I am giving this location 2 stars, and the only reason it received 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the manager. The manager was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I came in to redeem my birthday wings and also placed an order for cheese curds. The manager was very kind and made sure I received my birthday wings without any issues. However, my experience with an employee named Chase completely changed my opinion of this location. When I went to pay, I noticed I had not been charged for the cheese curds. I wasn't sure whether the employee who took my order had forgotten to ring them up or if there had been some other mistake. Trying to do the right thing, I politely approached Chase and asked if he could quickly check my order. His response was simply, "I can't help you right now." I was surprised and asked, "Excuse me, did you just say you can't help me?" He replied, "Yes, I can't help you." There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to assist me or direct me to someone who could. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. I told him that his customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to improve the situation, he appeared completely indifferent. It was almost as if he was proud of treating a customer that way. I then asked for his name because I intended to speak with a manager. He told me his name was Chase and seemed completely unconcerned that I wanted to report the interaction. I later spoke with the manager, who listened to my concerns and assured me he would address the issue. Again, I want to recognize the manager because he handled the situation professionally. What bothered me the most was that while I was being treated dismissively, I observed Chase interacting with other customers in a completely different manner. He was smiling, friendly, attentive, and polite. The difference in treatment was impossible not to notice. As a Hispanic woman, it left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering whether I was being treated differently because of my ethnicity. Since the customers he helped were all Caucasians. I cannot know what was in his mind, but the contrast was significant enough that it left me with that impression. Customer service should be consistent for everyone. No customer should be made to feel dismissed when they are simply asking for assistance, especially when they are trying to correct an issue with an order. The manager is the reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1. Without his professionalism and willingness to help, this would have been a much lower rating. read more

I ordered take out this time through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. We ordered over $100 worth of food for my wife's birthday. We ordered from the party section 20 boneless and 20 bone in with a large fry, sauce on the side. When we arrive to pick up the meal, all of the wings had been sauced. We had to have them remake them. We also ordered everything pretzel bites and paid $21 for the one from the party section, and it only came with five pieces. The appetizer section comes with five pieces as well and it's only $10. When we called to question though they said oh that's what it comes with. The restaurant was not packed at all when we got into a pick up order so it should not have been an issue. When you called to speak to staff members half of them, don't know what they're answering questions to you. Management needs to get themselves together. I would not recommend going to this location. Again, if I could give it a zero, I would give it a zero. read more

Ordered take-out 20 wings with fries and an extra side of potato wedges. I guess maybe it's my fault. I should check the bag before I leave. But when I got home and opened the box of potato wedges that I paid $4.99 for it didn't even look like it's from half of a potato (see photo). The fries were supposed to be large and looked like small. For the price you pay they sure don't put much food will not recommend their take -out nor will I ever get takeout from them again. Was seated by a not so pleasant young man at a table on the "patio" by our request. He never smiled-never said someone will be with you-nothing! It took at least 15 minutes to get service and that was after we went to the bar and asked if anyone was working our table? Server who finally took our order was barely seen again until we asked for the bill. I think she may have been the food runner or barback or whtever?? The food was sloppy, lacking flavor and presentation which is fine- tbh we weren't expecting much from our visit other than filling our bellies and grabbing a quick meal and some beers but the service was horrendous. We arrived to an empty establishment and waited at the door forever to be seated by a sullen employee. Our server Cynthia spent the majority of our visit in the corner on her phone. Never refilled our beverages, never checked on us after serving our meal. Promptly dropped the bill at our table without asking if there was anything else she could get us (including boxes for our still full plates). Don't waste your time. BAIT AND SWITCH. I went online to check out a deal I saw on tv. I saw an offer for 20 traditional wings and fries for $19.99. When we got to the restaurant they refused to honor the offer. I'm showing it to the manager on my phone who says it's an online order only. I asked her to show me where it says that; she can't. She says this happens all the time but there's nothing she can do. She then offers me other specials that will cost extra for the wings or just the wings, but she can't honor the website offer. Went in on 8-14-2025 with a friend to have a nice lunch. So as we came in there is a sign that says be seated and someone will be with you. The heavyset waitress seen us as we walked in and never said to us the side we went to was closed. So we go and sit waiting on a sever and well after 35 minutes she walks over and says to us l'm sorry this side is closed and if we wanted anything we would have to go to the other side of the restaurant to order. So I am suggesting you hire people who have knowledge to let guest know where to sit. I have eaten at your restaurant before and your food and drinks are very good BUT after this last time I will never enter or refer your restaurant again. I would love to say the service was because you were busy BUT instead you were not. Your manager was not visible at all the whole time we were there. You might think about hiring people who are willing to do the job they are hired for and a manager who see to their guest are content and enjoying their food. We arrived just about 4pm thinking we could get a jump on dinner. It was far from busy and yet the hostess was nowhere in sight. When she finally appeared she flashed a smile, led us to our table, threw down the menus and was off. We watched as she walked into the prep area and chatted it up with some others in the server prep area. In the meantime other customers were coming in the door. One couple waited and then walked over to the bar. Another couple just gave up and left. About 5 minutes later our server appeared, wreaking of cigarette smoke and giving off a vibe like he was being bothered. We managed to order and my husband received his draft beer which was dripping across the dining room and then across the table. The server didn't give it a second look. Really? Is this how customer service is now? We received our salads from the manager while the server and hostess were busy "rolling silverware" I can't say that the manager gave off a better vibe than the others. We stayed quiet and ate our so-so salads. We had the Harvest Salad. The chicken was hot and cooked but very tough to no fault of anyone there I am sure. Lots of lettuce and it looked good. She asked if I had the app - I did. The other group did NOT and didn't know the app was necessary to get the BOGO. It wasn't mentioned when they ordered, both specifically stating we want the BOGO wings. I doubt I'll be back to that location. The complaint- Poor service. And poor communications about the BOGO. We were greeted by a server five minutes after we were seated, didn't even get her name. She came to our table maybe three times throughout the hour and a half we were there. I don't say this often and honestly I really don't want to post such a negative review, but I'm hoping the feedback helps to make changes towards improvement. I love every other BWW I've been to in other states and from a pure TV, atmosphere, sports loving point of view - this place is spacious and can accommodate large groups. Plenty of booths, large TV, and nice sized bar. The reason this experience was so negative was purely based on staff and operations. The tables were dirty, the staff is poorly trained (our server wasn't very good) and the kitchen took almost an hour to produce a side salad, 2 small order of wings, and chicken tenders. The only reason the food even came out is because we alerted the Manager and she had to go back to the kitchen and cook it herself. The meal was reluctantly comped and she was nice enough, but clearly had no control over the staff. This was on a Sunday night where all the football games were on and maybe total of 20 customers in the place. When we walked in, all the customers looked very sad and we should have known why. Regardless, if we are "in or off season", this place should have been packed. I hope they can turn things around 'cause at this point, I highly doubt that this location is turning a profit. read more

Oh boy. Strap in boys and girls; because this one is a doozy. If you look at the reviews for this local Buffalo wild wings you will notice it has quite a few five stars, and quite a few one stars. Not so much in the middle. The inquisitive eye might even look at a couple of the five star reviews to see why such a polarization in opinion. They would surprisingly be met with many reviews giving the restaurant five stars, only to give a scathing review of the restaurant and the horrible experience they've had. Unfortunately there's not many places where you can get good wings at a decent price in the area. So going back to Buffalo wild wings I'm not sure why I was so surprised at how absolutely terrible the service was. While waiting for my pick up I was told 15 minutes after I was supposed to have received it that they were just wrapping it up for me. 20 minutes went by and they brought out a bag of food and I was told I was all set. I leave only to get a phone call a few minutes later informing me if they had given me the wrong order entirely. Another 5 minutes go by after I return and they bring out my food at last. Cold, soggy wings accompanied with sad, wilted celery. And my cheddar cheese curds had gotten cold and hard again. I will ask all of you reading keep in mind that there were two tables in the restaurant and a couple people at the bar; otherwise the place was completely empty. It was also an abundance of staff. All of which when I asked the simplest question would defer to a different staff member, and so on, and so forth. After finally receiving my order and turning to leave; there was no apology nor the slightest acknowledgment of my wait and obvious frustration. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, as I wasn't even given acknowledgment or greeting when I had entered the restaurant. As someone who works in the hellish slog of the service industry; I know the game and this is completely unacceptable. No excuse. BWW at Cocoplum on 41in North Port is our favorite wings place. The best server at this location is Steve!! He is super efficient, very attentive, makes sure you are completely satisfied, works very hard & has a fun personality. They have crispy wings with great sauces or dry rubs that taste so good. They are a good size too. Their carrots, celery & salads are very fresh. They don't have these on the menu, but they do have good chili & ceasar salad. If you want something just ask. They may have it. We love this BWW. We go there every Tuesday for buy one get a 2nd one half price. If you prefer boneless go on Thursday for the same deal. It's a sports bar & has many screens to watch. Highly recommend!! read more
