And when you pull up on the side of the building, you see a big rat trap with all this garbage like the workers come out and have smoke breaks or whatever. This is St Clair Shores. I had a really disappointing experience here. We ordered around 6:00 PM, and it took about 35 minutes for our food to come out. Even our drinks took about 17 minutes, which already started the experience off badly. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, wet, and honestly not good at all. It didn't taste fresh, and it felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. Definitely not what you expect when you go out to eat. On top of that, our waiter never came back to check on us or ask if everything was okay. After dropping off the food, we were basically ignored. It also seemed like the attention was shifted more toward a bigger table while we were left waiting and overlooked. Overall, the service felt disorganized and inattentive, and the food quality did not match the wait time or price. It was really frustrating because this should've been a simple, enjoyable meal, but instead it felt rushed and neglected in the worst way. Super Bowl 2026, my significant other and I went there for drinks and dinner. It took approximately 30 mns to get our appetizer but it was good. However, it took approximately 45 mns to an hour to get our main course (Cauliflower wings and fries for me and grilled chicken tenders and veggies for my significant other). The food was cold and the tenders were completely dried out and unappetizing to say the least; as if the food had been sitting for a long time before being served to us. My significant other complained to the manager about the slow service and unappealing tenders and asked for a discount for the extended delay as we saw several bags of to-go food going out multiple times as we continued to wait. A side note, we had 2 alcoholic beverages before our food came. The manager immediately said NO to his request for any discount and further told us the ticket order showed we had only been waiting 25 mns in which the bartender confirmed that it was more like 45 mns to an hour that we had been waiting. My significant other got frustrated because the manager would not show any empathy to our complaints (not even an apology or an option to get something else to eat or a free drink), he loudly dismissed the manager from our table and told him to just go away since he was of no help and also questioned his lack of customer service. We were just going to sit there, not eat but finish watching the Super Bowl. The next thing we know, he had another worker come to our table and said we needed to cash out and leave. Mind you, my significant other never touched the food. We were finally able to get the tenders removed from the bill but I was unable to eat my food either because it was too cold even after I was given a replacement order of "hot" fries, but they refused to remove that from the bill. Everything was top notch this evening at BDubs. Darrell provided great service bringing water and pop refills frequently and checking in with us on a regular basis. The food was very good...the wings had a perfect amount of sauce on them. Love both the Asian Zing and the Mango Habanero sauces! I used to frequent this establishment often. Turnover is extremely high now and management terrible. I placed an online order last night that was to be picked up at 9:00 pm. I made it to the restaurant at 9:10 pm and waited at the counter until 9:30 for someone to come up and say anything. Inside the restaurant they only had a table of 6 and a table of 2 and one person at the bar (who was an employee who was off work). The manager came and and handled door dashers first without even asking who was first as I was standing directly at the counter. I even called the store while waiting and the phone just rang and rang. At one point and time this place was the place to be. However I think I will just start making a longer commute to go to BWW (sad because this location is 3 minutes from my house). I hosted a company fundraiser for the American Cancer Society here, and we were told that 20% of all the purchases would come back to us. It was written in contract, as well. The fundraiser ran from open to close on a night the Detroit Lions were on Monday Night Football, so we were expecting at least $2,000 in profits. We were told by management before kickoff occurred (8:15pm) that we had already brought in a total of $3,000 ($600 profit). This was before the night had even reached its peak. Our group of people had half of the establishment packed for over half of the day. So much so that some people had to sit on the other side of the restaurant during game time. Although it technically ended at 2am, majority of our group left around midnight. Before leaving, we were told that we accumulated a total just under $6,000. The fundraiser was a success, so we thought. In the following days, management informed us that we only profited $200, meaning we only brought in $1,000 for the entire day. We had one carry out order alone that was $455. After the fact, we were also told by numerous people that their bartenders were claiming that drinks were not included in our fundraiser, while the contract and fliers provided by Buffalo Wild Wings themselves stated the opposite. After telling them all of this, they changed our total to $655 (their original $200 plus the $455 carry out order). After telling them this was unacceptable, they came back to us and said their "final offer" would be $1,000, as if it were a negotiation. Feeling defeated, we reluctantly accepted. By having a 50/50 raffle and raffle baskets that were separate from Buffalo Wild Wing's totals, we fell just short of our $2,000 goal. Had Buffalo Wild Wings been professional and standup, we would have exceeded our goal. If this wasn't a fundraiser, I wouldn't have bothered leaving such a negative review. I've coached baseball teams and have brought them here in the past, and have hosted fantasy drafts here, as well. It's a truly sad situation, and I will never give Buffalo Wild Wings my business again. read more

Wow, what a shellacking this B Dubs has taken on Yelp! My service here has always been hit and miss, ranging from just passable to as neglectful as a server can be. I have come here alone on several occasions and have ruefully figured it was due being "just one" and not running up that much of a tab but now I'm seeing this BWW is pretty egalitarian when it comes to spreading bad service all around. I once got so fed up waiting to be sat and not even getting acknowledged here that I just left and went somewhere else. The B Dubs over at 15 Mile and Utica has consistently provided better service than this St. Clair Shores location but the patrons were considerably less vocal than this spot when it came to reacting to games. This B Dubs drew quite a crowd and made shoving chicken in my face and watching a big playoff game feel like an event. Now I'd sooner go to the Mt. Clemens location as it's livelier than 15 Mile and has better service than here. Now the crowds seem to have had enough of this Deadbeat Dubs and appear to be staying away. It was a ghost town this past Sunday. Granted, not much was popping off in sports world- a couple middling second round NBA and NHL matchups, no local teams playing, not even a damn NASCAR race. Multiple tvs were showing an early season Dodgers/Padres game. Still, nice weather, Sunday evening... I'd never seen it so slow in here. Service was not terrible this time around but my wings were undercooked... not too horribly except for one extra big one that was just inedible. My server forgot my carrots, too. Not a huge deal but with their track record and reputation I do shake my head in weariness. I'm past the point of even complaining to em at a place like this. You're lucky they even come over to you. Was greeted at the door with them asking for my ID before entering establishment, thought that was weird... first time that ever happened. I really hate the atmosphere, but I went there because it wasn't busy and I didn't feel like listening to a bunch of people in a loud restaurant so I came here to have a little bit of a quiet time. The last time me and my boyfriend went there, I ordered wings and when they came, they were cold and weren't totally covered in the sauce. They took it back and did correct my order. Me and my boyfriend went there last Friday for dinner for my birthday. They messed up my boyfriends order. He ordered mozzarella sticks. When they came out, they were fine, but instead of marinara sauce they gave us something that looked like chili or salsa. When the waitress came to the table we pointed out the 'chili' and she said that they were out of marinara sauce. They did have ranch which was fine. I had boneless wings and they never even gave us napkins and they were not very good about refills. They used to have really good service, but it seems like it's gone downhill lately. I've been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for years and the service I received today was unacceptable had my order of wings sent back 3 times and was told from the manager that the reason my wings wasn't hot was because it cools down when they get put in sauce. Mid as hell. $15.00 for a salad, and it was a SIDE SALAD portion at any other restaurant with almost no toppings, wilted lettuce, and a dry chicken tender. Mu daughter got the blandest mac and cheese thats ever existed, seasoned with nothing other than the air and the bad attitude of the greeting staff. First let me start by saying that pretty much the food at every one of these places is mediocre at best, and that I only go here when I'm traveling and need to watch sports on television. This is my first appearance at this particular one, I usually go to the Dearborn location but didn't want to make the 25 minute drive, in hindsight, I wish I had made the drive. Apparently you're not supposed to go sit in the bar without a hostess seating you there, Dearborn is not like that. So I sat for an entire quarter of an nfl game with waitress after waitress walking past me and looking at me and no one ever stopped or acknowledged me there. Finally after forever, someone came and asked me if I was planning on eating and I replied yes I was but that I would need a menu in order to do so. I was told the section was closed and that's why I had sat so long with no one coming to the table. Comically however there were three tables by mine that had diners there and they were getting served no problem. I'm still confused on that one, but hey, maybe it's a Michigan thing. Long story short, I ordered nachos and then left at halftime because the service was so poor in this location, that I couldn't stand it one second longer. My advice, go to the Michigan Avenue Dearborn location if you must do B Dubs, or maybe there's a better local sports bar you could go to and forego the entire BWW experience altogether. I heard Arby's bought the chain, they should just sell their fast food sandwiches and curly fries there from now on as it would be an improvement over what's served there now. read more
