The inside was very nice and clean with plenty of TV screens around the restaurant and of course the bar area. The waitress was very nice and always checking to make sure everything was okay at my table. I ended up ordering wings and fries with the ranch sauce dip. I would put less if I could, came in for a take out order and I still do not have it 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready. If the manager can't do their job properly, I would have preferred not wasting 40+ minutes of my day due to their poor planning. She took our drink and food order as they were busy and I could only see that there was 2 waitresses. Took 45 minutes to get our food and we were not the only table waiting that long. The waitresses worked well together they were good, the food was good the problem was the kitchen, they could not get the food out fast. The problem with that is management not the cook or cooks this was a saturday night so you would expect more cooks and waitresses. Love Buffalo Wild Wings, always a go to for when I crave wings. BUT... this location in Seymour Indiana had some issues. I ordered 12 wings, albeit on a Tuesday at 6 PM, but I still waited 1.5 hours and watched many others that came in after get their orders before. All the staff could say is "I'll check on it". If you have hours to spare no worries, if you are expecting normal Buffalo Wild Wings speedy service, you may want to consider other options as I wish I would have. Honestly, the food is okay. The service is just bad. Why is it taking almost a hour and 45 minutes to pick up food when you order online. Plus when dining in you have to wait to be seated for 30 minutes or more when the place barely has anyone in it. The manger(s) or owner(s) need to fix this. This Buffalo Wild Wings is located in a strip mall. It's not located in a building by itself like most. Customer Service: I walked and was seated at a table where I could watch ESPN game day. My waitress was the bartender. One thing I noticed is that she never smiled. Anyway, I asked for a tablet so I could play poker. I ordered a drink and placed an order for food. The whole time I was here she wouldn't check on me when I needed her. I had to ask another waitress to put TV on poker. She told me to ask my bartender. So, I had to get up and go to bar. I made a pit stop during a road trip, hitting up Buffalo Wild Wings during a weekday lunch. It's located in a strip mall center and is surprisingly large inside. Plenty of booths and tables to choose from, plus TVs in every angle to keep you distracted from bad conversation. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and our food came quickly. I ordered the lunch portion of boneless wings with mild sauce and a side of wedge fries. While it sounded good, I didn't fully enjoy my lunch and left much of it to be thrown out. The wings were smothered in sauce and it was a turn off. Had I thought about it, I would've asked for my sauce to come on the side so I could control the amount. First visit here. Was shocked to be the only people in the restaurant around lunch time. After checking in realized they scored 1.5 stars in yelp. The hostess was so warm and friendly and the best part of the visit. The place didn't seem clean, the sweetener holders were not filled on any of the tables. I had to ask for Splenda. The sweetener containers were sticky and dirty. We ordered off the lunch menu, or order came out pretty quick. Being the only customers I expected it to be fast. The poor female waitress was forced into breaking the American Disabilities Act (yes, the law) by her manager by asking too many personal questions about my service dog and I. By law, my service dog doesn't even have to wear a badge or harness but I do it out of courtesy. Her harness says "Medical Service Animal." Yet, the manager made her come over & require to see an ID for my medical service animal -- against the ADA. Which it hen advised her... Do they understand they just broke national law? If they had refused me service, I would have considered suing. She apologized for not knowing, but after I advised they were breaking ADA regulation, the manager never even showed his face! read more

Waited about 15 minutes to even get my water. We just sat at the table without being attended to. We had nowhere else to be, so we just watched tv. Worse BW's ever! Every year or so we decide to give it a try again. We always regret it! The service is horrible! The only BW's that's never busy but the length it takes to get food and someone to acknowledge you are there you'd think it's the busiest place in Seymour. We order take out about 1once every two months. We know that whatever time they give us to pick our food up to add 20-25 minuets to it and that we will be waiting for 5 minutes just to get someone to come to the counter when it's time to pick it up. So we decide to go, and stood up front for 10 minutes before anyone even came out of the back and they were filling to go orders. Now mind you there were only 2 other tables in the dining area and one in the bar. So I blame management completely for this disorganized chaos that was my dining experience as there was only one waitress ever seen and it was during lunch time (11:30). There still was no employee out front when we left to seat anyone or help people. So management, it was your fault that your waitress got a poor tip and I won't be returning ANYTIME soon. We sat at a table that still needed to be bussed and they never bussed another table the entire time we ate. So basically we ate amongst trash as there was at least 6 tables...stacked with trash from the other tables. The waitress finally took our order, but wasn't very friendly. The food came out relatively fast and the winger were HUGE and we wanted to watch football which was on every tv, so that was the only highlights. She gave us the bill which i promptly placed my card down on to pay....she didn't come back 15-20mins, so we had to go track her down. The place desperately needs more staff and a busboy. One of my worst experiences with BWW ever. The waitress literally sat down to take our order, host had to clean off a table for us to sit (quite a few hours until closing, only about three other tables occupied) and once we had our drinks and order taken; we didn't see the waitress again until it was time for boxes (not needed lol) and the bill. We had to ask the host who sat us for refills, managers just sat around while there was clearly sub-par service going on. Never was approached or anything. Needless to say, I know the importance of tipping your waitress. Unfortunately, I couldn't convince myself to give her more than the spare change. However, we do plan on tipping the host.
