The service was very good. She gave us time with the menu and checked back throughout the meal. We tried their iced coffee and Hank's diet root beer. The iced coffee was very good but also expensive for what you get. Hank's was below average. The root beer flavor was almost nonexistent. Maybe the regular root beer would be better. We ordered the French dip with tots and the Feathered Philly with fries. We really liked the tots and French fries and would give them a 5 out of 5 stars. The beef on the French dip lacked flavor as did the au jus. The beef reminded us of sliced deli roast beef not something the was marinated in spices for a period of time. Would give the French dip 2.5-3 stars. The chicken and onions on the Feathered Philly were better. They were seasoned and hot off the grill. Would give them 3.5 stars. The hoagie buns were good but nothing to write home about. The ambiance is great! Love how the decorated the most place. They have a great outdoor area to have your meal and a great concert area. I bet this place is really a great time for live music. It's connected to / next to the Harley dealer so I'm sure the have a high number of bikes on weekends and for the concerts. Parking for cars is limited by the restaurant but the have a parking lot across the street. Plenty of bike parking. read more

First time I went here was so delicious. This time was not good at all. I had the commish again and it had absolutely no flavor besides the few bites where there was a jalapeño so it was spicy. Tots were average. Truffle Mac n cheese did not have any truffle flavor. The goat cheese burger was better because it was a large piece of fried goat cheese at least. The Chicago style thin just tasted like a cracker and the toppings were not evenly distributed. Sad. read more

My husband and I stopped by Twisted Fork on a Sunday afternoon to listen to the Soul Circus Cowboys - great band! We sat at the new outdoor bar on the side of the VIP area and met two amazing bartenders, Brooklyn and Tyler. They were friendly and efficient and made our visit even more enjoyable. Four of us dropped in St Paddy's day for lunch as most of the restaurants in Punta Gorda were shut down due to a gas main line leak. Great biker centric restaurant which is attached to a HD dealership. Good and diverse menu and everybody in our group really enjoyed our food and drinks. They also have a really nice outdoor event stage with different bands ( check out the schedule). Highly recommend while in the area. read more

Passed it many times this time we stopped! The decor is interesting license plates old vehicles decorative lights. The dress is very casual nice rustic vibe. I enjoyed the Meatloaf Entry while my wife had a burger the Meatloaf was very good a nice portion over garlic mashed potatoes no alcohol this time (had too far to drive) the dining area was clean as well as the rest room. Prices were fair for the food and service provided by Paula was good. Our meal for two was under$50.00 without alcohol drinks. We agreed that we will return to this restaurant again. We are seasonal visitors and always enjoy this restaurant. The food is good and there is always live music. I didn't take pictures this time but the shrimp and grits were delicious. Our table also got a caprese salad, five cheese burger and a burger with bacon jam and fried goat cheese. All delicious! read more

OH MY GOSH! This place is AMAZING! If you love live music and drinking this is the place for you. Coming off the street you would not think this was much of anything but when you walk to the back you see this giant amphitheater with a ton of tables and they had bars around the perimeter and a VIP section , wow , we were floored ! So fun , we saw an acoustic duo and then an Eagles tribute band after them. Drinks were decently priced . We didn't eat but next time we'll get something. They used to have good size portions whenever a meal was ordered. Today a 12 inch supreme pizza had such few toppings, I could literally count them, each was less than 6 a piece. BF ordered the philly cheeze steak sandwich, the filling was also so small, less than a cup & so few mushrooms, less than 1/2 a cup. Really???? read more

We came here for dinner but on a non music day. My son showed us the stage and seating area when they have bands playing. This is a great place with character. Menu was vast and food was delicious. We started with the brussel sprouts and we all had some good meals. Everything was eaten so quickly. I didn't have a chance to take any pictures. Servers were great. Something that normally doesn't happen the changing of the servers. Both came to our table to let us know that one was leaving. This was awesome and wished other restaurants did this. There was no stoppage of our service due to this and this was a great thing that happened. Next time we visit we have to come on music night to experience the venue. read more

the Twisted Fork brought the WOW!! a family get together with all different tastes and it was perfect. from Pizza to burgers to shrimp and sprinkle in A gluten free meal!! Even our best family member Bodhi the Golden Retreiver was allow to dine and had a great cheeseburger and broccoli meal. Our waiter Tommy was super attentive and handled us perfectly. Our drinks were always filled and checked on us frequently. Decor was really cool, there was live entertainment but we didn't see it (too early). Pretty trendy place which is decorated with lots of biker related material (Harley Davidson next door). It's popular and BUSY. Hard to find parking during rushes. I went to the Twisted Fork restaurant on Saturday the 23rd. My friend is a fan of a band that was playing music, so several of us friends met there. At the entrance, a guide told me to go to the back where there was parking, but there was no space. I started to back up when a woman appeared with a young security guy. I rolled down the window, and she started yelling at me that it was motorcycle parking. The truth is, I didn't see a single one, but I didn't understand why she was yelling at me so loudly when I was being told to enter. I tried to explain that I was already leaving, and she was like a crazy person talking to me. I found parking at the entrance and went in. The staff inside was a different story, and the waitress was so friendly and cheerful that I felt sorry for the many people she had to serve, so I left a $50 tip even though I only spent $35. The truth is, my husband wanted to eat a pizza, and it was delicious. I won't go back to that place again. I didn't feel good the entire night because of that incident. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! (BTW- we are frequent patrons of Twisted Fork) We went to see K-Luv and the United Funk Foundation who was SUPPOSED to open for the Earth Wind & Fire tribute band. We arrived at Twisted Fork at 5:30 to hear K-Luv at 6:30. The EW&F crew was already on the stage. We noted the members of K-Luv were also present and ready to take the stage. It was VERY clear the EW&F band SANDBAGGED K-Luv by taking an excessive amount of time of setting up & sound checking (track music). Why? Because the last time K-Luv opened for them at Twisted Fork K-Luv was head-and-shoulders, the BETTER BAND. Sought management at Twisted Fork. We were initially given the excuse about the heavy rain. We called bullshit on that and were offered a refund (which we refused). Quite honestly, the whole audience should have been given refunds because of the unprofessional actions of all associated. Twisted Fork management owes K-Luv & the United Funk Foundation more than an apology. They cost the band not just their time but the ability to perform and gain exposure. Extremely unprofessional overall. read more

This place is massive so we were surprised to get a table right away even when parking was a nightmare. The parking lot is so tiny that people are parked all over in the grass and in multiple overflow spots around the building. The dining room is huge with so many TVs, a large bar, and even a gift shop. The outdoor area had more bars and cornhole setup, but we were sure if that was a private event or open to the public. The staff was friendly and the food arrived very quickly. We started with the cheese curds which were fine, but pretty standard fried bar food. We shared a Margherita thin crust pizza and I had some wings. Honestly, I thought the wings were great and the thin crust pizza was fantastic. The lemon pepper dry rub seasoning was delicious and the pizza was so thin and crispy, just like we wanted. Our only complaint was that the menu lists all Coke products and the cups said CocaCola, but it's actually all Pepsi. So when we ordered a Diet Coke and Sprite, that's not actually what they brought us, which is weird. Overall, pretty impressed with the food and service. The dining room was clean and I couldn't even count how many TVs they had. Parking is miserable and the soft drinks on the menu are wrong. We would still come back! read more

Twisted Fork Alert. "It isn't a Biker Bar" This is straight from the General Managers mouth! After being treated like shit the last few times there we decided to just avoid it and haven't went for a few months. Today we stopped in for a quick drink, parked our bikes where we were supposed to next to the out door area, went in and sat down and was consistently ignored by the waitress. I finally asked if anyone worked in that area and was then and only then after 20 minutes told that I had to park my bike walk into the bar and ask the hostess for the privilege of going back outside (there was maybe 8 tables outside occupied). So my wife went in and I asked to talk to the GM. I think his name was Scott but I was so pissed I forgot it as fast as he told me. I asked him why a bar that catered to the Biker Community make us walk from one end of the compound to the other it "check in" to just turn around and walk back out by my bike. "That is just the rules" was his response. So I wanted to be clear on what I was hearing I recapped. " A Biker Bar who's main clientele is Bikers makes us walk into the receptionist ( where all the cages are parked) and check it to be served. HIS RESPONSE WAS VERY CLEAR "WE ARE NOT A BIKER BAR! WE ARE A FAMILY RESTAURANT AND WE DO NOT CATER TO BIKERS"! I told him that the theme certainly suggested differently but I agree with him by the way I've been treated that last several times I had been there! His response was " Do you still want to eat or not"! Needless to say I did not. Its a shame because it is a cool venue in a good location. But I will take my business that appreciates me and my brothers and sisters going forward. He also told me that Bert King does not own it which explains alot. This place has a lot going for it - good food, good service, good prices, and it's right next door to a Harley Davidson Dealership. I mean how can you not love that? I sat at the bar on a Friday afternoon. Sheri was attending and she was polite, friendly, and prompt. I ordered a High Five IPA and decided on their Truffled Mac N Cheese with blackened shrimp to eat. It's an open area design with seating tables to the left and the bar, which runs the length of the restaurant, to the right. An interesting wall with license plates from just about every state in the U.S. adds to the atmosphere of a place where everyone comes to have a good meal and fun time. There's outside seating under a covered patio along with a covered stage area with additional seating for live band performances. My Mac N Cheese came out within about 15 minutes. It consisted of smoked Gouda, cavatappi and gemelli pastas, in a creamy four cheese sauce, finished in a panko, garlic & Parmesan crust, and topped with fried onions ($13.00) plus added blackened shrimp the total cost came to $15.00. It was very good, and I would definitely recommend it!! My High Five IPA was cold and refreshing ($8.00). Service was outstanding. This is a great place to visit. Twice now we've come here to get a drink and twice we've had to leave without a drink at least the second time that we were acknowledged, but then she walked away and never came back.
