Greeted promptly and seated and staff asked what we wanted high top, table or booth so it was nice having a choice. Our waitress Alek was great, greeted us right away, took our drink order but we also told him we knew what we wanted and placed our food order at same time. We ordered 2 orders of 10 bone in wings and onion rings. And beers. Corona and Pacifico both on draft. Our sauces today were Parmesan garlic, Jain jalapeño, Asian zing and Caribbean jerk. All really good but the Asian zing today was the best had the sweetness but also had a heck of a kick and was fire today!!! Horrible customer service we came in around 10 pm, there were barely any people and 2 waitresses cleaning tables, saw us and ignored us, clearly they don't want to work. There's a sign that says wait to get seated. So we waited nothing, we went to the to go area, no one helped. My bf went to the bar to ask where we can get help, the lady snapped at him to wait because she was busy. So here we are standing at the entrance with visible employees that can redirect us and nothing. A guy from the bar finally came up to us and said he could help us at the bar. He was the only friendly one apparently it was his first day. The girl that answered told me I could go pick it up or maybe get a refund. Why would I pick up if I did an online delivery order? So I requested a refund. The girl then tells me she's going to get a manager. The manager comes on the phone. I told her that they forgot to include my drink. She tells me they can do a store credit - but I'm in the process of moving so that's not an option since I leave tomorrow. The manager tells me since I paid via DoorDash (third party) I'll have to go through them for the refund. 25 mins on hold and I finally get through DoorDash. I was having a tough day and ordering online was my "pick me up". Instead, I wasted more time and money. Food was cold and not all that. For drinks, plenty of water and a few Long Island Ice Tea's. You can order top shelf or bottom shelf, I've tried both. I prefer the cheaper one because i can't taste a difference. I've been told the top shelf is much better but again, I can't taste it. There are plenty of tv screens around the place. I always ask to watch the most interesting sports game on at the time.
