Who doesn't like wings? Well maybe vegans. It's the basic Buffalo Wild Wings setup. Big bar in the center, bunch of TVs, lots and lots of booths and tables, and friendly staff. One entrance for take out or pick up and another door for dine in. The staff is always flashing a smile and willing to help answer questions. Especially on my question on onion rings. Which they didn't have that night. Well fried pickles it is. And the menu is the same. There's no regional specials or dishes. Overall five stars. Love the Thai curry and the salt and vinegar. And I know you ready my review on Safeway's salt and vinegar. Now excuse me, games on. M

Why is it every time I come here. It's always an issue ?! I always give this place a chance , but every experience as been a dissatisfaction. It's not even busy and the service At this location is really poor. Why is it I have to be the one to ask for service EVERY TIME!!!? Bottom line every time I come here the service is not what it should be. It sucks because I like the food here and watching sports while having drinks but the service since they opened up has been terrible. Mad love to BWW but y'all need to change that approach don't ignore people. Stop socializing and talking about your shit outside of work with coworkers. come on man! Scroll down to the other reviews on here ..I ain't the only one who talks about your service...

I have only been to this location maybe twice before in 7 years. Unless invited by someone, I wouldn't go back. It may have been a busy game day, but the service was deplorable. The gentleman I assumed was the manager in a black shirt didn't make the rounds, but maybe he should have. I usually have many photos of food, however I would of had to receive my food in order to take pictures. I was in a party of ten. I asked for a to-go burger(for my husband who wasn't there) that came almost immediately after I ordered it. What I didn't get was the brisket nachos or my order of two chicken dawgs loaded or honey bbq? We had to ask for the nachos after almost a half hour-45 minutes. The entire table received their food, even the people who joined us later, before I got my nachos. Then they were stone cold. The cheese had completely congealed and the metal pan it was in, happened to be the same temperature of the restaurant, cold. I asked her to have them remade. Jokingly we talked about the food that I was just not getting, and the orders being wrong for the other diners with me. Eventually after we didn't get visited by the waitress, someone flagged her down, but she was dismissive and completely ignored the person at the head of the table telling her my food hadn't arrived. When it was time to go, she looked perplexed when someone asked her to make sure the dawgs weren't on the bill. She apologized after she brought my corrected check back. We didn't receive any refills, and when someone tried to flag down our waitress other staff members told our table she was busy Maybe she had a vip table? Is that a thing? We didn't see one but you never know. I'm pretty sure our table of ten was the largest party, but we were left completely to ourselves, much to our dissatisfaction.

24 wings and 2 beers, 70 dollars is crazy for chicken wings. Nothing special, just chicken wings. My personal opinion but that's crazy.

This time ordered the lasagna which comes with garlic bread (which doesn't taste like garlic at all, but mops up the sauce like bread should) and a small Caesar or side salad. Wife ordered the Burrata caprese. Lasagna is the best we have had here in Kitsap! Lasagna is very tasty and a good sized piece for what you pay! Wife loved her burrata caprese and will order this order again when feeling the need for Italian food. Now for the online ordering, when you mark utensils for 2 people, you would think the utensils would be in the bag......uhhh Nope! Not even napkins! (was the second time this happened here) Glad I had some plastic in the glovebox Or lunch would have been a B to try to eat!

Took 15 minutes before anybody even came to our table and it was the guy running the bar... so apparently they are running short handed. After he finally took our drink order it was another 7-8 minutes before our drinks came. That is at least 20 minutes before we even got drinks. Unacceptable. We saw others getting just as frustrated. I saw an elderly couple who had to clean their own table because no one was cleaning tables and no one came around to clean their table. After receiving our drinks we did not see our waiter again for another 20 minutes or more. This is ridiculous. We are now here over an hour and 15mins and still do not have our pizza. About to pay for our drinks and leave. Finally 1hr and 30 minutes later i go up the bar and very loudly ask the man who had not been back to our table since he brought us our drinks.... Would we be getting the pizza we ordered today or not? He went to the back to check and a couple minutes layer we did get our pizza. Will not be back until i hear some rave reviews because this is unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and the kicker here the man who waited on us, his pants were split wide open in the leg and crotch area!! You could not see anything but wtf!!! This is what you have waiting on people???? Deplorable!

Carly is so sweet and easy to talk with. My daughter and I had the Easter prime rib special. It came with soup or salad and the prime rib was at the wellness we asked for. Bartender was friendly but took a while to come back after we were looking over the drink menu. We love a good Hefeweizen and opted for a couple of those. Solid choice. I ordered the porter bbq burger with fries. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when places ask how I want my burger cooked and either can't or won't do them as intended. Flavor of the burger was fine, despite not being medium. The poppy seed bun isn't one I've had before and while the taste is fine, I ended up with poppy seeds all over my hands. Fries were average and the ranch was on the watery side. My partner ordered the pepperoni pizza and thought it was fine. Overall, an okay experience but not one that I would be itching to return to.

We figured she was busy and would get to us. It wasn't like she couldn't see us, we were standing right in front of her. When someone came in and walked right past us going in, we asked if we could sit down. She said yes, and told us to go right in. I don't know why she couldn't just say that to us when we were standing there in front of her, waiting. I had originally planned to get a hot dog, but found out that they only had one kind. The menu I had looked at online, before, had several different kinds. I got the Sweet Hickory BBQ Burger with onion petals, a raspberry lemonade, and peanut butter pie for dessert. My mother got a French Dip with onion petals, and a Blueberry Lime Splash to drink. The burger was exceedingly average. I love every barbecue burger I ever have, but that one was just blah. It really made me wish I had just gone ahead and ordered the hot dog. They gave me extra sauce when I asked, but it didn't improve it, much. My mother said her French Dip was pretty blah, too. She also thought the Blueberry Lime Splash was just kind of all right. I liked the raspberry lemonade, but we both agreed that the onion petals were the star of the show. They were really extraordinarily delicious, with a great texture. I got the peanut butter pie to go, and ate it when I got home. It was incredible! Definitely one of the best peanut butter pies I've ever eaten. It was amazing both with and without the chocolate sauce I was given. All in all, I probably wouldn't go back, but if I do, I'll try the hot dog, and steer clear of the burgers. I'd definitely get the onion petals and peanut butter pie again. As a side note, it's very dim in there, and it was very difficult for my sight impaired mother to read the menu. She had to get up and walk out and read the large one on the wall in the entryway. It's good that they have that option, but a little bit more light would be nice, too.
