Though you can order online and the food is made quickly , what you get is mediocre at best. The chicken is my main concern. We ordered an 18pc boneless wings, fries and onion rings. They got the order right however, the chicken was tough and too crunchy, (you can get frozen Anytizers at the grocery for way less and they would taste better than BWW boneless wings, which are basically chicken nuggets). If I could give them 0 stars I would. I don't know what happened to this BWW but it is down right disgusting. They need new management. You can no longer order your wings crispy because apparently it takes too much time but why is that a problem when I'm spending my money. Once they put the sauce on it the wings are soggy. Fantastic service and decent food. We all know what to expect at a chain restaurant, however the boneless wings were a by pricy. We sat outside because the place was really busy and it was still pleasant and the food arrived really quickly! The address of the location is incorrect, but it's easy to find off the main road. My meal and the kids where all around $5-$6 each and my husbands boneless wings and buffalo chips and soda were over $20. read more

Increasingly disappointed with this BWW. Food and Drink Service is not what it once was. We keep going back, hoping for improvement but I'm not seeing it. I don't get it. Cant help but wonder why this is the only Sports Bar in a town of more than 35,000 people? Guess the lack of competition is allowing the restaurant to be successful despite overall poor service and poor food quality. I'm sure we will go back, but I'll be looking for improvement. read more

Attack of the TV's! This is the epitome of a sport's bar. The happy hour here is a fantastic deal. Margaritas or Jack Daniels & Coke for $3 (doubles for $5). There's free trivia to try your hand at, which can be fun with the right group. The wings? Meh. Horrible experience last night! Wanted the stress free night of not cooking so took the fam to BWW for dinner last night and everything was terrible. First, the service ... one guy sat us then another introduced himself as our waiter but would be right back, he never did so someone else took our drink order, 10 min later we get our drinks except they failed to mention they were out of one of the beers that we ordered so another 10 goes by while we waited for that one ... (still waiting for straws for the kids) we order appetizers which take forever, they were ok tasting, but they didn't bring silverware or napkins, so had to ask for that. Finally food gets here, wait no, thats the other tables next to us, after they gave it to us ... (that table sat down after us too). Our food finally gets here, wife ordered their burger which was supposed to be double patty, but only got 1 patty (he ringed it up as a build your own single patty) ... then our wings ... sauce was cold, Nashville hot was grainy and had a bad aftertaste to it ... wedges were cold and soggy. I kid you not the best thing was the beer, we left most of the food on the table ... all the while he blames it on the cook being new. So warn us before! Then he comes and asks if we are done so I say, yes take everything, so he brings me the check ... the least he could do is clean the damn table before forcing me out. Always great food AND great service. Of course the wings and ALL those sauces/flavors to choose from are great but I went different this time with a wrap. Awesome! You still get to choose the flavor/sauce. I loved Asian Zing and want to try Parmesan Garlic next time! Could you owner please explain something to me I came here to pick up an order and I barely see anybody wearing a mask with the exception of the employees. Everybody who walks inside the restaurant is either not wearing a mask or when they see everybody inside they take their mask off and they're coming in and out walking all over the place everywhere inside not even at their table with no mask on. When I brought this to the attention of the guy at the front counter and asked him do you still have a mask requirement and he replied well yes and I replied back I can't tell with all these people walking around not doing what they're supposed to be doing. This is very unhealthy and very unsafe and very unprofessional and it will only take one person to report this to have the health department come in here and shut this place down for violations I would probably advise that you put your foot down and make sure people wear a mask unless they are sitting down at their table read more

I go here for lunch once a week and the service is always great. Today I placed a massive takeout order for a work event. Not only did they have it ready right on time, but I had four employees voluntarily help me carry it all out to my car in the heat. This has been the worst service I've had in a long time. It took almost an hour to get our food, and then even we we did get food, we were missing two orders of fries, a side salad, and the entree salad came without dressing, and when we asked about it, the waitress said it was already mixed it-- it may have been supposed to mixed in but there wasn't. We didn't have silverware and had to get up and the 'to go' station lady got us some. We never got extra napkins. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks a single time. We eventually got up and refilled our own drinks from the machine after someone was coughing from not being able to drink while talking. I finally found a manager who did bring the missing food items promptly and apologized but the overall experience fell well below an acceptable level. And when we went to pay, the waitress swiped someone else's card on our bill and then they couldn't sort it out, so the other table paid for our meals and we paid for theirs, which was $8 cheaper than ours. I once loved bw3. It has suffered a decline. It took way too long for us to receive our order and I chose poorly thinking the garden crashes would be somewhat healthy. The pita chips were very fried and the 'hummus' and 'tzatziki' tasted like nothing like hummus and tzatziki. They had a very chemical taste. Even my favorite buffalo chips that I stole from my husband's plate have changed. Soggy and not very cheesy. I mourn the loss of this formerly good option for bar food. read more

Over the last several months the service and the food have gone downhill. We only returned for the bartender, Besima. If it wasn't one of her nights to work, then we were not there.
