Bad service by extremely poorly trained staff. They not only don't listen but they don't hear you. Multiple mistakes, wrong items, etc. No apologies, no explanation, no excuse. Family owned but they do not seem to understand good, full service restaurant business. Stopped here for lunch, surprised at the variety on the menu. I had dry rub bourbon wings. I was impressed with the cook on the wings. It was perfect. Good crunch still moist and we're not greasy. I noticed other plates coming out of the kitchen it all looked good. Servers were attentive. Definitely one of the best wing places in Florida. Ordered the bourbon dry rub wings for takeout and they were meaty and cooked well. Also got the fried cheese curds and they were some of the best I've had. Place is designed as a sports bar with ample seating. Waitress was lovely but she got our order wrong. It took a long time to come out of the kitchen (very busy), so we ate it. We ordered the Jamaican Jerk rub. It was tasteless. We ordered traditional wings, we got boneless (chicken nuggets). The rub had absolutely no flavor, just overly salty. We had a party of 6 and we ordered 60 wings 10 different ways. For a little extra we got all flats. Wing eaters know what that is. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Went last night and sat at bar. Place was very busy- every seat at bar taken. Gal was great BUT unreal that they didn't have 2 bar personnel. She tried her best to keep up but this was poor management. As for the food my chicken strips and Mac n cheese were good. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich that came on a totally stale bun. Bottom of it was actually hard and inedible. Hopefully they'll check their food and increase staff requirements as I think all in all it will be successful read more

Visited the restaurant at 5pm, ordered wings plain sauce on side and two burgers. Wings came with sauce we told bartender not to worry. Burgers did not come for 75 more minutes after asking bartender twice. Tim owner come over said he would check it out. He never came back finally at 6:50pm one burger came out they said the other will be out shortly five minutes later we told Mgt we were leaving. They really did not care, buy the way their wings are pre-cooked and then refried to get them hot. Will never go back horrible staff. Venice deserves better read more

I've been here 3x already, once for quesadilla (excellent), once for burger (not bad) and once for chicken tenders (very good). I've had the regular fries, the curly fries, and the tater tots. I would give a higher rating overall, however each time I've been there, the oil used for frying the potatoes has tasted rancid and gave me heartburn, which I never get. It's been like this all three times. The value here is very good, the people serving at the bar are friendly and helpful. I really wish they could fix the bad oil. read more

I had higher expectations for a place that has wings in the name. The boneless wings and tenders were straight out of a bag from Sysco and were frozen. I figured I'd be getting a hand breaded wing based on the fact that the whole place is about chicken. The sauce is just poured on top which seems lazy. Wing sauce is not consistent. Twice asked for no sauce on the wings just on the side. Both times they put the sauce on. Each time we went they tried to double charge for wings. It's a new place but they don't even try make it right with out a big deal. They need more consistency and they need to accommodate you if they make a mistake !! read more
