Getting acknowledged is a task most times, wait time for beverage refilling, order taking or food to come out is also slow. I go often to watch the games with my friend and it's always the same issues: the place is filthy, food arrives but no silverware given , cups always empty, dirty tables from customers who previously left surrounding you, no one removing discarded plates as you are eating, and excessive wait times. The food normally comes out fine outside of wait times. Rather disappointing for a local spot with so much potential. I've been to this establishment plenty of times and was never even tempted to do a review because the dine-in service wasn't great and everything we ordered was complete garbage. I took a risk and decided to order take out during this pandemic and I'm glad I did. The packaging was amazing, my blue cheese was packaged nicely and everything I ordered was there. The wings were fabulous and just from looking at it my mouth was watering like a dog in hot weather. It's wild, but it seems like the food/service was way better when establishments are made to shut down and only take-out is allowed. They had a nice flavor and the chicken was still moist. I had watched the bartender make my Mai Tai about 10 minutes prior, so I went to the bar from my table and asked for it. Why serve my food 10min before the other 2 family members at the table?? The fried chicken wrap was terrible. Chicken felt reheated. The wife's chicken sandwich was average at best and the daughters wings were good to go. So there's a positive. Oh the fries were good. The tots!!! Terrible. Plain, bland and cold. Went around 4pm on a Saturday and it was great! Wasn't too busy yet, and the hosts were very friendly and seated us immediately. Our waiter Carlos was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable about the menu and overall great service. It was my grandmother's first time going to BWW and she really enjoyed it. We both wanted to order a batch of small boneless wings each with fries and Carlos suggested we get the large and then split up the wings with different sauces (more bang for your buck!).
