We came here on Saturday night around 7. Not very many people. We were seated and sat for 10-15 minutes and nobody came anywhere near our table. No excuse with so few people. I could see servers on the other side of the restaurant standing there. We left. Seems there is a reason they are empty on a Saturday night. Wing house was a great spot for wings and to watch a sports game. The setup is like a hooters. And the wings are pretty bug with a lot of meat on them. Plenty of sauces to choose from. I've eaten at WingHouse a couple of years ago, and was disappointed. Went with a friend on 5/23/26. Sat at the bar, the young lady was nice and attentive. Ordered wings and a basket of fries. They came within 6 minutes of ordering. Ordered non breaded with sauce on the side. The wings looked overcooked and small. Which they were.... Choked them back because they were dry and very little meat to be had. For a place that has the name Wing in the name of the restaurant you would expect to have good quality wings at the least! The fries were adequate... I'm a cook, I know how long it takes to fry a chicken wing. This precook and sit and then recook when ordered is disgusting!! This practice should never happen if you want to produce quality food. Won't be going back!! Cafeteria food at best!!! read more

I went to the Winghouse in Brandon, Fl on Saturday November 29, 2025 along with 5 other guess. There was 1 server working the bar and 1 server working the floor. Most of the customers where sitting at the bar and most of the tables where empty. The table we sat at was sticky and had to be wiped down, When the server came and took our drink orders and brought them back, 1 drink order wasn't filled and the customer had to ask 3-4 times for there drink. When we place our orders it took them about 20 mins to make the order and it sat in the window under heat lamps for another 10 mins. The food was warm not hot , when the food was delivered. 1 order was made wrong and the server stated the it would take another 20-30 mins to remake the order because they only have one cook working. This was unacceptable, the order should have been expedited. When the order was finally delivered the side condiments was filled maybe 1/2 of the cup so the guest asked for more and they brought out another 1/2 filled cup of condiments. When we all asked for our checked the other guests asked for military discount and there server seemed to be mad that she had to re-ring there checks again and they charged the customer for an extra side of condiments and didn't even take the wrong order off of there checkes for compensation. Well it is a wing house Bar and Grill more bar then grill. The servers are somewhat dressed they would make Hooters Girls blush. Service was good the pretzel bites came out fast and hot. Very tasty the cheese sauce good the honey mustard a Ken's Dressing cup but it worked. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was very good with Sweet Thai sauce and crispy tater tots. The wings were good (not the best we ever had but good) and the curly fries hot and crisp. As mentioned in other posts the bathrooms could use some TLC and an upgrade or at least an air freshener unit. Not a bad place I'd hesitate a 15 year olds birthday left there but who knows that might enjoy it, I kind of did. read more

When I moved to Tampa people asked me if I would be visiting WingHouse for my beer and wings. I've never heard of the place. My wife had been before. We stopped here after the Thomas Rhett concert at the amp. It was around 1130pm or so. The place was empty but even after we were seated people kept coming in. Our server was around quick. She was friendly and got us some water. We ordered their spinach artichoke dip with chips. It was ok. The small jar of dip was topped with cheese and it was hot. The chips were decent and sprinkled with parmesan themselves. They were crispy. My wife and I both ordered wings. She got boneless wings, honey hot flavor. I got 10 regular wings with the regular breading. Half honey hot and the other half garlic parmesan. The food didn't take long. The wings looked appetizing but besides being super saucy, were only ok. They were not super crispy. They were hot and juicy but didn't have a ton of meat on them. In the end, I didn't even finish the 10 wings. I don't really go to Hooters but this place reminded me of it, only not as good. Twenty total wings, 10 of them boneless and an appetizer was $50 after tip. It was my first time to a WingHouse and it will be my last. I tried it and just wasn't impressed. read more

I ordered wing to go with mild buffalo sauce. I got home and they were drenched in honey. I called the manager and she argued with me the order was not wrong. I emailed the GM with a video of honey dripping from a spoon that was scooped from the to go tin to show this was not mild buffalo sauce. He also argued and said it was. The place was very busy as we went around lunchtime and all the servers were running from table to table to assure a great lunch experience for all of the patrons!! I highly recommend! The boneless wings were dry and the ranch, the part that makes a wing place great, was a cup of Ken's ranch (which btw was warm). Nothing homemade about that!!! Atmosphere was meh... bathrooms were old, nothing updated and had soap in a plastic squeeze bottle. We cancelled an order of chicken strips when we saw the size of the potato skins. This place is pretty out of the way and past the main drag. It's pretty nice and clean and the service is fast. The waitresses are attentive and helpful. I do enjoy the food here. The wings are amazing. The flavors are decent. They have the usual flavors and some different ones like Korean bbq which I think is great especially if u add those types of wings to the salads. Since my last review, the "Business Owner", Erin C., responded to my review apologizing for all that I endured, however, when I sent her a private message to work with her to fix all of the problems that happened to me during all of my visits to WingHouse, she never responded back after 1 1/2 weeks. This just confirms my review. Not a good restaurant to choose to eat from unless you want problems with your food, and no manager to take care of them properly. They can offer me free food, but when the free food comes at the cost of more hassle and problems, no thanks. Not worth my money. I did give another nearby location another try, but still got feathers on my wings. read more

Ok let me qualify my experience time got away from me and decided to drop in about 45 mins from closing. Once we were seated we were told by our waitress we had 5 mins to place our order - there's 4 of us so not we are on the clock. Had the lemon pepper wings and ordered a few appetizers (nachos, fried mushrooms, cheese sticks and chicken dip. The wings were over cooked the appetizers were good. I have been a regular of the brandon location for years. The GM Percy is alway engaged with his Staff and customers. I'm also part of a youth football league in the area and he is always welcomed us to fundraise outside the restaurant. I've seen him as a bartender, cooking all day by himself and still run the restaurant on a daily basis. The bar and waitress staff are amazing and also always on point. If there is an issue they bring it to management and it is taking care of. Precious, Alliene,Amanda are my favorite bartenders and do very well at their job. Then after an extended time to get food (they were not busy at all and didn't appear short staffed, most of the time there were 2-4 waitress at food window chatting, but possibly short handed in kitchen) , we only got 4 of the 6 meals, once we got the 5th the sauce was wrong and after a wait ended up cancelling that meal. Did not receive the final meal until everyone else was done and getting to go boxes, it was only kids chicken tender and fries, not sure if she forgot to ring in or kitchen screwed up. One of the better wing chains around, Winghouse is a raucous atmosphere filled with sports fans, sports, and the scantily clad waitress. :) I tried the blackened garlic parmesan wings and they did NOT disappoint! What I like about their wings is the fact they aren't over cooked, over spiced, or over done. Delicious - good blend of all 3 flavors.
