I've been coming here ever since the name changed, and it's become one of my favorite places to eat. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly, and the food is consistently great. The staff genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience and leave satisfied. This is probably my wife and my favorite restaurant in Silverdale. The prices are reasonable, and the food is worth every penny. The burgers are awesome, the fries are some of the best around, and while the desserts are pretty simple, they're still delicious. Environment: 5 Great spot just off the highway, view of the water and little walking path to the side, weather was pleasant. Meals: 5 All the items are so unique from each other and very delicious. Wide assortment from burritos to burgers to salad. Drinks: 5 Strawberry cucumber refresher is the best drink I've ever had period. Amazing selection, they come in a cool frosted glass. Atmosphere: 5 Quite good, they had world cup on but it wasn't distracting or loud, it was the perfect amount of people, average no complaints. Here's a polished review version: I wish they had a second location! The restaurant has its own private parking lot and is situated right by the water, making it a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the breeze on a nice day. The wait staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food comes out surprisingly fast. The menu offers an excellent variety, and I always find myself deciding between at least two things that sound good. Their French onion soup is hands-down the best I've found in the area. There are plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant, so it's easy to catch a game from almost any seat. I've tried a variety of dishes over the years, and honestly, I haven't had anything here that I didn't enjoy. Great food, great service, and a fantastic location. read more

So far I haven't had anything I didn't like. I've had take out quite a few times and dined in twice. Their garlic fries are my favorite. I highly enjoyed their breakfast over the other choices. The nacho was huge, I couldn't finish it all by myself. I had their Pepsi vanilla cherry, house made drink and it was delicious. Our server both times was friendly and attentive. The typical sports bar pub with a mellow pulse. Previously viewed on Yelp and decided to give it a try based on its proximity to my hotel and their menu posted online. Ordered their signature Patty Melt with crispy fries and a Hops n Drops house Hazy IPA. A S I watched the Ravens football game I sunk my teeth into an intoxicating sandwich that was quite delicious but a little bland on the seasoning side of the spectrum. Salt and pepper to the rescue and all was well! The fries were the frozen crisper fries which fell short on my request for crispy fries. If the food was a tad cheaper, I'd be more inclined to come here more often outside of happy hour deals. So I have been in town for three weeks. I've gone to this location twice so far and it has not disappointed. I like a good meaty burger and I tried their Smashburger. I tried their western burger usually with bacon and barbecue sauce on the side ranch for the fries the fries are phenomenal. Very crisp very flavorful. I finally had time to go to my favorite restaurant for onion soup. Like always it was delicious with lots of grilled onions, cheesy cheese, fresh bread and the broth is not salty. Friendly staff, great wait person, but then they all have been great. I like to sit in a booth in the bar area so I can look out the windows to see the beach area. Restaurant is always clean and staff are dressed well too. Not loud music either. Tv screens are muted but you can watch some kind of sport on them which I enjoy. read more

Burgers from Hops n Drops are so delicious considering a chain. Thick, juicy burgers topped with usually any toppings you'd want. My fav is the Black & Bleu burger with some mouth watering spices. Order with some garlic fries and dipping sauce is a must! Cheese Sticks are our fav as well that come out hot and stringy. The beer is always cold and refreshing. Whether you want an IPA, Amber, Lager, or a glass of wine, they have a great selection to help wind down your day. My wife and I met a friend here for dinner at 5 p.m., so we took advantage of Happy Hour drinks. We all had House Margaritas ($9.50 ea.), then ordered dinner. Our friend had a cup of clam chowder ($6.95) and a Mushroom Burger with Fries ($17.50). We heard no complaints! My wife had the 3 Happy Hour Fish Tacos ($9.95), which she said were quite tasty and I had my favorite, the Morning Burger with Fries ($18.95). That's American cheese, bacon, over-hard fried egg, lettuce, tomato and Hops N Drops spread (next time I'll remember to ask for mayo, as I'm not a fan of the spread). There are some great deals at Happy Hour, which I believe is 3-6 everyday. I'll order from that menu next time we're there. The food was tasty, the drinks were adequate, the service by Yenifer was great! Only complaint: it can get a bit noisy if you're trying to have a conversation. Never misses. Great food and drinks are an acceptable price during happy hour. Been here maybe 5-6 times over the past year and have never had anything to complain about. Love the burgers and sandwiches. The lady will almost always get a salad and loves the avocado one the most! In terms of drinks, the icy drops (sour patch and raspberry cream) are by far our favorites. I also will occasionally order the spiked root beer! A sugar free root beer / soda option for these types of drinks would be amazing! -Server intro can seem scripted, maybe suggest to servers to diversify their introduction when asking if we would like the strawberry lemonade... haha. I've had maybe 3 servers ask me right off the bat if I wanted a strawberry lemonade. Not a big deal at all though. -if you are a party of 1-2, you might get seated in the corner of the restaurant (booth(s) on entrance wall in back). It can be a bit dark at night in that final booth by the server stand there, but my eyes adjusted in about 5 minutes and had no problem seeing the menu. Or they adjusted the lights I have no idea. Decided to give this place another try after quite a few years. What an improvement! Had the smash burger and tots. The burger was cooked to perfection and exactly as ordered. The bun was fresh and soft. The tots were perfectly seasoned, hot and crisp. The service by Avery was friendly, professional and fast. In Bremerton, WA just about every place to grab a drink and/or eat closes early, I'm talking 7pmish early. But not Hops n' Drops. They are open late in their waterfront venue. Here the drinks are made well (did you see what I did right there?) The customer service is very good. The food is okay, nothing extraordinary but good bar food. On this trip we had just drinks and an appetizer, the appetizer was good but lacked toppings. We know it's all about weight but I feel like we were cheated of blue cheese and tomato, after all they are two main toppings but instead of hanging out on our dish they were in the kitchen crying for not being used. Overall Hop n Drops is a cool place, and I'd visit again because they are open late and the service is good. read more

Positives: Very cool ambiance, the people are nice. It's right on the water so great view. Several beers on tap and some pretty creative cocktails on the bar menu. There is outdoor seating so in the summer that's very nice. Negatives: The food. Just not good. Low quality ingredients, nothing looks or tastes fresh. Just felt like cheap chain restaurant stuff, which I guess is exactly what it is. Most recently I had some kind of chicken tender things off the happy hour menu and they were absolutely nasty. I'm sure it was truly chicken, but nothing about the taste or texture really supported that assumption. If you just want a drink in a nice setting place is fine, but I've been here 4-5 times and never had any food that I would order a second time. Um... It's a little hard to rate Hops n Drops. It's got a cool atmosphere, and seems like a really nice place to get dinner. We went for dinner and ordered the French Dip and the Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado sandwich (BLTA). For The French dip we git tots, for the BLTA we got a side salad. The food was... Underwhelming. The BLTA had decent flavor (hard to mess up) but had a pretty meager serving of bacon. The French dip was very average, and didn't have a lot of flavor. The dipping sauce was a highlight. The side salad was also a pretty small portion. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the tots. Then, to kick it off, the prices were a little steep for what we got. I'm fine paying a premium for eating out, as long as the food lives up to the price point. We had a good time, and nothing was bad. Hence the three stars. read more

Probably visited a dozen times. Cheerful staff and clean tables. Have had the Mac, Caesar salads, and boneless wings. These were fine but nothing worth mentioning for me. But.But. But. I've also had the Deluxe Burger. I've had it as intended with American slices and their burger sauce and also with Mayo and cheddar substituted. The verdict is a good one. Simply delicious every single time. That's about eight perfect experiences. Perfectly seasoned, cooked to medium rare, and stacked on that bun like it was vying for first place at a contest. The fries are also terrific. Hot, textured, crisp, and starchy. There are so many places in Silverdale that screw up a basic burger. But never this place. Always recommended. Five stars. read more

One of my favorite spots in town! (Granted we are a little limited for happy hours and it's a franchise) but nonetheless it's yummy food and drinks at a great price. The lemon drop drinks are the staple and you can get it in any other flavor which I love! Business has definitely slowed down since lockdown so it's never too busy. Great for families or happy hour. The tvs are a great thing to have for major sports games which is nice if you want to watch without a bunch of people around you! Bathrooms are clean which is a plus! read more

Ordered the tuna poke bowl tonight. Overall the dish was good. However, I would recommend removing the cilantro as this dish does not pair well with that herb. I would say to make it even better, add avocado, sesame seeds, and maybe look at some authentic Hawaiian tuna poke bowls and add some of those flavors which would move this to the top of the must order dish. read more

Lovely outdoor patio right on the water. The service was excellent and very kind to my picky water. I had the rib tips. Because I am on low carb I got the appetizer. A nice generous portion. My partner had the 410 Mac and Cheese with bacon. It was a hit. The beer was excellent. I would happily eat here next time I'm in town. read more

Drove to the restaurant when the food was marked "ready for pickup" on app. Parked in one of their pick-up spots and called the number on the sign. I gave my name and parking spot and was told they would bring the food out when ready. Waited 10-15 more minutes and then went inside to get the food. Fries and sandwich were soggy, so must have been sitting for quite some time. I didn't go in right away because I've been having mobility issues and was told they'd bring it out. Accidentally left a review on Applebees page. Rookie move. Where do I begin? I haven't left a review in a while because I typically only review places that go above and beyond, or have well below standards services/product. I've been reluctant to go here because I've been let down more than once at semi-commercial franchises/chains and the exterior is just average. Upon entrance we were greeted by bubbly workers and were seated immediately. Once seated the waitress was exceedingly attentive and quick with it. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and wow, amazing. Everything came out so fast! The ambience was busy, but not overly busy. You could tell those who were there, were happy to be there. They had a massive selection of food and their own beers, adult beverages and even lemonades. I got my jalapeño cream cheese burger and let me tell you how succulent and life changing it was. I had an out of body experience as I shoved the hand formed meat patty topped with caramelized onion, bacon, cream cheese and jalapeño between two slices of Texas toast down my throat. Now, only downside is the price however, they pack the plates with food so you're getting your money's worth without a doubt. For a family of four, two kids meals, two adult meals, an appetizer and four drinks the check (including tip) was $90. Given the atmosphere and overall fantastic experience we will come back. 20/10 would recommend. If I could give more stars I would. read more
