out with friends. Have ordered take out and dined in numerous times. Staff and managers are nice and accommodating. Food is decent. Most of the menu items are fried which is what you'd expect. Variety of sauces and dry rubs for wings. Bar area is pretty cool but their beer selection is on par with most other bars. Definitely a good place to go to watch a sporting event. The only downgrade is the price which is a little steep. They raised they're prices probably 5-7yrs ago for the wings which sucks but can't do too much about (not taking a star for that since it's probably through corporate) Everything else is pretty cheap. For takeout they have gotten my order wrong a couple times which is why I'm taking a star off. That's my main gripe. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave. Right around the block from my house so it is very convenient. The waiters and waitresses are always very nice and the wings are always hot and fresh. You know it's really bad when there only business is take out and they seem to mess that up also , I was very upset yesterday I ordered 2 bundles of wings and they placed the sauce in the box it came with but the lids melted off causing all the sauce to spill all over the bag and box and on my dry wings !! No celery or carrots in the bag , no napkins , no silverware . Terrible service especially in this time you would want to get everything right . Old review, saved, never posted .... From 04/28/2017 I asked for a booth with a charging station because of my almost dead cell. The host, Dana, said sure. Then she grabbed 3 menus and had a trainee walk us to table 90 (window seat) not a charging station. The kids sat down age 11 & 16. My son said mom you can't charge up here. I said oh no. I went back to the front and said hi Dana I specifically asked for a charging station are there any available? She said oh they are all filled. I said OK I would have rather you told me that before you sat my kids down because I could've waited or come back later. I couldn't have them move now so we ordered, ate and left. The service wasn't great. I don't like when its overcrowded because they slack in service and it becomes a night or quanity instead of quality. How many can we serve vs. the best service we can give. Real Review by a Real Person! 3.23.17 I have previously been here over a dozen times. Beautiful new interior redesign. I guess they're paying for it by cutting back on staff. Unfortunately this new business model saves the ownership money at the expense of the customers by NOT hiring enough employees, staff or servers. Huge mistake! Establishments that employ the Skeleton Crew business models stand out from the other eating establishments in my personal notebook, and do and do not earn a repeat visit. My friend Michael and I decided to return to what had been our usual meeting place, to toast the memory of yet another recently departed dear friend. Walking inside, it was immediately apparent that there had been a big interior redesign here, it was for the better. I really liked the open-air feeling and all the new big screen TVs. I really wasn't on the ball when I was seated ,as we were caught up in the grief of our friend's sudden passing. The nice gentleman who was our server was unfortunately also the bartender, this violated my prime directive of never sitting at a table which is also tended by the bartender. The bartenders primary responsibility is the 20 or so people seated in front of him at the bar, generally any tables that he is assigned to cover will be marginalized. I always require excellent service. We really weren't hungry right away, and ordered a few beers to toast our friends memory. It is mandatory, that I receive a frosty cold glass or mug with my tap beer as usually the tap beers aren't all that cold. I really like a freezing beer, that's just me. I asked our server/ bartender for a frosted glass. He eagerly responded in the affirmative. Glass and beer came out piss warm. Hey, if you don't have a cold glass, don't tell me that you do. Nothing is worse than the beer coming out in a warm glass, by the time I was finishing up my brew it was like warm dish suds. Ugh! This evening was special and It was really important that the beer was spot-on. The bartender server came over another two times and asked if I wanted more beer, not on your life if it's going to be like the last one. Why didn't he realize that? After I switched to drinking water, our table service fell off to nothing. A little while later, I wanted to get some food, I couldn't find anyone to help me at all. The busy waitresses rushed by the table at 50 miles an hour as they were so overburdened. The place had become packed with customers for The Islander Ranger hockey game. I actually had to get up and go over to the bar, the bartender saw me, several times I held my finger up and asked for his attention he turned around and walked the other way on purpose, can't blame him he's so busy. I finally stopped one of the bustling waitresses who wasn't our server and asked if I could order with her, as I've been trying to flag the other guy for 10 minutes. I only wanted the onion rings, we had had been to a funeral and weren't all that hungry. 15 minutes later my friend said he was sick of waiting for the food and wanted to leave, again I had to get up and look around for someone to be able to help me. I flagged another waitress to try to get my onion rings I was told that the bartender had put my order and they would be out shortly. I did not want the meal to be ordered through my bartender. There was a reason I didn't order through the bartender he is too busy. 5 minutes later the Rings finally came to the table my friend had already left. Biting into them, I was so disgusted as they were literally ice cold. They must have been sitting back there for all the time I was waiting, the bartender was busy with his more important clients. I called the manager over, which finally raised the attention of my bartender he came over to my table as I was speaking to the manager The manager saw the numerous faults with my experience, and offered to completely clear the check and give me a few pieces of chicken to go. I was very grateful for the manager's interaction, she saved this from being one of my rare one star reviews. I left 10 bucks anyway as a tip and tried to enjoy the food in the car on the way to work. The new business model of not hiring enough employees for the client unfortunately has removed this restaurant from my list of return venues. My grandmother used to always say.. This is my go-to BWW...Probably because it is one of the only reliable chain restaurants in the area!!! Over the years of coming here, I have learned to just head straight for the bar area & choose the table of my liking depending on what sports are on. Since hubs and I do not agree on the same local hockey team, we come here pretty often during hockey season, and 95% of the time, a member of the bar/wait staff will greet us and ask what game we are looking to watch!!! (I call that BONUS points people) Recently they did an overhaul on the menu, chain-wide, and OMG, those chicken tenders are something to crave about... also the boneless wings are good - get your sauce on the side!!!! they still have great burgers and YES, I will say it, after going to the original house of Buffalo Wings this summer - BWW wings are BETTER!!!! Great beer selection! Great happy hour specials! Don't forget to use their app!!! Staff is great - friendly - but do something about the wobbly tables and chairs!!!
