We were promptly greeted and asked for our IDs, which is to be expected. The server asked what we wanted to drink, and we ordered a margarita and a beer. This is where our experience went from average to poor. My margarita came out after our appetizer; the bar was busy, but not that busy. I brushed it off, but then our wings took forever to arrive. When they finally did, they were cold to the touch--lukewarm at best. My husband waved down the service manager and asked if we could have them remade. The manager took them back, but it was at least another 15-minute wait before the new wings came out, and they were still lukewarm. We were frequent customers of this location and were also regulars for events. The staff behind the bar and servers are great people. The food is decent bar food, wings, and smashed burger is great. In September of 2024 we had our college watch party season begin, this has been a long standing tradition at this location. My wife and I were asked to take on the organization and execution of our college watch party. We also asked by the Alumni President to expand our watch parties in Kitsap. We were fortunate to find a great sponsor for our Bremerton fans. We were shocked when the general manager took issue with our expanded watch party locations quote "i do not play second fiddle" upon review we found Buffalo Wild Wing average revenue is 2-3 million a year. The additional location makes 1/6 of that. Our chapter president was asked to leave the location shortly after that interaction with the General Manager. Who doesn't like wings? Well maybe vegans. It's the basic Buffalo Wild Wings setup. Big bar in the center, bunch of TVs, lots and lots of booths and tables, and friendly staff. One entrance for take out or pick up and another door for dine in. The staff is always flashing a smile and willing to help answer questions. Especially on my question on onion rings. We showed up in person and they charged us for 20 traditional and boneless separately, which cost us more money. We also waited an additional 20 minutes for our order to be ready. In my opinion, the prices are way too pricey for the quality of food they give. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Sat with five other grown men. All of us did the "all you can eat boneless wings and fries." We each had one beer or two beers. The place was less than half filled. It took 25 minutes for our beers, 45 minutes for our first set of wings, 45 minutes for our second set of wings. One of our guys waiting 75 minutes for his second set. Both wings and fries came out cold and were the wrong orders. When we paid, our totals were charged to the wrong cards (mixed bills). We asked for the manager and none came. I have only been to this location maybe twice before in 7 years. Unless invited by someone, I wouldn't go back. It may have been a busy game day, but the service was deplorable. Vaccine cards to be shown weren't required. Our waitress went around full circle to gather our drink orders. Everyone's drink but mines came out. My brother said I ordered a "foo foo" drink so just wait a little more, so I did. Then she brings out everyone's food but the last 4 of us. Just my luck again. I asked her about my Red Bull sunrise which she said she forgot. Then she comes back with bad news saying they ran out of the Red Bull watermelon and that she will bring back a drink menu. I was over it. Water will just suffice. Everyone else ordered meals and we ordered 3 appetizers and wings. My family and I decided to go to lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings today and while we were waiting the hostess, under the name "Doodlebop" didn't acknowledge us nor greet us. Matter of a fact, when we entered the building she turned around and acted as if we weren't there, she then mumbled under her breath "three?" and we didn't hear her so she cocked her head at us and rolled her eyes then we told her it was the three of us, she then proceeded to grab the menus and storm off, throw them on the table and walk away. I just tried Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. I tried Mild, Sweet Barbecue, and Asian Zing. They were all delicious, but Asian Zing was definitely the best. The people I ate with agreed. The only reason I took away a star is because when I ordered them I was told to pick them up in 15 minutes, and when I came back 15 minutes later they said try another 10 minutes. When they first opened in Silverdale, we thought they were pretty good. We and friends came here often. Then the food started getting bad. Little tiny wings and overcooked. It's always been very loud there. What finally ended it for us was one Sunday all of the televisions were on for football games. There were two that people were not even watching. I asked if they would change ONE to the NASCAR race and the manager, who was sitting at a nearby table and socially chatting with three employees, said no. This was my first time here since they opened. I tried the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and was surprised how good it was! The chicken was thick and juicy. The fries were also pretty good with the seasoning they use. I didn't get the wings because they are on the more expensive side of wings locally. Sorely disappointed in this visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Silverdale today. We purchased a to go order for two that cost over $49. The Mac and Cheese was awful. Had no cheese actually on it or it really rather very little cheese on it. The wings smelled and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil or that they were old chicken wings. Couldn't tell the difference. They were just bad. Unfortunately, we live in Kingston which is several miles away, or would have returned the food in person. Thursday is BOGO wings! And they gave my husband 6 free wings for his birthday on the app. We ordered Thai curry, Asian spice and to give our on-fire taste buds a break the lemon pepper rub. The curry is definitely our favorite! I don't mind that kind of heat when the flavor is addictive and it was! The lemon pepper was like eating the best ever fried chicken from your momma. Next time we try the salt and vinegar which we heard is also yummy. It was happy hour and lots of good deals but we were full from the wings. The excellent server gave us boxes to take them home. I'm giving them 5 stars because their staff is top notch. Their bar staff, Aaron, Jake and Anna are the best bartenders I have had the pleasure of knowing. Super attentive, remember what you order, fast, friendly, I could go on. In a world where food service seems to be a C+ at best, this group is giving A+ across the board. I've always ordered the same thing and it's always been great! I really like their Buffalo Mac and Cheese, it's one of the best I have ever had in my travels. The Panko crust is a great topper but I wish they would take my advice and go with crushed Cheez-it's. Now that's a game changer. Their staff has even made me my own mix of their sauces special order, for my Mac. Now that's service. (Pro Tip, ask for 3:1 hot Buffalo to Asian zing) super good mix if you like it spicy.
