Never got sat down. Waited thirty minutes when the entire place was dead. Slowest service at any buffalo I've been to.

This place is TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Erika the bartender doesn't know how to work the service industry. I should have known when we walked in and saw flies flying around the table we sat at. Then she messed up the drink order, I asked her questions about the wing challenge and specifically said if a certain item doesn't come with it let me know. So that way I could order something different. Waited 30 minutes no answers to questions and then she arrives with the waiver and the wings. My coworkers and I waited about 40 minutes in a not busy store to only have one of our guys get his food. At this point we needed to return to work, so we cancelled our orders and left. The apology from the manager for the delay, Erika proceeded to grab the one guys plate and told us not to pay for anything. Terrible, terrible service. Horrible experience visited today with my family of 4 and they made us wait to sit it wasn't busy, sat us in a corner spot with a party blocking us it made no sense. We requested to be moved right away the hosts made it an issue there was multiple tables open. When we sat at the table we liked the waitress finally came over after 7 minutes, mind you the hosts didn't give us the menus. Told her to give us 2 mins to look at the menu she disappeared over for longer. Then another girl came over and questioned us who sat us there because the waiter wasn't even here yet. She was the breaking point stating it was a problem for us to sit at the table. We decided to leave but I was upset so requested a manager to express the issue. He was apologetic and stated to give him a month to fix the store since he was new and had only been there a week. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Came here twice, once yesterday night but was "unexpectedly" closed for some reason and again today for lunch which was thankfully open. I'm not a huge wing person but my husband had free 6 wings for his birthday as a rewards member so we stopped by. It was around 2PM Saturday and wasn't busy much. Got seated right away and was given drinks almost right away which we appreciated. My husband mentioned to our server that we would be using a reward so it wouldn't be a surprise at the end when the check came out but it ended up being an issue but I'll get to that in the end. Food overall was OKAY. It's wings...they weren't bad but they weren't out of this world. The wrap was good and the fries were kinda limp and cold. We didn't hate it but also didn't love it. Would I come again? I'm still thinking about it so maybe there's hope. As far as the check goes with our waiter, he charged us for the reward item we had even though we had talked about it before. That's the second time which is ok I get it sometimes you forget. We reminded him again and he asked us to write down our number and he'll get it squared away so we thought great! Receipt after card swipe comes and of course, we were still charged for the wings we had a birthday reward for. Now we had to flag him down since we had already paid. Arrived at 1 pm. Seated immediately and my order was taken quickly. Ordered a bun less double cheese burger and the 10 wings lunch special. My salad was pretty good. I have been to other locations where it was mostly brown lettuce but this one was good. My food arrived very fast. Again at other locations I felt my food took to long to arrive. My burger was awesome, juicy and cheesy. My wings were also very good, crispy and crunchy. My waitress was attentive and did a good job as well. Came in on 21OCT23 at 215pm. Management is inexistent here. I'm not saying there isn't someone with the manager title on duty, I'm saying there's an absence of someone that has managerial skills and the overall presentation and customer experience of this location reflects that. Where to start?...bathroom are disgusting. You can smell how disgusting upon approaching them. Floors are wet with dirty water and urine, toilet and urinals are dirty and no paper towels. 1 server working the entire bar area and she was less than welcoming. No busser in sight and that meant there were empty tables left dirty, with receipts from previous patrons still lingering There's a surround sound system in the dining room but it's only for looks. Sound comes from about 3 different TVs which is subpar, especially when "hosting" a PPV and other sporting events. Food was okay; typical of what BWW has become. Want quality, go to Pluckers. The only element that made the experience pleasant and honestly kept us staying, was Dariana. Dariana saw us standing in the bar area, waiting to be seated and asked if we were being helped. Once we explained the server had acknowledged us and we had been waiting for a vacant table to be cleaned, she suggested we sign in with the hostess to be seated in the main dining room. Her attitude and solution-based thinking eased the annoyance that was created by the understaffed bar. Coincidentally, Dariana was our server and she was spot on. Got drinks and food out quickly, attitude was welcoming and upbeat and checked on us frequently. It was apparent she was working a very busy area with large parties but she seemed to be enjoying what she was doing and never once presented an attitude like the bar server. Will I ever go back to this location? Absolutely not, but wanted to give recognition where it was due. read more

I ordered 50 wings today with two boxes of fries and they only gave me 40 wings and thats it, this is not the first time that and accident like this has happened and my family is tired of it,my mom works very hard and she got out of work and picked up the wings on her way back home for our family , we live 20 mins away from the restaurant and stuff like this cant be happening, not just that i called to make a complaint and the manager there started to give me attitude and started getting mad trying to make us responsible for not checking our order before we left and i really don't believe that it is my job to check if the employees got my order right. This is our favorite place to eat but unfortunately our server, the bartender, Carmen made the experience not so great. We have eaten at the location multiple times before and Carmen asks for me and my family's IDs every time I'm there. When we realized that our ID was recently expired, Carmen still continued to serve us "just this once" because the person was clearly over age. However, this time for lunch we order and she cards the same person and says she can no longer serve her because the ID is expired. This is fine and we understood but when another patron came to the bar she never ID'd him. It became apparent that she knew the patron at the bar so that was the reason she didn't ID. It was kind of like a slap in the face to do that but this is why i'm writing this review. Another thing that happened, she brought us the wrong flavor wings and actually said "oh shit". I would probably recommend coming to this location late at night around 11pm. I went in around this time twice and both times I went the wings were amazing. I will admit that the servers were a bit lackluster, forgetting to check up on your party at times. But man those wings make up for it. Starting off hen entered they said we had to wait 5 hours just to hear that it was a joke. the food was amazing the tots that i got were some of the best tots I've ever gotten and the wings were very good too. If this was the early 2010s It would probably be closer to a 4 star review but honestly I don't know if these guys are gonna stay relevant for much longer, this location anyways. Staff was indifferent and lifeless, no attempt to smile or show any kinda personality at all. The restaurant floor was dirty with bits of paper trash and crumbs here and there, and one of the menus was so greasy it looked like they were using it for a spare spatula. The food was ok but I'd only come back here on Tuesday for their double wing day, the most annoying thing of the whole experience is even though you're getting double the wings you only get one sauce! Not like they taste any different they're all just a variation of "sweet", but how cheap is that? I doesn't take 1 extra min to toss the other half of the wings in another sauce, honestly guys! Sometimes it is easier to complain and not say the full story. We went to dinner at this location 28 Aug 22 around 7 pm. We were sat at the end of the row behind a large group. There seemed to be only one person assigned to that section and every time he headed our way he was stopped by someone from the large table with a request. We waited 20 minutes then decided to go somewhere else. On the way out I saw the manager Rex looking at us perplexed so I explained the situation to him. He immediately offered to make things right by sitting us in a better area and assigning one of his better servers to us, Antonio. They turned a bad experience into a good one by taking good care of us and checking on us often. We were pleasantly surprised by their attention and want to commend them. read more

Its been years since I returned to eat at my old place of work. Returned them chips right back. That cheese was all watery. The waitress talking about its like that because it's super hot. Lmfao that cheese wasn't even hot or steaming. I told her that I used to work here and that cheese shouldn't look like that. Told her to take it off the order. There went her tip.
