Chose to go here against our own rules of not eating at chains when traveling. Only sports bar with lots of tvs, smoking was allowed inside. Yuck. Heart was set on watching the CWS to cheer on our Oregon Beavers. Knew we could at BWW, requested a specific booth, seated and ready to eat and watch. Great service by Ashley and good food. Not once during our 2 hour visit were we made to feel we should leave. Thank you to all who waited on us! We only left due to thunderstorms taking the satellite tv out. My hubby and I frequented this spot while in town for work. He loves the cheap wings on Tues & Thurs, and a side salad and the side of mac n' cheese was plenty for me. One of the nights we were there, hubby ordered Teriyaki wings and hated the sauce, so he sent them back. The waitress wasn't sure if she could get them off the bill, but a couple minutes later [what appeared to be] a manager came out and took care of it for us. He actually had a good laugh about it with us because he apparently didn't like the Teriyaki wings either, so he made sure we wouldn't be charged and got a replacement order for my hubby. It's that kind of honesty and customer service that makes a place great. Service overall was fast and we were always well taken care of. Definitely a good location if you're looking for a reasonably priced sports bar in the Paducah area. read more

Customer Service in general has been going down in every type of establishment in my opinion; however my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Paducah last Friday was SO horrible I literally thought I was being punked . I was meeting some friends and they already had a table in the bar area. My friends told me they were out of Michelb Ultra on tap and in bottles...that's what we all drink. But that wasn't a problem because I like all kinds of beer. So I proceed to sit at our table for well over 10 minutes with all kinds of servers passing by our table and none of them stop to ask me if I need anything. So I decide to just get a drink from the bar. So I get up from my seat to go to the bar. I wait several minutes Standing at the bar and no bartender around. I go back to my table and a few minutes later my friends' see the bartender retu. So I get back up and go to the bar. The bartender looks at me, walks right past me without a word and proceeds to dump ice into something behind the bar. When she finishes, she looks at me and does not ask me what she can get me or anything. I ordered a beer. She says, "Where are you sitting?". I gesture and she tells me I have to order from my server. I stood there stunned for a second ands then said, "you mean I can't just order a beer from the bar?" She said, "No, you have to order from your server." What???! so we had all decided we were going to go somewhere else, so I didn't even want a drink now. About three minutes later a server brings me the beer I ordered From the bartended. I almost told her to take it back I was so furios . What is this world coming too? Also this was early afternoon around 4pm, so there were only two other tables with customer; they were NOT busy! No o e was in there!! I will NOT be back. Stopped in for a quick lunch with the wife last Saturday. I have heard of this chain for years but did not have one near me. We had Hooters, lots and lots of Hooters. I ordered the medium basket of wings in blazing (the hottest they offer). The wings are big and plump and the sauce was great. No where near the hottest I have had, but hotter than most wing places. The service started out slow, but our server stepped up her game towards the end. (we never said anything about the service, I think she was getting called away to other things at first. Staff was very responsive at the bar. Food was kind of mediocre for some reason, it's always weird how chains can have any significant variety in taste of standard foods, like wings. This was my very first time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was nothing but amazing. The atmosphere was great (March Madness time), and the beer went down so smooth. I ordered chips and salsa and 3 different types of wings; Asian zing, parmesan garlic, and honey barbeque. They were all very very good. Well this was my 3rd time going here. I come to this area for work. I love the Bdubs in my area so I had to give it one more chance. That was the wrong choice!! Everything, bone in and bone out wings, fries, and burgers all are bad!! The wings taste old and feel like rubber, the fries are always cold and not much on the plate, the buger I got today tasted as if it had been frozen for about 10 years and made a week ago then warmed up today. Ordered takeout as we are staying in a hotel and can't leave our dog. My husband & I love Bdubs and had a g.card to use so he called in our order on 12/1/16. Everything was prepared as requested and tasted great! We were told about 15 minutes for the order to be ready and he said when he arrived, they were getting it together- nice! The place has the same atmosphere as usual for a Bw3, but a bit larger than the several others I've been to in the past. The staff was friendly and we got drinks pretty quickly. The food wasn't as fresh tasting as I'm used to for the chain. Fries were buffet old n cold. The server replaced the fries with fresh that were great. Normally I'd rate lower, but I ordered boneless when I hadn't intended and I just don't like their boneless wings. Still, they could have been fresher. The place is ice box cold too. But Kyle the manager was unprofessional in his delivery of the news that he wouldn't put the sound on for the state rivalry game because the #2 and #3 were playing each other. He was condescending and we were going to leave when the waitress came back and said we could watch it on the patio and the manager would put the heaters on. So on a 49 degree day in Ky we went outside in Western Ky to watch the UK vs UL game so the Michigan and OSU fans could stay inside and watch their game in the heated dining room and bar. So. I'm mostly likely not going to buy food here ever again. My boyfriend and I come here every Sunday for Football since this is the only place to go. The bar service is great even though I have to say beer prices are a little high. This is the second time the kitchen has screwed up my order and the bartenders even tell me how the kitchen always messes up orders for the bar during the night. Why is it everytime we get bad service? We've come to expect it wherever we decide to eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings. (Our greeting was a what do you want to drink! Very fast talking and seeming like she was rushed. As she slid into the booth next to my husband.) After dining at several BWW restaurants is many areas I will have to say that hands down Paducah KY location does not deserve to be called BWW!!! You expect longer waits when busy but with only 7 tables in the building it should not take over an hour to get chips and dip and a Chicken wrap!!!!! Slow was only part of the problem, the food when it did arrive was cold and the server did not bother to ask or even come back for that matter until bringing the check.. Extremely average in every aspect. The quality and taste of the food don't reflect the price- which is juuuuust too much. It's a good place to hang out and drink a beer I guess, but if you want to hang out/watch TV and drink beer you should go to Dry Ground or Paducah Beer Werks or a Lowertown bar like J.P's. Overall it's an overpriced alternative to the superior food, drink, and atmosphere you could easily find somewhere local. read more

He ordered mild wings and they brought him wild which are really hot and didn't really taste that good and dried out! The beer had a funky taste like they needed to clean the lines out... This was the worst managed chain restaurant I have ever been too. The scrawny "manager" walked around with his white shirt on sweeping the floors while five of his staff members stood at the hostess booth talking among each other, while tables could be bussed and people could be served. We waited in the lobby while multiple tables were open, and then waited at the table for excess of ten minutes before receiving a drink order. The waitress was inattentive and the staff was not adequately managed. Stopped by w family for lunch on a Wednesday. They were not very busy so we were greeted and seated quickly . I had the lunch combo chicken street tacos and side salad. The street tacos were kinda 'mini' street tacos , but they were good, nice flavor and spicy. Ordered honeyb mustard with my salad. Idk if it was the honey mustard or what but somethin was too dang spicy for a salad w honey mustard. Too much for me did not finish the salad as i had already dumped the 'honey mustard' all over it. One of my sons had boneless wings , somewhat dry , drenched in sauce did not disguise the dryness. Another had chicken tenders w chips n salsa. Was ok . We knew coming in not to expect too much from the cuisine, but i will say its a lil better than it was last time we came so upgrade from 1 star to 2stars . Waittress was good. Just cant upgrade any more stars for the so so average food . Unless u are going to watch a sporting event on the TVs and or drink . I'm not recommending B dubs. read more
