The warm, buttery rolls with cinnamon butter definitely lived up to the hype and were one of the best parts of the meal. The steak was cooked well, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Just be aware that it gets very loud. We were there during four different birthday celebrations, so there was constant cheering and excitement. Typical Texas Roadhouse experience overall. The restaurant looked like most Texas Roadhouse locations and had the same lively atmosphere. We visited on a Saturday night during the dinner rush and it was extremely busy. We joined the call-ahead list and were seated about 15 minutes after our arrival time, which was actually pretty reasonable considering how packed it was. We had three little kids with us, so we ordered drinks and everyone's meals right away. Everything took quite a while to reach the table, but the restaurant was clearly slammed, so it didn't seem like anyone's fault--just the result of how busy they were. Unfortunately, both my steak and my mother-in-law's steak kabobs were overcooked. We had ordered them medium and they came out well done. The kitchen did remake them, but because the restaurant was so busy it took quite a while for the replacements to come back. By the time they arrived, everyone else at the table had finished eating and our sides were already gone. The manager came over, spent some time talking with us, and adjusted our bill, which we really appreciated. He handled the situation well and seemed like a great guy who genuinely cares about the restaurant and the guests. We ate at your restaurant tonight with a party of five, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. My wife ordered a medium-well steak, but when it came out it was extremely undercooked, so we asked for it to be cooked longer. We were then told that a manager had to bring the steak back out. We ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes for the corrected steak. During that time, we could see the manager joking and talking with other guests and spending time on their phone, which was especially frustrating because our table was waiting on food that had already been prepared incorrectly. Once the steak finally came out correctly, we simply paid and left. Nothing was offered or comped despite the significant delay and inconvenience. We understand mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience much worse than it needed to be. Two bad experiences within one month timeframe means I cannot come here anymore. First time steak was undercooked both times they tried to fix it and terrible service. Today the waitress looked like she couldn't be bothered to bring us plates for the appetizers. No refill on our waters during our whole meal. And when asking for a second basket of rolls was told she couldn't get us rolls or she'd get in trouble because we can't take any food home. Are you serious? We usually eat two baskets of rolls at every meal that we've come there and drink more than one glass of water. I guess this place has been around for years. Well done. Everything was good. No issues. I had the 16oz Prime Rib. Always Perfect. My wife and kids had Rib-eye and Ribs which were also perfect. Rib-eye was burned but they fixed that with a replacement. Fall off your bone Ribs!! We also had the appetizers: boneless wings, deep fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. Stopped by LongHorn since we were nearby, and I hadn't been in years! My cousin suggested it, so we gave it a try; and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the loaded baked potato, which was delicious & salty! My meal overall was satisfying. My cousin wasn't too happy with her steak but enjoyed her mashed potatoes. My margarita with extra tequila was made just right and reasonably priced; definitely a highlight! Yep, I'm yelping it in 2023! My carry out was absolutely perfect. We ordered 2 burgers, Bread and butter, and salad, corn as substitutes. A few weeks ago on a Sunday. My dad came and sat at the bar. Wasn't very busy. First bartender got him his first drink took 30 minutes to ask him if he'd like another, shift change happened and a new bartender came in never acknowledged him. Never asked him if he'd wanted another drink or something to eat. He was a younger blonde male, another worker came up to him( not a bartender) ask if he'd like another. He said "well yes please, it's only been 30 minutes" the bartender lost it on him yelling how "busy" he was and he asked my dad multiple times if he wanted anything. He should definitely be fired. It's unacceptable, as a bartender especially at a restaurant you're in constantly doing stuff for the whole restaurant, you should be used to a fast paced environment. If you're not you should be in a different field of service. Everyone has their days but as a bartender you are a big face in the restaurant and should be able to keep your costumer service. read more

Fact is: I got Prime rib instead. That's not good. They were gracious to fix my order but , I iad to wait 30 mins later for my steak. Yet, It was time to go. 2. My brother in law ordered chilli bowl as a side dish, but he didn't get it. That's not good too. The waiter was clear on it as he reiterates the ordered. But it wasn't received. He accommodates but, it was late. 3. Wife ordered creamy horseradish but she didn't get it. Dry horse radish was served. 4. Bud light draft had too much foam (50% foam). We both had the ribeye but mine was a bit over cooked and although I enjoyed the bread I wish they just brought both regular and the cinnamon butter I don't like asking for it and waiting until the bread is cold. I'm only giving this three stars and not less because the margarita was one of the best I've had. I ordered the Beef tips that were Cuts of steak with sautéed mushrooms, onions, mashed potatoes and brown gravy. The Beef Tips were way too chewy I ordered medium well they were more so rare-medium. So I'd definitely do a level up if you order them. They also reminded me of like a beef stew/pork roast not so much steak like it states. Plus side I got extra bread and butter. Each Time I come to here I feel like I get let down each time. To begin with the Service was wonderful, the server was nice, the busser, and even the manager who helped fixed my order. I got the 6oz Sirloin(medium), Chicken, and 2 side dish combo ( I forgot the actual name of it )..But when I got my food, my steak was below room temp. and then my chicken wasnt even hot, although I settled because at that point we have been sitting around for a little bit..not forever but enough to make you wonder whats happening. Once again, the service was amazing, it's an issue with the cooks each time I come here. I asked for my steak to be remade and the manager was happy to comply. But what they did was that they made me a new steak but a Medium well if not more done. The last two carryouts have not been great as this location. Back on 12/3/21 they forgot the butter for the rolls and forgot the stuff for my loaded potato and forgot my salad dressing. I figured it was just a mishap and didn't bother complaining at the time or going back to get what was missing. Fast forward to 2/11/22 - I got s carry out again with two Dallas Fillets cooked medium. Both were rare - picture attached. When my fiancé called and talked the manager the manager asked if we wanted to bring them back to have them throw the steaks back on the grill.... Really what steakhouse would ask you to bring it back after you brought it home already to throw it on the grill. Of course I made sure that wasn't happening and requested the entire order get remade since we had loaded fries and the ribs appetizer and I preferred to have an entire hot meal. They agreed but offered nothing for the trouble and made us wait for the next available slot available instead of remaking it right away since they already screwed up. When we got back home the remade steaks were ok, but they skimped on the fries and ribs appetizer compared to what we originally had. There were literally 3 bones and a half of a small box of the loaded fries. This was our favorite steak place in the area but might have to try something else now. very disappointed in this location and management :-( read more

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant first off but what makes it beyond exceptional is this location specifically and all their wonderful employees. I have had some of the most epic customer service experiences with the lovely people that work here more than any other restaurant in Roseville hands down. I visited today and Krys was my waitress and WOW was she fantastic. She was working several tables besides mine but still made a great lasting impression. She was very attentive, extremely nice to talk to and was very professional. She made sure we had everything we needed and continued to check up on us throughout our meal. We asked about gift cards and what their deals were (if any) and she made sure to find out for us and on top of the meals purchased we bought gift cards for Christmas gifts as well because of her. Highly recommend this restaurant they are fantastic and from start to finish. We took my parents here once, since this is a closer location than the one in MH. They always serve you up a bucket of peanuts for you to shell and eat while you wait for your food to come and to simply pass time. Their little square dinner rolls were always hot out of the oven, buttery, soft, chewy and good. I always enjoy watching them cut the dough for the rolls while we waited for a seat. Their cactus blooms are, crispy, hot and the dip is nice. The sauce isn't too spicy for my parents. We both got our usual Caesar, which was amply covered or smothered in dressing and shredded Parmesan too. It tastes okay. My parents skipped the salads. We also both order their grilled salmon, it was always decent, well cooked. My mother enjoyed her grilled salmon and my dad had a steak, medium well. It was juicy and perfectly cooked for him.
