After reading the reviews here, my homie and I came through for lunch for pure comedy value. We figured if it was that bad it would be entertaining in a town completely devoid of entertainment. As it turns out, it's just a Buffalo Wild Wings. Great beer selection. Great wings. We got exemplary service. Our bartender was awesome and attentive. The food arrived quickly and was on point. We met the manager, Sara, who took the place over not long ago and has really turned the place around. This is a consistent experience. read more

Got here and had to wait 10 mins without someone coming to the serve our table until we finally called the manager to get service and he then lied and said he was sorry but the whole restaurant only had two servers when we could clearly see more than that working. After that we were approached by a server who took our order and have now been waiting for 20 mins and still have yet to receive our food. The whole experience has been such a poor reflection that I couldn't even wait to leave to tell everyone to stay the hell away from this place and just go to wingstop. Worst service I've ever had. Everyone's rude and they take forever to get to you. Walked in and the girl who opened the door immediately said "you're welcome" with the worst attitude before I could say thank you. Then waited outside for 10 minutes and no one came to serve us. This is the filthiest place I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. I cannot believe the amount of dirty tables topped with "leftovers" and there is no telling how long they had been sitting there. The wait staff was pathetic.....shorthanded I'm sure. When they weren't flirting with regular customers...they were nowhere to be found. Worst service EVER! I don't even want to pic a star for the rating because they have none in the negative. We received our appetizer 4 mins before our food. Chicken was over cooked and so crunchy, dried out like it had been sitting for a while and that you could chip a tooth on it. It was cold. Chicken was not covered it sauce completely. Didn't seem as clean as other B Dubs. Carpet in main dining area seemed unclean. Sat in the bar area and a disposable mask was left on the seat cushion behind us. The glass divider from the bar area and the main dining area was dirty. Went to the men's restroom and it was filthy, it appeared to have not been cleaned from the previous night. The chips from the chips and salsa dish were dark and did not taste like they were cooked in fresh oil. The same could be said for the wings and fries. I waited an hour and a half only to get half my appetizer plus wings and fried pickles that I didn't order then only half of our meals came but they were cold then they brought the WHOLE appetizer again after complaining twice and my father and his friend waited 50 minutes to get a beer along with my brother asking 4 times for his missing drink I also noticed a very young boy maybe 12 working here and when he brought us the wrong food we address it and he just shrugs his shoulders and continues to sets it down. Unbelievably bad service for Wednesday at 9pm. Large party ahead of us so it took about 15 minutes to be seated, no big deal. Now, here's where I have issues with inattentive servers as he takes our order checks his tip as his previous customers leave. Took 20 minutes to have our order taken, took 40 minutes to get our food, appetizer served with meal. Server kept blaming the kitchen, I get it , but when the food takes long blame the kitchen but when the food is cold it's the server, every time. I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and visiting my gf's fam in Odessa, we decided to go for a quick lunch. An hour and a half later, I experienced the worst service ever. It took a quite some time to get our drink orders in. Mind you, the place was not busy on a Friday around 2pm. We had a large group and asked for the bill to be cut in half. We are staying here for a couple of weeks due to my husbands job and invited my sister in law and husband to eat after over almost a year and a half without seeing one another, to end up waiting for over an hour for cold wings left us in embarrassment! Got here around 12:30 on a Tuesday night with 5 friends. The place was completely empty. Waited almost a half-hour before our order was taken. Waited another 45 minutes for the food to show up. 5 of the 6 orders were wrong: the 2 black bean burgers ordered were instead "black and blue" burgers (because the server couldn't find the "black bean" button, and figured "blackened" was close enough - as though she'd never heard of a vegetarian), the wings were the wrong size, the salad was wrong, the soup was forgotten. Five minutes later, we were informed we had to finish eating because they were about to close. How could I possibly find the necessary words to voice my disappointment? For one, I am not at all impressed with frozen wings, especially for nearly ten dollars a dozen. Unfortunately, they come off as Mc Donalds in disguise. Secondly, the sauces are all lame, vinegar based nonsense, A bottle of Tabasco is more predictable, as most of the flavors are a conglomeration of trial and error based research, no dount. My third, and final point, is the horrible expenses incurred by eating there. I understand that many less desireable characters with more money than brains can loosen bra straps by throwing their dollars towards them in the form of overpriced food and drinks, but I'll be damned if I ever make the mistake of spending forty dollars on an overated lunch for two again. I write this review tonight, because after several offers recently, I let someone buy my dinner there tonight. Today for a late lunch. The family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. There were four tables total and three waitresses. I personally had to go and refill mine and my child's drink. After the waitress came to the table three times. We had to eat appetizers off of napkins. We couldn't get any plates. The food was cool when it made it to the table.
