Don't know what others were complaining about but this place is awesome! Staff was gracious when we came in late.

The wings are ok. But service not so much. We go there almost every time there's an UFC pay per view and the TVs are just position the wrong way from where we always sit and the only TVs that we can see good they don't have it tune in to the fight and we always ask to tune it in to the fight and they act like its impossible so we ask someone else and they do it right away. So it's not every one in there that's bad is just some of them but we always get the same person and always have to ask to get a refill (drinks) and they not usually that busy. So next time were just gonna go to the one In Columbus. read more

My girlfriend and I have been to this establishment a dozen times since summer of 2014. Not one time have we received passable service. During football season they had such a massive shortage of workers on Football Sundays that the franchise owner of the area had to fill in constantly (and still does as of april 2015). We have passed along our concerns and suggestions for improvement for the slow, dimwitted and just horrendous "dont give a crap" service continue to get here and it falls on deaf ears. LET ME GIVE YOU ALL A VERY REAL AND TRUE EXAMPLE OF THIS PLACE: This is no lie even in the slighest. So one of our many bad experience nights at this place, we happen to have the owner come to our table to hear us talk about our many bad experiences....IN THE MIDST of our conversation with him, our waitress spills our youngest kid's drink right on top of him, the owner, and our table. (You can't make this sh*t up!!). Do you think we got any compensation for anything when we left there? Of course not. I even left my email for him to send us anything at all because we are willing to still give them a chance. Nothing. From everything i hear from all the guys i work with (i work for the city) and friends around town, Bdubs of Seymour is a laughingstock. It's sad really. Update: Just ate at the Bdubs in Colombus (25 mins from seymour) and they seem to have degraded to the same level as this one. Same franchise owner too. Our server opened up with how much she just wanted to go home and didn't want to be there because she closed 3 nights in a row. From there I'm sure you can guess how the service went... This place should honestly be shut down as should their store in Columbus IN. Their service is always terrible and they have served us cold food twice now. It's like their management tries to run an awful establishment. 1 ~ wait staff is HORRIBLE!!! 2 ~ food is WAYYYY too spicy/salty (even if you order mild) 3 ~ bathrooms are FILTHY!! Personally, I'll avoid eating here ever again...especially when I mentioned I didn't want anything too spicy to the waitress, and she recommended the wrap but FAILED TO MENTION the sauce was JALAPENO based and there's no possible way I could eat it...after waiting for almost 45 minutes to get it, when I asked her if she was aware of how spicy the sauce was, she said "yeah they make that with jalapenos so do you want it or not?"...when I told her no, I would like something else, she grabbed the plate like I'd done something wrong, and then said, "do you want these onion rings or do you expect fresh ones?" .... uhmmm hmmmm....perhaps I'll keep them here, and you can keep your attitude in check? Amazingly, I got the next wrap within 10 minutes, and it then had so much salt I couldn't eat it so I just gave up. Alright. My boyfriend and I frequent this place because you know, our first date was at BDubs and we have fond memories of that day and we like the food. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the staff is completely horrendous. Oh my gosh, at least try maybe to earn your tips? The service is slow. I timed it once. We both ordered medium boneless wings (something I could probably make at home without any prep work in 10 minutes) and it was close to 40 minutes. Not even an apology or anything from the waitress. The orders are sometimes not correct-- he ordered some bbq pork monstrosity of a burger and I wanted the black and bleu burger-- we both got the bbq pork one. After a 30 minute wait. Less than 5 minutes later, I had the correct burger. So no idea what was going on there. Another time, called in an order (thinking it would be ready if I gave them warning-- haha that was dumb) and waited 40 minutes for it to be done. That was dumb. An hour after I called and placed the order it was done after they said it would be done in 15 minutes. In short, go there if you have the patience of a saint and are not about to pass out from hunger. Also, management, if you read this: 1. Train your staff. Nobody likes slow and unfriendly service. 2. Figure out how to tell time. 3. Get your act together. read more

Had late lunch here today. They are new to town. Very crowded which would probably explain the long wait for our food. I had a pulled pork sandwich. It was ok. Pork could have been more tender, but it was ok. Jeff had the Southwest Casa. He didn't complain, so it was ok too. Nice to have Killians Red on tap. read more

Service was very slow and I stopped in on a week day, was about 10 people in the place. Ordered bonless wings and they were cooked 10 times over what they should have been-chew and tasked like chunks of wood. There were several families in the place with small children, say 4 to 8 year olds watching the mixed martials arts fight and women boxing - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ask the manager to change the channel as I thought that crap was clearly to violent for the kids and who wants to eat while some guy on TV is bleeding from the nose and one woman bets the other to hear knees!!!!!!!!! Whats the manager do.... changes the channel on the big TVs to the NFL network and then puts the fights on all the smaller ones in the place. Then the manager tells me he can lose his job if he doesn't broadcast htese channels....while he stood at the bar and took in the show. Poor family atmosphere. read more

We arrived at 4:45 this past Saturday. The family dining room was 70-75% occupied. There were far more empty seats than people waiting to be seated. After ten minutes we finally sat down. If we were not killing time, we would have left. I ordered three different beers from the menu before I found one they actually had. Our food arrived in ten minutes and our beers about five minutes after that. "The bartender is slammed" is not an excuse. I ordered another beer well before finishing the first and still sat with an empty glass. My wife ordered a second one for herself and did not get it until after we paid the bill. We were rarely checked on by our waitress and never saw a manager. We have been to this location before and it's always the same... Poor service, but good enough food. read more

Awful service!!! Didn't get order correct. Food was cold. Waitress came to us table and never spoke but one word. Will not return

If you're going to eat here, either be prepared to experience some of the worst servers of all time or just get take out. I have worked in food service for years and was a waitress for 2 years... I understand that sometimes you forget things, or sometimes the kitchen staff is slow etc etc etc. But these people do not even TRY. I've been here many many many times each time telling myself "oh maybe it was just that group". NO. These people do not train their servers. There is no other explanation. They make no effort to seem the least bit happy, will gladly tell you about their personal issues while you wait on your food, and make no effort to refill drinks. If they forget your food or drinks, they do not apologize. Just say "oh.. that sucks I'll be right back.". I'm not sure if the people are constantly stoned or if they legitimately just do not care. I've never seen anything like it. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is for the food- on par with other BWW's. But the service is so consistently terrible I had to review to let other people know so that they do not waste their time especially if they are just stopping in for lunch and are in a hurry. read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. This place is always last on my list of things to eat in Seymour. The last time I went was the absolute worst. Myself and my significant other went to the restaurant at lunch time and there were only two other people in the restaurant. That seemed a bit odd being that it was lunch time. We waiting for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Once we were sat down, we were told our server would be with us in just a moment. The server stopped by 5 minutes later and told us she would be right with us. We waited another 5 minutes and were finally given silverware and asked what we wanted to drink. We just asked for two waters and a beer. We waited another 10 minutes and finally decided to get up and leave. I am unsure if they are understaffed or just have terrible service. I highly recommend the BWW in Columbus, IN. They are very quick and friendly! read more

Slowest Bdubs ever. It wasn't even busy, maybe 5 tables of 2-3, and it took forever to get drinks or food. When we sat down, there were people still waiting for what they ordered twenty minutes before. After we got our drinks, it was another ten minutes before the other table got their food. Worse BWW I know... Not based on one visit, but on a couple of occasions... Ultra slow service... Lots of dirty tables that never seem to get cleared or cleaned... Take my advice and drive 18 miles north to the Columbus location... You will have a much better dining experience... read more
